I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 1 hotel, and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail. The hotel itself was beautiful, with stunning architecture and tasteful decor throughout. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could have asked for. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and luxurious bedding, which made for a great night’s sleep. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about the 1 hotel. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay.

As soon as you step inside the property smells so nice. Our room was specious and very clean. Large and comfortable king bed. Elijah and Nesley were very helpful when it came to making our stay at No1 hotel. Any time needed advice on places to go they were first to help. Cleaners left room spotless everyday. Beautiful beach front.

There was some maintenance works going on the 3rd floor near the pool which was extremely loud and made impossible to relax and that was our main reason for visiting this hotel.

Location is 10/10. beach is withing 1 minute of your room. So many different pools to choose from. Very nice atmosphere and people all around the premises. I also enjoyed the music in the pool bar! The customer relations team is out of this world!

They did have a fire drill of some sorts and as a result it was kind of noisy for an hour or so.

I loved every moment of our stay. In particular the guys at PlntHouse - Pedro, Valentina, and all the kitchen staff - they really made us happy of having always our customised meals ready at any time of the day. It made us feel special.

unfortunately facilities are too busy very often (no sun loungers were available in different occasions) and they keep the air-con in the corridors too low so when inside we were freezing all the time

friendly, helpful staff, very clean hotel, very efficient elevators (never had a long wait and we were staying at the top floor). cleaning staff very detail oriented, rolling up charge cables and leaving subtle clues they had been in, as well as the obvious ones. in hotel food was really good also. wasn’t a cheap stay but it was worth every penny.

valet parking only it seems. was expecting our electric car to be charged whilst there but it wasn’t, and it wasn’t a problem in any case.

everything was incredible!

I liked the hotel. The room was really nice and big. I liked the “yoga” vibe of the hotel. They even have a yoga mat in case you don’t have. I loved the skin products: soap, cream etc. also the smells of the hotel was amazing. One thing I didn’t liked were the elevators. So many but still so slow. Sometimes crowded… the hotel in general is always crowded everywhere. The front staff was ok, other 5 stars I stayed in Miami they usually open doors, are polite, good manners, etc… but Is ok! The breakfast was ok too… nice buffet for 45$ or something like that… the rooftop restaurant was nice too…

What a wonderful place! There were some negative reviews on Google Maps, so we were a bit cautious, but our room, hotel staff, cleanliness, and the facilities were top-notch. All the furniture and appliances in our room were in great condition. The beach is well maintained too, and the green/tropical landscaped area between the pools and the beach is very nice. We will stay there again next time we're in the area!

It’s my favorite hotel :)). I like the location , the 3 pools , beach , the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I think there products in the bathroom need an upgrade , especially for this type of hotel . No hand soap , and cheap conditioner and shampoo

great location. great ambience. great food. the staff at the common areas were very warm. cleaning was done twice a day.

it’s unfortunate that drinking water is not provided by the hotel n the rooms., basing on how expensive the hotel is. for such a facility I’d expect toothbrush and toothpaste to be provided . the lobby can get very crowded.
