Modern hotel, large room, large and very comfortable bed, very rich breakfast, underground secured parking, facilities (indoor pool, sauna, gym) and most of all - great location. The hotel is very close to the Old Town (main attraction), just opposite the hotel there is a large shopping center with many options to eat, very close to the hotel there is a 24/7 supermarket Prism and just behind the hotel there is a trendy area with lot of caffees and even a cinema complex.

In the shower area the floor is completely flat, so the water gets out and floods the entire bathroom. Our solution was to put one or two towels at the bottom of the shower door and use a weaker stream of water. It worked. I think the hotel stuff should warn guests and provide something that would block the water. But this is a very minor issue is otherwise great hotel.

Large room, complimentary 2 Cappy juices and 2 bottles of water upon the arrival, the room has 2 USB plugs on each side of the bed. We asked for a quiet room and were placed to the 7th floor (room 719) with a view on the old town. The entrance to the SPA is free for the guests and it is open from 7am-10pm, offering a pool, sauna, steam room and a jacuzzi, they provide you with a towel. Gym has 20kg weights and is open 24/7, nice view on KPMG offices while you run a treadmill. Location could not have been better.

Wish more info about the hotel was available on booking.com or their website. The hotel is quite modern with tech-desain such as digital “do not disturb/please clean the room” which is handy :)

Great location at the edge of old town. The rooms were extremely quiet. Although there was no thermostat setting in the room the temperature setting was perfect. A few blocks to a 24-hour supermarket with another supermarket on the same block in a shopping mall. The breakfast had a wide and excellent assortment of food including a station where they prepared omelets to order. The coffee bar and lounge was a pleasant place to grab coffee and dessert in the evening.

This hotel seems to have a lot of tour groups. 8am is VERY busy in the large breakfast room. However, 740am is not that busy.

This hotel surprised us for several reasons: breakfast with a good variety and some typical Estonian items; The room was comfortable, with an incredible view, modern, great space, and the bathtub was an amazing plus to relax after long walks; The rooftop pool impressed us, it was heated, covered, and had jets for massaging, as well as clean towels at will. A special touch: at the hotel reception, they provided delicious Estonian chocolates for guests! Before the trip: we contacted the hotel through chat and asked if our room category could have the possibility of having a bathtub. They promptly replied that they would do their best to accommodate us, and they were incredible! This made our trip much more magical and special because of how they took care of us at this hotel! Arrival: We arrived by ship in the morning, and yet the reception staff allowed us to check in earlier, right upon our arrival. It was incredible. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. And would stay here again! Location: It's located in front of a shopping mall and a market. It's about a 20-minute walk from the ship port and about an 8-minute walk to the old town.

Staff was always super helpful. The wellness center is not big, but was great outside peak hours. Great breakfast selection. The location between the old town and Rottermann quarter/ferry terminal is very convenient. Online (app) check-in/check-out, room/gym unlock and even chat with the front desk worked great.

Breakfast/wellness/gym tend to be crowded during peak hours Breakfast selection was great, but did not change from day to day, becoming a bit repetitive after about 3-4 days Bathroom ventilation is automatic only, it would be nice to switch it on/boost it manually

The location of this hotel was excellent. Less than 5mins walk into old town and with the bus and tram network on the doorstep outside the hotel you can reach the airport or coach station easily. Room had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. There is tick or cross digital display you operate outside your room to select if you require your room cleaned that day or not which was good. Temperature of the room was good and being on the 6th floor there was minimal noise from outside. Bedside plug sockets which is an essential for most people now. Bathroom was a decent size a d shower was ok. Plenty elevators on each floor so you never have to wait long for one. Check in and check out was straightforward and effortless.

The price of the breakfast was an extortionate extra available at €22 each per day so we gave it a miss as it would have cost us another €132 for 3 nights. There are loads of places nearby to get breakfast at a fraction of that price which is what we did. Prob could have been a few more tea bags and coffee sachets in room The double bed was 2 singles pushed together with 2 single duvets. Apart from that I can't really fault this hotel on anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, a few minutes' walk to the old town. Nicely furnished rooms, good beds (except the pillows, see later), and good curtains, which can be important during longer days in the summer.

The bathroom had an automatic light that couldn't be switched off entirely, so if you went during the night, that would be quite uncomfortable. Also, all the pillows were uncomfortably high and large. This seems to be an issue with all Estonian hotels though, at least the ones I've stayed at so far.

We chose a very nice room in this hotel. check-in at the hotel was fast, the staff was professional The room was clean and comfortable. There was a little noise from the street because there are trams there. The room was very bright - this is a big plus.

Unfortunately there was one drawback. When we slept in the room the ventilation was on and it was very cold. The first night it was impossible to stay warm. We contacted the staff and they gave us an extra blanket. but the ventilation also worked and it was cool.

Great hotel, an important advantage is the direct proximity to the Old Town, good breakfasts, nice staff, clean rooms, everything you want if you came to visit the beautiful city of Tallinn. A hotel worth recommending.

The disadvantage is the lack of additional cosmetics such as hair balm, only shower gel available, which is unfortunately difficult to use because the container is hung above the bathtub, and only soap available for washing on the sink. At this price of a hotel, it is worth taking care of additional cosmetics, in fact it is already standard today.

It’s in a great location. Roterman is on its doorstep. It was a short walk to the Old Town, and not much further to walk to the Tallink terminal to catch the ferry to Helsinki. The pool was great with good rooftop views. I liked the bar. The gym was a bit small. The room was large, nicely fitted with plenty of room, storage and charging points.

The gym wasn’t very big and could have done with some different weights. The room was always a bit too warm and the aircon never got it cool enough
