Location is relaxing, beds are comfortable, reception stuff is friendly and helpful. Swimming pools and saunas clean and good. Comfortable beds. All over nice place to stay for adults. Would recommend and if staying in area, choose again.

Breakfast in Manor house could be more variative and better quality. I thought fins are coffee people, but still offering morning coffee from big coffee thermoses. It was at 8 o'clock am lukewarm and I don't talk about the taste... No cottage cheese served, tomatoes only in cherry version, scrambled eggs was oversalted first day we stayed. Despite of agreed breakfast time the breakfast hall left over furnished impression - tables too close each other while no one sited there, but you have to find your way to food serving table. Bathroom was small in standard room, uncomfortable to reach mirror for make up, no make up mirror. No shampoo or other body care products. Minibar list was written extra small font size to key holder pocket, so I found it second day of our staying.

The location of the facility is very nice. It is also interesting that it is an old palace.

When we got our room, we asked for an extra bed for our 7 year old son. In the e-mail that came later, it was said that the size of the room was not enough, but he would say that if we stay in that room with our child, we have to pay 40 Euros more. When we came to the room, two narrow beds were waiting for us. It's really hard to sleep with the child, however, they charged us money. Okey, I have no objection to it. However, at least a double room with a large bed could be given.

My Husband and I had a great time at Haikko Manor and Spa! Our room and facilities met all our expectations. The spa zone was nice, there were a lot of different spa activities (a couple of sauna, jacuzzi, pool, and others) and enough space for all the guests. The nature around the hotel was beautiful, a true winter wonderland! A walk around and a small hike after the delicious breakfast - was exactly what we needed. Another nice thing was that we left headphones in our room and lost&found service helped us with arranging the delivery of it to Helsinki. Thanks for your hospitality, Haikko Manor & Spa Team!

The temperature in the room was quite low and the floor felt cold during the daytime. It would be great, if the temperature would be a little higher in living spaces during winter.

I enjoyed my time at the Spa and decent selection at the breakfast. The place was clean and well organized and there was ample space around to take walks in nature. I enjoyed opening the windows, the view and the fresh air.

- Would be nice to have a Finnish sauna or a warm (80+ ℃) sauna. Most saunas were way too mild in the common Spa area. - Breakfast selection could be more friendly to vegetarians - There could be a few more hooks in the bathroom for the clothes

I love the location and historical character of the Haikko manor house and the surroundings. We had a view from our room at the bay. The breakfast was excellent with large variety of ingredients. We enjoyed also some drinks in the bar at the manor that was opened till 2 am. The stuff was kind and helpful. The hotel has also a well equipped gym.

The SPA is overrated. It is only one swimming pool, 4 saunas, two jacuzzis and a small bath with cold water.

Beautiful location 10mins drive from Porvoo but in its own woodland by the sea. Manor house is a gorgeous building, spa hotel is not but everything inside was great. Nice to have the spa facilities included in the room price. Really good restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Given its an expensive hotel and spa I was surprised there were no proper toiletries in the rooms. Only a hair/body wash dispenser, no conditioner or proper shampoo. Very busy so everything has to be booked in advance.

Everything pretty much. Breakfast is amazing, bed is comfy, the location is superb and the staff is totally excellent !

Well, need to really dig for some things that i didnt like but one minus thing was that on the spa - area the bubbles didn't really work out everywhere. When you pressed the button nothing really happened. Did discuss this with a few other spa goers and they had the similar experience. Maybe max. once in an hour the bubbles went on everywhere on the pool. Did tell this to the staff too and of course at that moment when we looked at the cctv the bubbles were on everywhere: )

Breakfast, very kind staff, the hotel is in good shape, nature walks and sea shore. Good beds.

There is no possibility to walk along the shore, the room with sea view was more view at the balcony. Don't think you can take the sauna at the sea shore. That's only for groop-reservation. The diner was quite expensive, but hey, its Finland.

The staff were great and always had a great smile. The spa was so great. However, closing the doors in the morning when there are not many customers is not a good idea.

The breakfast menu at this hotel has several varieties, but the taste is not good. Especially the juice was close to water. One loaf was really edible and the rest didn't taste like supermarket buns. The salmon was salty and the coffee was a little better than the instant. It was like this when I went, but I don't know how it was before.

Excellent countryside location. Good breakfast. Nice view and park. Excellent spa, despite it being a bit overcrowded from time to time. Big thank you for a room with nice view and check in at 13

Bed was super uncomfortable and stupid design of bed back. It is dangerous to sleep on such a bed. Some smell from urine from toilet brush. No healthy alternatives from Bistro and restaurant closes too early.
