The breakfast was good. Not great, but good. But extra points because they opened it at 5am for me for an early flight out. I don't know any other hotel that would do that. I loved their free airport shuttle (and extra kudos because it ran 24/7). I liked the ticket for a free drink at their bar (which is open until 1AM). The beer selection was disappointing (on tap were 3 light beers and one Leinenkugel, but the Leinenkugel was only $3 for a pint during long happy hours, and pretty tasty -- free popcorn, too).

There were a lot of unsupervised kids around. Like when I went to use the pool, there were 3 little unsupervised kids playing in it and the pool is not too big, so I passed on the pool. I hoped for the hot tub, but it is literally a "hot" tub, with no jacuzzi jets, and there was an unsupervised toddler in it with a bunch of her bath toys, so I passed on the hot tub. However, my room had a bathtub, so I took my own, private "hot" tub.

The hotel continues to be a "Best Value" for us, when we visit Bismarck (6 times per year) The hotel is generally cleaner than in past stays. The hallway carpets are cleaner, the elevator walls have been cleaned up, and the hotel rooms are always perfectly cleaned and well-appointed. Breakfast is certainly the premier service in the hotel! The menu is substantive, the quality is excellent, the place is generally clean, and the staff are wonderful.

You need to high-light your pool area more in your marketing. It is an excellent facility that is well-maintained. In the breakfast area, the chairs need to be shampooed. They are objectionably dirty.

The breakfast was excellent. There were many choices such as eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, yogurt, English Muffins, bread. The rooms were very spacious. The location is close to much shopping and the main road.

My room had a musky scent to it and the toilet ran all night. I told the front desk when I checked out about the toilet. I think it would be a nice addition to provide bagels at the breakfast bar. That would be the cherry on top! One other thing. I know it is difficult to police the exterior parking lot, but when I went to park close to my room, an older gentleman was panhandling any guest that walked into the Door 2. I decided to park towards the front and walk a little further so I would not be bothered by him.

The desk staff were very helpful no matter what my concern might be. The bed was super comfortable and their breakfast options included scrambled eggs and sausage links. The thing that I really liked was that the cleaning products they use left a very light refreshing scent in the room rather than an overpowering, harsh chemical smell you find in most motels.

The building is older and shows the wear and tear yet everything was very clean . Parking is not plentiful and was made worse due to the piles of snow here and there.

The room was large and comfortable with plenty of coffee sachets. WiFi was good. Breakfast included a good variety of hot and cold stuff and was excellent.

Hallways are a bit tired and in need of renovation. Air con has a confusing winter/summer switch nowhere near it on the other side of the room, which after ringing reception I discovered I needed to switch to summer to get the air con to work.

Great location, comfy beds, great pool area, large hot tub, decent breakfast. Room was clean upon arrival. Front desk staff was friendly.

We didn't realize we only got maid service after the 3rd night. We requested towels and toilet paper from the maid in the hall, and she was a bit snippy about it. Room was a tad tight for 3 people.

We did have an issue with our first room that staff handled very well and helped us move to another room as well as cleaned/sanitized our contaminated laundry. They were very accommodating of my medical alert service dog and did a great job following ADA guidelines. Very clean and quiet hotel

My room was spacious and very clean. I love the fact that the cleansers used by this motel don't leave a strong odor. Breakfast was good with the usual hot food selection along with breakfast cereal, waffles, bread, and muffins. Also two kinds of fruit were available.

They seem to have staff issues as I witnessed some drama as I was checking in.

All the amenities I wanted plus lounge with a free drink, hot tub could of been a little hotter to my Temperature. But easy registration. Curtains in room tricky meaning inside white curtains close for privacy learned that at checkout. Excellent breakfast and pool 🏊‍♂️ inside

Curtains tell customers about the privacy one. Breakfast lobby far away not in neutral area.

We used a debit card to hold the room when we made our reservation. When we arrived at the facility we gave a different card for the room. The front desk person took the credit card information but the room was not charged to the new credit card. My concern is that they took the information from the second card.
