The place of the property in the city was very good. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The facilities were great. The breakfast was very good. You could find a lot of delicous food. The room has air conditioner. The bathroom was very comfort and clean. Tv in the room was very good. The bed was large and comfortable. The view of the room was good. There was a department store next to the hotel. The lobby was very good with good coffee. If I go back to Turku, I would like to stay in this hotel again.

The coffee in the breakfast could be better. If you came to breakfast at 8:45, the staff was removing break fast foods. The price was high. It is a hotel, so it would be more comfortable if you can have the breakfast until 9:30.

The facilities (fridge, kettle, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, lots of space to hang/organise clothes, luggage bench, bedside table each side, chairs and table, amazing lighting system - ambient lighting, dimmer - easy to use). Big rooms. Loved the little climbing men coat hangers. Nice bathroom with privacy curtain for toilet. Clean carpet. Very good looking room design. Brilliant TV - easy to use and good selection of programs and online resources. Amazing tasting food - breakfast, dinner. Roof Top bar a plus. Great decor throughout the hotel.

No milk provided. Could have provided more coffee and tea in room. Bedding was stained. Lifts and toilets outside your room only work with key card which makes it more difficult for customers to move about.

Nice staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, nice view. The beds where comfortable and the decor nice. In general a good experience.

I was not a fan of the hours for the sauna. I was really hoping to be able to go to a sauna while in Finland, but the sauna was only open for women at dinner time (18.30-20), so i didn't get the chance.

Great location in the middle of the city centre. Very convenient that there is a shopping centre in the same building. Lively atmosphere in the lobby coffeehouse. Roof top bar is amazing and well worth a visit! Reception staff were exceptional friendly and helpful. Rooms were simple but clean and had everything essential.

The Wi-Fi at the hotel was a bit poor.

The breakfast was great. There was a wide selection of dishes. It was possible to choose. Food quality was good.

The windows could not be opened. It was not possible to ventilate naturally from the outside. I was on a high floor. I personally prefer the lower floors.

Upon arrival the arraignment to pay for parking is first a bit puzzling (using an app or paying at the reception) but was explained at the reception. In some hotels the elegant lighting switches present something like an IQ puzzle to the guests, including this one, but we sorted it out

Amazing localization - right in the city centre, very nice and helpful personel :) I regret that my stay was so short because the room was very comfortable and nice that I would love to stay for longer. Next time hopefully will have that opportunity!

The location could not be any better! Close to all main restaurants and shops, nearby to the main bus station.

Breakfast could have included more variety.
