The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and so understanding. Beautiful service rendered to my family & especially towards my children. The menu was amazing! But the overall highlight was the pool & the staff. I would definitely be returning here for another bout of R&R.

I was assigned to a room whereby the mechanism for the door kept malfunctioning. It was a hassle trying to get the door to open though. But maintenance came & sorted out the problem asap. My partner & I played a few billiard games, and the cue sticks needed to be replaced. But it still does get the job done. On the second morning of our stay, we found hair in our scrambled eggs. Which was promptly attended to.

The staff could have given a heads up on how to open the room with the keycard as it was a bit of a struggle. I've usually been to hotels where you tap the keycard, but for Tanoa, you have to insert the key card and then take it out and then twist the handle to open which we weren't aware of and the keycard inside the room which had to be inserted correctly to allow usage of electricity in the room. Food took almost an hour to come out, which was annoying. Apart from that, it was great.

Good value for money. Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and caring. Especially the lady in the restaurant. The breakfast was good.

First night 6 of us had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The burger that was ordered the meat pattie was raw, the curry, rice and roti seemed like it was a few days old. The battered fish was raw. Also the bed base could use a valance to hide the base, the base looked old, by using the valance would hid it. No shower gel in shower.

A nice hotel relatively close to the airport that offers free airport transfers. The room was clean, staff nice and restaurant ok.

The cottages are quite spaced out. Getting to one of the farther ones with bags from the reception can take a few minutes. Also, there is just one entrance to the premises at the side to the airport - if you want to go for a walk in the direction of Nadi (e.g. to a restaurant, which are plentiful in that direction), you have to walk all around the outer wall. A pedestrian entrance on the other side would be appreciated. Also, the AC in my room kept randomly turning on and off no matter what temperature I set. Finally, having farm animals around is a nice touch, but the rooster was quite annoying since he started at 4am.

Breakfast was okay. The overall experience of the room/ accommodation was lovely.

The dish on the menu, the chicken sizzler could be improved, it tasted more like chicken chop suey. And the chicken and fries/chips dish, could be improved as well, should have some chicken nibbles, thighs or breasts.

bathroom was small but useable bedroom set up was not what we expected from pictures but again was useable. family room was set up as if was for couple in terms of cups, towels mugs and things, requested more towels and the reception staff advised to ask housekeeping in the morning which was a little frustrating but we managed and staff were very friendly

Location for the purpose of business is fantastic. Rooms were kept clean by housekeeping. The quick response by maintenance to fix lamps not working. Friendliness of the staff. Dinner was generally great.

The feel of the place was a good introduction to Fiji. Very friendly staff. The pool, bar and restaurant area is very inviting. Family friendly. Short walk to the main street.

The beds were a little uncomfortable. The fridge did not seem to work. The air conditioning worked too well. The room ended up being a little cool.
