We stayed at the Dam Motel, right in front of the red rock motel. It has everything you need and the common kitchen is very cute and fully equipped. Coffee was on the house. The AC worked perfectly for heating too (we visited in February). The lock system is awesome. Very clean and tidy, with nice furniture. Parking is available and free everywhere around the motel. Perfect spot to stay at because of the many touristic attractions around.

If I must find something I didn't like at the motel, it is about some minor details. Since we ate some meals in the bedroom, we would have liked 1 more chair in the room (so 2 in total). We would have liked more hangers and bars in the bedroom to hang towels close to the washing basin (which is located next to the bed), and to let the towels dry after the shower and for our coats.

The local management staff were excellent. Very nice room, kitchen, & outdoor tables. I chose it for its historic past - where the Glen Canyon Dam workers lived in the 1950s. The Red Rock is closed. We stayed at The Dam.

I booked the Red Rock motel which was closed & boarded up for renovations when we arrived. A sign directed us down the street to The Damn motel. At first we were very freaked out. Ironically The Dam is a rebuild of LuLu’s Sleep Ezze which was the motel we booked in 2020 but had to cancel due to Covid. Another couple (European) who came in after us had booked in November did not get a room. Not good business practice for Booking - closed hotel & people not getting their room.

We booked the Red Rock Motel but were put in the newly refurbished Dam Motel over the road. it was very nice and had everything we needed including filter coffee. It Is in a very quiet area and we both slept well. Rather than the single hard chair, they could fit in a cosy small 2 seater sofa placed at the foot of the bed which would be much more comfortable than watching tv sitting on the bed. we loved the location and there were a lot of nice places to eat, some bars and shops all within walking distance

the sound proofing between the units could be a bit better and the air conditioning unit was too loud but there was a ceiling fan so we just used that instead. the windows either didn’t open or didn’t stay open. Finally it has been common on this trip that you have to ring the inn keeper if you have a problem because there were no residential staff which is difficult if you don’t have a USA SIM card for your mobile. perhaps covid changed the way businesses like this are run

Awesome room, that exceeded my expectations! Very cozy, affordable room that seemed to be relatively new. Each room was equipped with a fridge and microwave and there was a clean, brand new shared kitchen with coffee. I would highly recommend this place, there is certainly an abundance of small touches that make the place very homey. The check in and check out procedure is very easy and quick, just be sure to have internet the day of check in since they send you a code to enter your room via email.

Super strict check in and checkout charges (threatened high fees if checking out 30mins late). The staff was a bit off putting when we arrived, but that was quickly negated by the conditions of the room. No laundry facilities (but there is a laundromat within walking distance from the hotel).

The SHEETS and middle blanket were incredibly soft and kudos for the abundance of pillows!! We stayed at the Dam Motel and we thought it was a cute little place. The decor was modern and cozy. The fridge and microwave were convenient. The outdoor furniture and seating areas seemed nice, but we got in too late and left too early to be able to enjoy them. The communal kitchen was quaint and clean. The parking lot was spacious and not crowded.

There was nowhere to hang clothes. I know it's a small space but just a few hooks behind the front door would've helped. There were no drawers in the night stand or desk, or sink. You could just add a few trinket trays for keys, medications, chargers, phones, toothbrush & toothpaste, etc. I feel that these little changes would help keep things organized as we unpack and repack.

I stayed here about 30 years ago before any renovations had been done from when it was built in the 1950's. I love what they've done to the place! The present owner did it right. Thanks.

I would have liked to have a plastic glass or cup in the room for drinking water, taking pills, brushing my teeth. I'm too old to crane my neck to get my mouth under the faucet. The next morning I temporarily borrowed a cup from the community kitchen for a couple of days. They need to update their book telling about stuff. According to the book I was missing a chair and a table lamp for the night stand. Hope I don't get charged for them.

Absolutely amazing staff the lady that checked me in was fast and professional as well as very informative while I was asking questions for things to do and where to eat in the area. Now the room wow seriously one of the best places I have ever stayed at so clean I literally felt safe to walk around with no sock or shoes, bathroom was very clean the room very comfy and homey. This place is a gem for sure and your be lucky if you get to stay here. Will definitely always stay at this place if im back in this area. The price was phenomenal better quality then most 4 star hotels I've been in seriously stay here

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Shared kitchen was very useful and well stocked.

Checkin process can be greatly improved. We had to wait for more than 30 mins (there were a couple of other guests waiting as well) as there was no one at the office to check us in at the start of their checkin period. In this day and age, it would be great to consider a self check-in process like most other places do now, to avoid such issues, as otherwise it was one of the best stays we have had on our trip.

This is my favorite kind of value property - small mom and pop operation that has been lovingly cared for and is immaculately clean. Check in was a breeze, the room has been recently upgraded, and the communal kitchen space was both functional and adorable. The price was also more than reasonable, especially in a tourist-centric location like Page where big hotel chains are charging above quality rates. Just note that the office is only open until 8pm, so plan ahead if you’re arriving later (they offer a convenient self check in option with all important info communicated by email). Highly recommend!

This place was awesome. I was a little concerned about booking at a “motel”, but based on reviews I booked it. The room was comfortable, clean, and looked and smelled updated. Some places say they’ve been updated, but they just paint the walls and put new tile in the bathroom and it still has the musty smell from the old popcorn ceiling and carpet. Not this place, they did it right. Also, the community kitchen was great! It was adorable, well equipped, clean, and even had a large dining table you could use for meals, and they had lots of little seating areas outside. Bonus it only a block away from a Safeway grocery & pharmacy store.
