I can’t overstate how happy we were with this 3 BR place. It was roomy, comfortable, thoughtfully appointed. Decent kitchen, well stocked (though no dishwasher). We loved it

The property is an atypical “motel,” with low-slung 1960s cinderblock construction that, at first blush, lacks curb appeal. It’s on a street with similarly constructed motels. Originally built to house workers who built the nearby Glen Canyon dam, my wife recoiled a bit when we drove up. But it’s been modernized and nicely updated. everything about it was great once we checked in.

The apartment isn’t fancy, but if you’re looking for something basic, spacious and conveniently located to everything, this is the perfect place. We loved that there was an extra fan and heater in the unit, and the bed was super comfortable. Our contact was incredibly helpful and responsive anytime we had a question or issue.

When we pulled out the sofa bed, there were crumbs covering the top (like it maybe just hadn’t been cleaned), but the mattress itself was clean. The fitted sheet provided didn’t fit, but someone promptly brought us a new one. The sheets for both beds were somewhat threadbare.

the apartment was soooo cozy and clean. there were everything for cooking. it was like a small home where you can find what you need. the manager was so friendly and helpful. she helps us every time. I thought she is an owner because she was so attentive. there were bbq, back yard with chairs and tables, free parking spot. we didn’t heard neighbors. we booked a 3 bedrooms apartment and it was big. the location is too super good. thank you very much that you make our trip better.

Little did we know that this adorable accommodation was part of history - buildings on this street were originally built for the workers building the Glen Canyon Dam in the 50's. The location in the "Old Quarter" was quiet. It was very nice to have a full kitchen along with plenty of room to spread out. Our particular unit had 3 bedrooms and a living room in addition to the kitchen and bathroom. Additionally, there were plenty of games and books available.

Very well equipped kitchen in a quite location. Walking distance to Safeway and church (many different denominations all in a convenient row). Short drive to a convenient carpark which can be used as the start of the Rim View Trail, and where a short trail to a lovely overlook of the Glen Canyon Dam and Lake Powell starts.

The cost of using the laundry facilities ($20) was unexpected.

The very best part of the experience was the wonderful manager. Heather is a gem: friendly, helpful and absolutely charming. Her suggestions both before we arrived and after we checked in were appreciated and "spot on." It was evident that much thought went into putting in some modern touches. It was great to have a regular coffee pot! The location for touring the area was great.

The motel is quite old, from the 50s and that makes it both charming and difficult to maintain.

It wasn’t fancy but it is very practical and very comfortable with everything you need for your stay. Very well located in the centre of Page and easy to access the town’s facilities but in a really quiet street.

Not about the property itself but the check in process involved a phone call while standing outside, which was OK until you had to give out credit card details-not very secure!

Convenient location to grocery shops, restaurants, and all major tourist spots such as Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell and Horseshoe Bend

It's very confusing for the time change, Apple watch or phone will automatic forward one hour because it's close to Utah border, but tour is based on AZ time, so very easy to mess up the schedule.

It is a very spacious family suite. Should be two bathrooms but still it was nice. Very warm with the heaters. Very nice beds. Very nice kitchen. The table should be bigger. Tv with netflix and cable. Very nice. It is a motel in a renovated old motel but everything is decent and comfortable. Price is amazing. A lot of space.

Should be 2 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms. There was just 1.

What a great place! 1. easy check in - I came late at night after check in time. The staff just texted me all the information when I called to ask them what to do. 2. Great communication with staff - you can just communicate with text and they were super responsive and quick. Really appreciated that! They also send you an email with all the things to do in the area. That was really helpful. 2. free laundry - for longer stays (I stayed for a week) they let you use their laundry machines for free. This was a great perk and I really appreciated it because a lot of places don't allow this. 3. spacious parking - you can either park in the front street or in the back lot 4. spacious apartment - this apartment is huge! I stayed by myself and it really felt like I was back at my home apartment. 5. fast wifi - I was working remotely and the wifi was fast enough to accommodate for regular video meetings, etc. 6. Nice interior - the apartment is quite nicely set up with nice tvs, cable, etc. 7. location - Next to grocery stores, restaurants, etc - all walkable. 8. Price - this place was so affordable. I will be back!

1. the building was quite old - luckily the interior didn't really look that way but from the outside, it's a building that's built in the 60's or so and it shows. 2. Not a lot to do in the area - besides antelope valley and horseshoe bend, this place didn't have ton to do. I was passing by, but just heads up. It's a tiny little town and you can find little hikes here and there to keep you occupied for a week. 3. Sewer - It seemed like all the sewers in the building are connected. One day the toilet wouldn't really go down for no reason (I didn't even flush anything besides liquid - guessing it got blocked on some other unit) and then the water came back up on the tub. It was quite disgusting.
