Great location. Walking distance to the market. Good for family (on-site mini golf!) Super comfortable bed. Love the swimming pool and hot tub. Both on-site restaurants are good.

There are 5 buildings, and we stayed at the newly remodeled building #5. Bathroom has many broken things. 1. Toilet backed up for the first day of our stay. Facility came to fix it a few times but still didn't work, until they turn up with a serious tool on the second day to snake the pipe. 2. The jets on the jacuzzi tub did not work at all. 3. The wall mount shower gel, hand soap, and shampoo do not squeeze out easily. Some of them are completely stuck. 4. Bathroom layout and overall usage is just awkward. Floor is not clean. My son went barefoot in the room and the bottom of his feet was completely black. The laundry room at building #5 was broken!!

Great location- we walked on the Lake Louise creek trail and were at Lake Louise in around an hour. The room was a little dated but it was very clean and comfortable and accurately depicted in the photos (just check you are looking at the right photos for the room you are booking). Lovely beds. Although there was no microwave or fridge in the room there was a communal microwave in the coin laundry room in the basement of our block (block 4) and also an ice machine which we used to keep our freezer bag going. Gym was well equipped for a hotel and the pool and hot tubs were clean and very relaxing. We enjoyed the complimentary hot chocolate and S’mores round the lovely campfire in the ‘gazebo’ on the Saturday night! Plenty of free parking.

The price reflects the location and the amenities the hotel offers. They have clearly been investing in the upkeep of the outside areas.

We stayed in a Junior suite with kitchenette which is well stocked. Only missing big oven but there is a toaster oven. We loved sitting outside on the balcony. It advertised Mountain View from balcony but given the plentiful tall trees, you only see tiny bit of the mountain. They also provide 4 hr free bike rental which is nice and we did some trail biking. It’s first come first serve and the bikes could really take some good tune up. On site restaurant is nice too.

Very poor sound insulation. You can hear neighbors talk and the shower plumbing sound is soooo loud from next door that you wish they were not waking up early for a sunrise tour. You will be up as well.

The entire staff (from front desk to restaurant service to housekeeping) were amazing throughout my stay, offering exceptional communication and assistance at all times. The entire team is working together to ensure guests have a happy and care-free stay! My experience in the Junior Suite matched the description on the website in every way. It was newly renovated, very comfortable, spotless-clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the kitchenware needed. The balcony offered a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. There is a beautiful hiking trail to Lake Louise from the hotel which I highly recommend! But there are also busses running to get to the lake for 2$. Thanks for a wonderful time, especially to Karen and Carlos at the front desk!

The gym is very small in the basement with no window, but hotel guests can rent bikes for free at the front desk and there is also an electric bike rental (Wilson) only a 5 minute walk away from the hotel.

Amazing customer services. Any questions we had were answered quick and clear. Hot tubs (all 3) and the pool were clean and perfect temperatures. Our room was 10/10, would return forsure. Shuttle service was free and on time. The resort has dropped mask mandates with the province. Restaurants, hall ways, pool areas. No more masks, other than the shuttle services sadly (the only place that still requires masks). Not even the mountain required them. What a beautiful trip we had. We will be back. Until next time.

There is plenty of parking and we were allowed to leave our car in the car park on checkout day so that we could take a bus to Lake Louise. This is really important because there is practically no available parking near the lake. There is a bus stop across the road from the Inn. We ate diner, breakfast and lunch in Legends restaurant and the meals were all good.

There are no elevators to access rooms above ground floor. There is no air conditioning or ventilation and (in early September) we had to open the room door during the night because we were so overheated. The rooms are very expensive for the standard of accommodation but I think this reflects the great location for access to Lake Louise.

Good swimming pool, mini golf and handy clothes washing facilities. Friendly staff and nice to have several restaurants to choose from - especially when Lake Louise village doesn’t really contain much! Breakfast buffet lovely but I felt a little overpriced. Great fruits selection offered which was appreciated! Shuttle bus up to Lake v helpful.

It rained a lot and as the buildings are all spread out you got wet moving around. No air con made room hot even though it was cold dnd rainy outside! Would have been hard in the heat!!! Room decor dated and bathroom sink cracked.

Wonderful staff, especially in the pizza tavern upstairs; and the pizza was delicious. The bed was very comfortable; clean room and good amenities .

electric outlets were not available; too few and not located nearby. Those that I found across the room would not HOLD the plug for my tablet. Extremely loud bathroom fan that was the only place to charge my iphone; yet if the fan/light was turned OFF then the electric outlet was off as well. No AC so we had the window open and someone below was sitting beneath our room smoking - I awoke to the smell of cigarettes at 2AM.

The hotel has a swimming pool, free use of bicycles, and free mini putting. Two good restaurants are available at your expense. We had a family of four and it was a bit tight in the room but we made it work.

Washroom is out of date as expected from the establishment. This means there is rust on most metal panels of the washroom. The ac controls were out of control, this meant that I was sleeping in a freezer for the entire night. Not really sure how to turn off the heating and cooling controls. The hotel has 5 different appartment complexes. Only the first complex is attached to the pool and restaurants. We stayed only for one night and it costed us over $600. Would only go again if the price was more readable even if it was a Friday.

Great hotel where you can feel at home easily! Staff is wonderful and always in a good mood, I loved the relaxed but still very professional atmosphere everywhere. Special thanks to Enrique and Sumbal at the front desk and Brayan in the Legends restaurant for exceptional service! Rooms were wonderful, spacious, spotless clean with a beautiful mountain view. The Brewster Express bus can take you directly from the hotel to the airport or to other places.

Having to check out! Felt very comfortable here from the moment of Check-In! Would definitely stay here again
