Good location near the port. Very suitable for 1-2 nights, for those who travel by ship.

Too simply equipped. The receptionist could be a bit friendlier. It felt that she was annoyed by the questions I was asking, even though my questions were appropriate.

The location is very good, right in front of the port and near restaurants and shops. The hotel serves an amazing breakfast with a lot of options. Fair price. The room was not very big but was enough for 2 adults and a baby. The bed was comfy.

The pillows were not as comfy as the bed. The bathroom had a bit of unpleasant smell, although it seemed to be clean.

We have been to this hotel many times and we will come in the future. We are travelling from Helsinki, and this hotel is located just in front of terminal D. It is not so big hotel with comfortable rooms, and the price is good, not expensive, but not too low. The rooms are shown in the pictures, so there is nothing we can add. Good choice.

May be breakfast is not so good as it was before, poor selection of food. Also, it would be great it there will be additional pillows in the rooms, at the moment there is only one per bed. And also, there was some bad smell in the toilet, better cleaning will be good for everybody.

Staff was polite and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent continental style with lots of choices. Lobby was cozy, with plants and calm colors. Blackout curtains blocked all the light. One of the best parts was that you can actually open a window! Nice view into the harbor. We had to vacate a mold ridden airbnb and we'd bought breakfast items etc. for that beforehand and our arrival to this hotel was very stressful and we were booking this stay in a hurry. At the reception we explained our situation and they were super understanding and offered to keep our breakfast items in their fridge. You can hold your luggage in the luggage room after checkout if your not leaving that early. Bonus points for 24/7 reception. Microwave and water kettle at the reception with all the utensils etc. you need. Room was big and comfortable. For once everything was 100% like in the pictures from booking. Loved the eco-friendly cork floors in the room.

Smart tv would've been nice. There's travel channel, animal planet and natgeo etc, so we did enjoy those in the evenings. But if your English is poor or you have trouble hearing it might not be that enjoyable.

Unfortunately the laundry service is not available on the weekends - something the reception was also surprised of. But: the lady at the desk had a very good problem-solving mindset. She managed to get my laundry done anyway. So I have something to wear for the rest of our vacation. Great service, thank you.

We booked the hotel just one week in advance and in this time we received 5 messages via various channels to book extra stuff like a room upgrade. That felt a little unnecessary.

The location is perfect, it is located in a very quite place but very close to the old town, all is within walking distance. If you plan to go to Helsinki by ferry, it the best choice because the hotel is just opposite the port. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also nice with pretty good choice. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The room is not supplied with any personal care items, only towels and that's it. No sleepers, no water bottle inside the room. I was a bit surprised to see such an ascetism.

Immaculate hotel, all areas clean. Spacious room,, twin beds, pull out couch and a cot. Beds very comfortable and bathroom was walk in shower/wet room...excellent. Staff could not have been more helpful... directions, suggestions etc. Great selection for breakfast....cold and hot food, multiple drink dispensers. 5 min walk from a Rimi and Chemist if you forgot anything. 20 min walk from a wide variety of restaurants (Tapas was amazing).

Construction in area...but not hotel issue

location is directly across D Terminal so it was convenient for us to travel. breakfast was so delicious, their coffee and croissant were one of the best! they provided fruits and salad too!

there was not much amenities, all except for the soap must be payable. shower was with no curtain and since the weather was windy for 2 days, the cold crept into the room and the heater did not help that much. bed and pillows were not comfortable and can truly be improved too.

Comfy beds, good room size, plenty of space for hanging clothes, air conditioning.Breakfast was tasty and lots of choices. Great hotel if you are planing trip to Helsinki, D terminal is across the street, we departed from A terminal which is 7 minutes walk from the hotel.

The only downfall was the shower, there was no closing door to it, so water was all over on the floor. Although there was water sqeegee provided it was cumbersome sometimes.

hotel is near ferry terminal and parking lot it’s super convenient. simple but clean, breakfast not rich but croissant are crispy and delicious.. and you can have it on restaurant’s terrace. walking distance to old town and rotermann district, surrounding also very nice. Housekeeper brought additional pillow on request. thank you
