Not only was the hotel excellently located and beautifully decorated, the customer service at this hotel was superb. I was in contact and met with different members of the staff and they were always very friendly and wanted to make sure my stay was great. The room was absolutely beautiful and quiet, even though it was on the ground floor (and I am a light sleeper). The breakfast was one of the best ones I've encountered in different hotels. The buffet was extensive and everything was very fresh - I especially appreciated that we got our own French press at the table with freshly brewed coffee! Good selection of vegetarian, vegan & gluten free options and nice Finnish pastries as well. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Amazing and very friendly service. We felt we were taken care of. Delicious breakfast (uunipuuro and the bread were omg to die for! :)). The room was very clean and whole atmosphere of the hotel was very sweet and cozy and interesting. Awesome location. It is definitely good to book the parking space in advance. ❤️ We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and come back one day. Thank you!

Sauna in the bathroom was good and we used it happily and gratefully (that's why we booked the room) , but I noticed that the door of the bathroom and the bottles with shampoo and other cosmetics placed on the mirror are reacting on the heat radiating from the sauna. Once the sauna was heated over 65degrees, it did not matter that the insulation is only partial, because the heat would not escape the sauna anymore. I was just wondering and worried, how long can all the bathroom shelves and doors last the amount of heat coming from the sauna.

This small and cozy hotel is on the absolute prime location in Porvoo standing right in the heart of the Old Porvoo. You can easily walk anywhere to all of the important sights and restaurants. There is a tiny, but sufficient parking space also available in the court yard. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with excellent beds and a small sauna.

Being a small "boutique hotel" I have to admit I did expect more from the service friendliness and warmth. It was not bad, but it did not rise to the level for I was looking forward to. Also the breakfast was highly antipated for, but did not achieve the top level I hoped for.

I liked the very central location and yet possibility to have the car in the yard. The room was very elegant, clean, had air conditioning, and a small sauna in the bathroom which was vey nice! Breakfast was very good, home made bread and smoothie were the best.

Apparently they had a problem reading Booking.com comments, so our attempts to contact them did not work. Also they did not answer the phone. Luckily we were still able to get some extra service. We ordered a bottle of sparking wine, and for an elegant place like that (and the price), we expected a good quality cava or similar.

Finland was under a partial lockdown during our visit. We were contacted ahead of time by the manager who wanted to make sure we were aware of this and suggested dinner choices from the restaurant next door. We approved these but then the restaurant managers decided not to open during the days we were in as the demand during the beginning of the week is traditionally low. The manager then made sure we had a variety of choices of nearby takeaways that she had made sure were open and serving customers, well ahead of time. The same level of attention to detail continued when we checked in, and breakfast was stellar.

I can't think of anything I would have changed in our stay. We had the suite which was lovely, the front room was perfect for in-room dining, we enjoyed the sauna, the balcony was great for cooling off afterwards, and the bedroom was cozy and we slept really well.

The general peaceful ambience of the hotel. Room and breakfast were comfortable and adequate and service was good, friendly and helpful, with the exception noted below.

Greater presence of staff at breakfast for ordering of tea & coffee. Whether and when they appeared was somewhat haphazard.

The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The environment was chic and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The arrangements for check-in and check-out were flexible. The courtyard parking in the hotel was convenient and much appreciated.

Perfect location in the centre of the old town. Rooms were spacious and lovely decorated. Additional plus for the Molton&Brown products in the bathroom.

Absolutely amazing small and comfy hotel in old town Porvoo. Very clean and nice room, with the seating area in front and “bedroom” behind the bathroom. Windows facing the quiet street. Comfortable beds. The staff was exceptional friendly and welcoming. Due the Covid-19 the breakfast and “ordered” the time we wanted. It was very delicious with plenty of options. Car park was also available Highly recommended!
