Great location in the heart of the city. In the hotel, everything was neat, tidy and clean. Very good breakfast, lots of variety to choose from.

Parking in the hotel garage is ok if you have a small car - otherwise practise pocket parking with minimum space before. It is really needed. Secondly, we thought that we booked a double room, but ended up with twin - that's ok, but maybe a check at the check in from hotel side would be nice gesture... About breakfast then - it's good, but probably due to heavy traffic at about 9am (one Sunday), the coffee cups for example were dirty. This is just unacceptable in the hotel like this. And when checking out, try remember if you have car at their garage - easier to pay at check out, otherwise you need to dl an app to pay the parking, or pay extra cost to already expensive parking.

Our family room was big and spacious with room for bags and a tiled area for snowy boots. Excellent breakfast options - all well replenished in a nice restaurant. Location perfect on the end of the main street and opposite the train station. Reception desk were very helpful with the questions we had about how to use the buses.

Room temperature controls did not work so the room was hotter than we would have liked (also no option to open any windows for any fresh air - understandable given the very cold conditions outside). The sofa bed was really too small for our two children (ages 13 and 11) meaning they didn't sleep that well. Really would only be suitable for younger smaller children.

We landed at 1am and it was nice to be welcomed by the friendly staff and quick check in after a long travel day. The breakfast is fantastic, beds are comfortable.

I wished the sauna was open for a longer time in the morning (now closed at 9am already so we couldn't use it).

Breakfast was rich and good. Room had a comfortable size and was well equipped. Good bed, comfortable cover. But pillow :-( Service at the reception is friendly and always ready for the customer.

One day (Wednesday or Thursday) the room was not done. The mirror was spoiled from the beginning, after 3 days I cleaned it myself. In the breakfast room after 7h was often no clean table left. But many tables used, not occupied. The room temperature was not adjustable, it remained always >22°C. I prefer 20° or below. Pillow in bed was ~. Two different sizes instead of the brown one. I prefer small pillows.

Amazing sauna/gym facilities on the lower level and its central location made this hotel experience 5 star in my opinion. Breakfast was a nice big spread with lots of options. Highly recommend this hotel if staying in Helsinki metro area. Staff were very accommodating with luggage storage as well.

Location is great, very central in Tampere opposite train station. Pretty large rooms with a desk and very comfortable beds. Very extensive breakfast buffet, a sauna and friendly staff.

The heating wasnt easy to turn on, I felt it didnt work sometimes. (But I also didnt ask for assistance.)

Perfect lication for transit. Right next to the entral train station and also airport bus stop. So was ideal for us. The room and the bed were OK. Hotel has sauna, however, we did not have time to attend. As we were leaving during the night to catch early morning flight we received a breakfast for takeaway.

Excellent breakfast, very good sortiment, a lot to choose from for everyone. Very clean room, classy decoration, enough of space for clothes and luggage. Bathroom had enough of space and was in very good condition.

Garage traffic light gave false information. At the street the door light was green, said there was space but actually these available parking spaces were the ones for handicapped. Needed to look for another garage in the neighbourhood, which isnt cool when its late, you are tired and just want to get to your room.

the hotel location is very good, just in front of the train station, you only need 1 minute to access to the train station from hotel. and shopping center is also at the corner! breakfast and dinner are all good. room clean. sauna is very good.

Power socket location were on point! Super convenient. Nice shower, friendly staff, good location, nice view, nice breakfast. Only one standby light in the room (the tv) so not annoying at all. I had to quarantine for 3 days in that room and it was not bad at all. I also worked from there and that was perfectly doable because of the awesome wifi. Highly recommend it

The air conditioning was not that responsive, you would set it to 2 degrees lower and after a few hours it would only be half a degree cooler in the room. Still a comfortable temperature though (24 degrees) but at night a bit uncomfortable because they have these nice thick blankets
