The hotel has a wonderful casual, friendly atmosphere with happy friendly staff and is reasonably close to the airport. Our room was small but comfortable, clean and quiet with a very good shower. There is a cafe in the complex with very good food and the breakfast had the best variety and the most tasty food we have had. Although we didn't use any of the facilities, they are numerous and very different to anywhere else we have stayed. Free on site parking and free WiFi. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely nothing.

I liked the very good breakfast, nice and kind people. The connection to bus and train was perfect. It was very clean and all were very supportive. For a small trip just perfect.

There was a construction place near the room :) and it was a little noisy in the morning, also inside, but as we got to get up early it was not too bad =)

The location was ideal, with great access to everything. The personnel was extremely polite and friendly. The place was spotless in general, however, the bathroom might have been cleaner. The hotel shuttle service was extremely safe and convenient. The personnel was ready to assist at any time—reasonable price with excellent service.

Easygoing place, friendly staff, great breakfast, late check out, free parking, good desk and wifi, comfortable bed, fridge, quiet, warm and clean. Proximity to a great 50m swimming pool with a hot sauna, and access to the bowling club made my choice easy. Women's sauna hour at the hotel served as a backup for me.

We came at night and our luggage was very heavy. The hotel hasn't got an elevator. It wasn't comfortable to go upstairs with heavy suitcases. But when we left the hotel the staff helped us carry our things downstairs using special equipment! Thanks!!!!! Next time we want to stay there again, but without heavy things, if we arrive at night.

We were greeted by a manager/staff member (not sure) and escorted to our room . We were also provided extra linens (we made a mistake making the reservation for 2 people instead of 3). The breakfast was included in the price and very good.

The internet was a bit glitchy in our room, but otherwise the hotel is really nice. We do not really have any complaints.

It's good value for money. Next to a great public swimming pool and bowling. Quiet, clean, comfortable, a 'no hassle' place. Parking place is available, and a great breakfast is served. Cafe/Bar offers yummy, freshly baked doughnuts! ...plus other foods.

It is a very clean hotel in a nice quiet area, a convenient location to reach the airport and the center of Helsinki. The bed is very comfortable, breakfast is unbelievably good. The whole staff is very helpful. They go far and beyond to help. If you decide to stay there, you will be amazed.

The staff was friendly. Though, at the bowling alley counter the staff was cursing loudly. But the hotel staff made everything easy. Also there was sauna available for guests.

The room was quite plain. Resembled a ship cabin. But it was spacey and there was a fridge, so no really complaints.

The receptionist, Sofia, was extremely polite and helpful. She helped us deal with the problems we had wiith the taxi drivers even though she didn't have to. She had also prepared packed breakfast since we had to leave early in the morning.
