Everything !!👌 Great ambience and super friendly and helpful staff. From check-in to check-out it was a super smooth experience. The kids were extremely happy to receive their little Radisson goody bags and their free non-alcoholic drink voucher. The location was perfect, with the city and all the main attractions just a few minutes walk away. The hotel is also just 10-15 minutes walk away from the Tallinn Ferry Terminal. We arrived early, (few hours before the official check-in time) but the super friendly young lady in the counter checked us at no extra cost. The room was very spacious and the kids loved this too, the room also had coffee/team making possibility in the room and also a small fridge. Breakfast was FABULOUS 😍! You get spoilt for choice, 👌 with the full variety. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and recommend this place to anyone traveling to tallinn.

The staff was very helpful and understanding. We arrived after a long trip and staff said the room was not ready for another hour. The receptionist gave my kids some ice cream vouchers whilst we waited. Onced checked in, out room was spacious and big. We booked the family room with bunker and our kids loved it. The room provided free water bottles for us and complementary drinks vouchers for the kids.

However the room was a little unclean when we walked in. There were some scraps on the floor from previous tenant. Also under the bed there were tonnes of dust that should have been vacumed. It was easily reachable if they used the vacum cleaner.

There was a problem with our booking through booking.com, so on site it turned out we were supposed to pay double the price that was agreed through booking.com. The receptionist has handled the situation well, and we came to an agreement where we ended up both happy. The location is excellent, very close to a new, renovated area, with nice bars and good shopping opportunities. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety, worth the price.

We did not get the extra bed into the other room which made the stay in that room uncomfortable for 3 people sleeping in a double bed. Our mistake, we should have asked again. We could hear the TV from the neighboring room after 10 pm, but they nicely turned it lower after asking them to do so.

The location was very central.

The WiFi in my room didn't work well and kept dropping - my room was at the end of the corridor so perhaps furthest from the signal. Luckily I have free roaming in the EU so just used my own data. The breakfast was manic, very crowded and not enough seating for the size of the hotel. They need to stagger the breakfast according to maybe each floor as there was a lot of pushing and bumping into people.

Very polite and friendly staff. Clean room, comfort bad. Breakfasts are 10/10. We stayed during The Weeknd concert, the venue is located approx. 20 min away from the hotel on foot. The bus stop is right next to the hotel, many taxis are available by Bolt.

We couldn't rent a private sauna, for some reason the hotel staff wouldn't respond to my requests about available times.

Great location, near major attractions, many walking distance, very close to mass transportation, great staff, they always had a bright smile and good attitude, showed respect, always willing to answer questions when asked. Great customer service, room very quiet at night, thus one got a good sleep. I hard a great time, visited many of the attractions, which were walking distance from the hotel. Staff spoke English very well, much better than many folks in America where I reside. I would visit and stay again.

There was not anything I did not particularly like. I love the candy in the bowl at the reception desk. Breakfast should have been included in the cost od the room

Good hotel, which meet all Park-Inn standard. It is located in walking proximity to old town - just 10 or 15 minutes relaxing walk. Room is well eqipped and clean, bed comfortable, wifi stable. We have windows looked to internal yard, so it was quiet.

Bit strange climat system - but maybe we just was not clever enough to adjust it propely. There was constant strong and cold airflow from the ventilation which we could not decrese. Thanks to very hot heating battery it was warm enough in the room, but that constant draft made sleeping not very comfortable. All after all, by proper adjustment of the ventilation the hotel could avoid overheating of the heating battery and save energy and nature.

the room was clean, the breakfast has enough choices to meet anyone needs; the gym is nice; the food is good.

The room is small; for a 4 start hotel there should be at least a fridge in the room if not a mini bar; at lunch they serve only a very small variety of food; Not related to the hotel, but the weather in Tallinn is reaally cooold.

The friendly staff, willing to help ( my camera broke & had to buy a new one they helped me searching for a store nearby) always a good morning or good day when we passed the desk our other members of the hotel team. Rooms where cleaned daily .the take away coffee, good for when you go out early. The breakfast was ok

For starters, upon arrival, the great interaction with the hotel's General Manager, Toma Torseke, who was at the front desk at the time and who helped us a lot providing info on the whereabouts of Tallinn. Very very nice and full of positive energy. Many many thanks. Besides that, great room with everything one needs to have a great night sleep and rest. Very good bathroom and a really amazing breakfast. An hotel to revisit when returning to Tallinn. Also amazing is having the chance to park my car close to the entrance of the hotel.

The gym. I went there to take a look. Basic. Training on a regular basis, I didn't find it good enough to give it a try.
