The hotel is located at a great location. reasonable price. Facility is clean and enjoyable. Pool is good and free umbrell and chair was a bonus.

BEWARE: The restaurant servers will give you the check on a tablet what the total, What I’ll tell you there’s a 20% service charge included. Most people will tip again cluelessly, because the screen shows three options for tipping option. At least 50% of the guest end up paying 40% tip on the food bill. That is deceitful robbery! But, this is all of Miami.

The location was great. Close to South Beach and many restaurants and bars.

The room was ok, not great. The bathroom was small and the toilet over flowed but they fix it right away. The AC in the room was not that strong. The pool and bars close too early on the week days, 8 pm to be exact. In such a lively place with everyone pumping around you why would the bar and pool close so early.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was absolutely amazing, right on the beach and within walking distance of tons of restaurants/bars/shopping. The backyard had a decently sized pool and was a relaxing atmosphere. And $1 drinks for happy hour? It can’t get better than that! The room was beautiful and clean. Overall a wonderful place to enjoy a stay.

My only real complaint is that you can hear everything between the rooms. The doors/walls are thin and noise travels easily. Most guests are respectful of the noise level however so it wasn’t too bad but something to be weary of.

The property was very pretty, fantastic pool area and backyard! Staff was always smiling and happy to help. Beach and ocean walk easily accessible. Happy hour was enjoyable and when it rained, covered seating was offered. Great aesthetics! Lots and lots of photo opportunities!

House feeling was not fantastic. 4 ppl staying on me room. 2 clean towels left and when asked the house keeper forMore towels her response was “we ran out. Ask the front desk”. I feel as if she should have gotten them for us. Beds were made but on the last day only 1 bed was made. The room wasn’t as clean as it could have been but it was acceptable. The chairs on the beach that were offered complimentary were first come first serve but 3/3 days out chairs were broken.. plastic slats were missing . Construction was going on next door. Only 1 morning we were woke by the construction at 8am. But the other mornings were quiet in the mornings. Walls are thin.

on top of my bill , at backyard patio i need to add 20% service charge plus 20% tip. That is too much. I discovered that 40% was added to each of my bills last day, as they never hand you paper bills unless you specifically ask for them.

4 women shared a room on the 9th floor that was a bit small for our liking but was entirely manageable. housekeeping staff kept the room absolutely pristine amongst all of our belongings. we had plenty of towels to use in the room and at the pool. service staff was readily available to fulfill requests within minutes (ex. more towels, AC malfunction, more pillows)

Smaller sized room (705) than our friends who paid the same amount (403). we assumed the gate to the public beach path would be locked at all times but learned it was not due to the restaurant there. we had met another resort couple who had their belongings stolen while dining there

I absolutely adored the staff so friendly and helpful!! We stayed 7 days and it was well worth it! The food is awesome and the staff so friendly! When we arrived we had to wait but only because they wanted to make sure we were not near the construction. The air worked fine and we slept great, the walls are not paper thin I could not hear anyone. My husband is a light sleeper and he slept just fine.

The only thing I regret is room choice a standard double room is very small, but it was a place to sleep not a place to live in. We enjoyed it and next time we’re at South Miami Beach, this is where we’ll stay!!!

Access to the beach was wonderful. Staff was great about bringing extra towels, answering questions, and kept property clean. When we booked the rooms, it originally said it would have two standard beds, but after checking in, we realized there was three beds (one in a bedroom). Had booked two rooms, but once we realized there was three beds, we asked to cancel one of the rooms last minute. Manager Julian agreed to charge the second room for one night, and refund us the remaining three days, which was extremely appreciated. Because we booked through Booking.com, it was a very long difficult process, but eventually the refund did go through. Highly recommend booking directly through the hotels website to avoid any issues.

Pool was very warm, I am guessing around 90-95 degrees.

Well located, close to restaurants, bars, beach clubs, Spanhola way, Ocean Dr, CVS/Walgreens. Hotel is in front of the beach, which was great. There were chairs and umbrellas available for the guests provided by a kiosk on the beach. Room is big and beds are confortable. Staff is helpful and polite. Pool area is nice.

There was not breakfast included however the restaurante in the lobby provided for a cost. Room needed maintenance on the floor (there were tapes on the floor) and door, strutucture looked to be old, Ac was not working properly. Hotel provide a happy hour from 6 to 7pm where drinks are $1 each. However, drinks were not good (we kind of guess by the price). But I would rather pay more than have this kind of sales and not get a good drink.

While the property looked small on the outside, it was a great size once you walked in. Staff was so friendly, very welcoming. The pool was amazing, we especially likes the 3ft portion for the littles and the shooting water. I could tell how well it was maintained by staff members checking/cleaning the pool throughout our stay. I was a bit hesitant because Miami is a popular destination for adults, but the pool was never super busy and there were many other families present. Rooms were clean and spacious. I loved the umbrella and lounge area. The bright artwork was one of my favorites- many photo opportunities.

The only downsize I had was the thin hotel room as we could hear all of the loudness from the hallway.
