The location was good because it's close to the train station and the University of Tampere. Staff is friendly and at the reception they gave me a map and recommended me all the places to go and visit Tampere.

The breakfast situation is a bit messy, lots of people and there were usually not enough tables to sit down and enjoy breakfast. Food was good, local dishes but not much variety (I was there for a full week and every day was almost the same offer).

This hotel is ideal for events in Tampere Talo since it has an internal corridor to connect them. The room and beds were very clean and comfortable, staff is very kind. The breakfast is excellent and well stocked.

For a work-geared hotel, it was not easy to work in the rooms: there was a work desk but only an armchair to sit on. The work stations in the lobby are in the corridor and a bit noisy, I had to go elsewhere to work. The breakfast area was completely full each morning and we had to stand around with plates full of food and wait for free tables.

Comfortable bed, good room and tv size.. Small fridge and coffee maker and safe. Breakfast option available. View was nice from our room. Location was great one bus from outside the hotel tool you directly to the central to shopping malls and all the way to the amusement park if needed. On a separate note the nysse mobile app allowed for easy and cheap use of public transport.

No bidet and the shower head is weird and just shoots water in a fairly straightforward line with pressure so it doesn't really relax you.

Breakfast was really good! Did not want or need anything else. I don't have a strict diet but they had gluten free items too. The room cleanliness is up to my standards, washroom is exceptional and complimentary hot drinks were nice with a view! Staff who I interacted with were nice and actually smiled even if people usually don't do that to me in check-in.

Everything was fine, no complaints. I don't have any needs other than what they already provided with.

There was a problem with the booking... As 95% of the time I book as 2 / The concierge said that I'd have to pay extra for my colleague's breakfast. It would have changed our budget drastically....In a few words, they worked it out...

Lack of pancakes or waffles at breakfast. we stay at Hilton for breakfast as well as the American standard of accommodation .

Room was nice and clean and breakfast quite good

The gym cannot really considered to be a gym. It's just a small room with 2-3 fitness racks and a treadmill. Also it is really weird, that you have to go through the restaurant to go to the gym. Parking is also quite expensive, but at least taken care of by the hotel.

The staff and service at Courtyard Tampere exceeded our expectations. Me and my husband came to spend our wedding anniversary, of which we notified the staff in our booking. We got upgraded for free, and our special day was noted in the most considerate way. I'm left feeling appreciated, valued, and happy. Thank you for being part of our adventure to Tampere and taking care of our needs.

Location was within walking distance to Tampere Train Station. I found the hotel fairly easy once I had navigated the train station exits. The number 3 tram stop was just down the street which was helpful for me to get where I needed to be. Staff were really friendly.

Cleaners want to start cleaning sometimes before I had gone down for breakfast and was ready for the day.

The location was great - pretty close to the central station and minutes from the University where my business meeting was held. The room was very well-equipped - as I was travelling for work the inclusion of an iron was particularly helpful to smarten up my clothes. The room was quiet and the bed really comfortable. Breakfast was a good solid continental selection, and there was plenty for a non-meat eater. Thanks!

The only thing which would have helped was having room service. My first night I arrived too tired to go down to dinner, and something in my room would have been great.
