+ The breakfast was fine. However, when we checked in, the clerk said there was a $50 charge for contingencies, which would be refunded when we checked out. When we checked out, we were charged another $50, not refunded. Because of this additional $100, neither me nor my very extended family will ever stay at this company again.

After reading the reviews I was wondering what I was going to get, but I was very happy with this stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and varied. Close by E-470 and I-25. Plenty of food options nearby. I ended up having to extend my stay for another day and it was no problem.

I don't know how it could have been better.

Bed was super comfortable. The location was very accommodating for my dog. A path to walk him right there and also a grassy area he could go potty. Made it so much easier having that so close. All staff was helpful friendly and professional. Very clean! Great stay and wonderful hot breakfast.

The valve that made shower water go from bath to shower mode was broken. It eventually worked with a lot of effort but needed fixed.

Clean rooms

Staff wasn't that friendly. Bathroom was so small. Called the front desk the night before leaving to make sure someone would be at the desk because I was leaving at 3AM the lady said yes but when I got to the front desk, no one was there! Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come. I even tried calling the front desk to get someone to come. Also no pool or hot tub☹️

Our room was very nice and clean, it was rather large. Nice seating area, small kitchen-type area, and two queen size beds. Very large vanity in bathroom - however the tub was cracked and creaked when you moved on it. Otherwise, the room was very nice.

The food selection on our first day was just some microwave Jimmy Dean Croissants that I could have bought at the grocery store, and because of that we never tried the free breakfast again during our stay.

The pillows!!!! They were so amazingly comfortable after the long flight I had endured and was so ready to go to sleep. The bed and the pillows were both very comfortable....yet in my opinion the pillows were the best! You can't beat having a super plush comfy pillow... Thank you!

Having my luggage fall into a muddy....snowy puddle outside the building entrance because there was an accumulation of snow outside the doors at the bottom of the steps. It's happened just as I was swiping my card to get inside.

We managed to time it so that we checked in just as the cookies were coming out of the oven. :o) Front desk manager was super nice and helpful. Lots of amenities. We greatly appreciated the luggage cart that was situated at the back door that we could use to bring everything inside the room. Room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom, a microwave, fridge, and safe.

Nice rooms, pretty quiet

The breakfast area is very cramped. It was full and you couldn't get past anyone easily. The tables were so close you couldn't sit comfortably. Food was ok, the hot stuff seemed quite greasy.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and very good.

The picture online shows a pool which is decieving. There is no longer a pool at this location.

The location was next door to where we had to be. Rental was located close by. Staff was great help. The door leading out to handicap parking a plus.
