- The location is pretty nice, few supermarkets and restaurants close by (even walking distance if you want to). - If you don’t wanna swim in Lake Powell you can take a swim in the pool. However, on weekends it can be very crowded - the breakfast had more to offer than other motels we have stayed in. However, on weekends it can be very crowded here as well. - great distance for lake Powell, antalope canyon and more fun things to do! 2 hours drive to Grand Canyon - room was definitely clean, only the interior was quite old. We stayed in two different rooms and the 2nd room upstairs was a bit more modern

- at our check in the reception was really crowded and the staff was not really welcoming and open. There was also some miscommunication about the room. However in the end it was all fixed and we were great full for that. Just keep in mind it is a crowded, wanted, good budget motel.

I had a wonderful experience checking in. I had arrived early as it was a different time zone that I had travelled from but when I mentioned I was a rewards member, I was able to check in immediately which was wonderful as I was extremely tired from travelling. I didn’t have an ice bucket in my room so went to the front desk for assistance and once again front desk staff assisted me. I was pleasantly surprised by the continental breakfast choices and how clean our dining area was kept for the duration of the breakfast hours. All staff I encountered were friendly. I enjoyed my stay .

Unfortunately someone prior to my arrival had turned the refrigerator up and it froze some items but I was able to fix that easily enough. I am a celiac so the only suggestion I have is to offer gluten free options for the breakfast.

Perfect location after having seen Horseshoe Bend.. Hotel was very nice and staff very accommodating.

young man put us in last adjoining rooms but carpet was drenched with water in one of the rooms as if carpets were just cleaned but never sucked dry. Water squished between my toes! So one party had to change rooms after unpacking unknowingly of the wet carpet because they still had their shoes on. Family that checked in ahead of me and were across the hall had to move too for the same reason. The young man said he had no idea about this..

Good location, close to horseshoe bend + lake Powell (what's left of it anyway), breakfast included, nice cool swimming pool. Clean room, good beds and building/surrounding looks nice.

I don't want to be too negative, considering the price range, but wifi was unreliable and there were some technical problems (toasters not working, door not closing, no ice in both machines...) They did try to fix certain issues, but I'm not really sure if the staff actually likes working there. They weren't unfriendly, it was more a feeling of indifference, but that's just my opinion, could be wrong.

The hotel was just what we needed for our family of 4. We got a room with 3 queen sized beds which is very difficult to find. My husband got a bed, my 17 yr old got a bed and I shared one with my daughter who is 9. We swam in the pool, relaxed then went to bed. Woke up and went downstairs for a basic but good breakfast. It was clean (the rooms) and staff was very nice.

The pillows on the beds were kind of bulky and uncomfortable. Very thin sheets, blanket.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Nothing negative to say about my stay or the staff.. Nice to have a clock radio alarm in the room with some basic appliances. I also liked that there was also an option to request some free items (toothbrush/toothpaste, etc) in case they were needed.1 The hotel was in close proximity to a few restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

There were times when the internet connection was slow or unavailable, however it wasn't enough of an issue to alert the staff. The television was on a timer to automatically turn off after about 30 minutes however it wasn't a serious issue.

Facility was amazing, pool was beautiful. Staff made a glitch and charged me twice but it was all sorted out within a reasonable time.

The breakfast was not worth the price. So many far cheaper hotels offer a free (or included in the price) breakfast that is better - including one in Calgary that offers a cook who makes custom omelets. If I have to pay for a buffet It has got to be amazing.

It's close to a road & shopping yet very quiet. It smelled good and was very clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. I had my dog and it was very comfortable for both of us. Nice place to stay. I will definitely stay again in the future 😃

I ended up with a handicap room. Not upset about it except the shower curtain was way too close to the shower head. I had to leave the curtain open and got the toilet seat wet 😯

Breakfast was spectacular. We noticed no street lights out in front on the road by the sidewalk. The city should put up street lights to make it more walking friendly.

Needs street lights. Our mini-fridge was left agar and was hot and over working. Therefore we could not use it and was a safety hazard. Please warn your cleaning staff to check the mini-fridges and make sure they are closed.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The location was good, 10-15 minutes drive to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoebend.

The breakfast was ok, we had just boiled eggs since everything else was on the sugary side. The room was spacious but bathroom had a strong smell of stagnant water and urine. We saw one person cleaning multiple rooms on that floor.
