When it comes to road trips and last minutes booking, this exceeds any expectations one might have. A change of mind, heading north instead of south, two and half hour drive, the key safely hidden, and a small and petit classic motel room that's as clean as your mother's soul. It's worn, obviously, but there's an important difference. You can be worn and and used, but still be sparkling. If I ever come back to the area again, this is my first choice. No doubt.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. Right now I'm sitting in a motel one day's ride away from Page, on a pillow to avoid getting stains on my pants, regretting some of today's travel choices.

We had a room with access to a patio that led to the pool. Such a great escape from the heat after a long day of hiking. We were well within walking distance of great restaurants and close to a number of different excursions.

We could’ve used more service for the room - taking trash/restocking the bathroom. We were able to get more shampoo from the front desk but had to wait until someone was there to help us.

Staff was very helpful even when I thought I lost the key to the room. They helped open the room whenever I needed to go in. It didn't help that they didn't have a duplicate. But everybody was very cheerful despite me bugging them to open the room.

There is very little to complain about here considering the price you are paying. This is not the fault of the inn but people would park right outside your room, which caused me to park outside someone else's room. Like I mentioned in my likes, I thought I lost the key to the room which caused me a lot of stress. It didn't help that they didn't have a spare and they were considering replacing the entire lock. I know this is entirely my fault for misplacing the key but electronic key cards would have been a good solution for situations like these since you just need to create a new key if the customer loses the key. Perhaps this is something the inn managers could invest in. On the flip side, this was a good opportunity to show the great customer service they have here.

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the room was spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room has a nice size fridge and a/c. There is a nice little terrace that you access out a sliding glass door at the opposite side of the room. It also allows you access to the pool.

The doorknob was loose and we weren't sure that it had been locked when we arrived. The key only worked in the doorknob lock, not the deadbolt. The ice machine was broken during our visit.

Good value to price. The location is great, as other hotels nearby. It's clean, and there is a refrigerator in the room, that's great. They have laundry and a microwave to heat food.

The WiFi is slow and has poor quality. There is no cooking stove or oven to prepare some basic meals, especially when they don't offer any food to buy (in bar or restaurant) as a replacement.

Surprisingly Nice, staff, nice, inner courtyard nice, relaxing,refrigerator in room, good, freezer working. Shower good pressure, Priced the lowest in town. So issues expected, 😕

Entrance at back parking lot, kinda different. Front patios, shared, not separated. Paint coming off wall, upper shower ceiling area. Bed felt like i was going to sink to the bottom. Towels crispy. Not soft. No ice machine, No breakfast. Pool closed, cloudy, some rain?

close to many places in Lake Powell, nice room, first floor room is very nice with the little table + chairs outside, and close to the swimming pool which is nice

the shower wasn’t very clean. it is probably an old one since the rust, the damage tap are very present. it feels like it hasn’t been clean

I think this place is under-rated. For the little money that I paid I got a really big room with a big comfy bed. It sure is not a 5* hotel experience, but for what it is, it was more than adequate.

Well, the self check-in experience was a bit awkward... Some extra heat insulation is needed as the heater was running non-stop to keep the room moderately warm.

I've been coming her for years (back when it was the Page Boy Inn). The location is great, and the rooms aren't right on the main street, so it's quiet. Lovely little patio area by my sliding glass door meant we could enjoy view of the pool and some fresh air wit our appetizers before an easy stroll to our restaurant. Loads of pillows, good wifi, comfy bed all at a great price.

We spent two nights during Thanksgiving weekend. I called and left a voicemail to find out if there was a microwave in the room. I called about 6 time before anyone picked up. But their phone could not hear anything from me when they eventually picked up the call. When they called back, we were able to hear each other; and we communicated via texting. They were so kind to bring a microwave to the room for us to use which we are very grateful. The price for the size of room was unbeatable! Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and service! Highly recommended!

The light outside the door was so bright. We had a hard time getting good sleep.
