The staff were very polite and offered assistance when needed. The room was clean … it was the ideal location!

The property was well suited. Bookings.com wasn’t accurate. They stated the hotel fee would be $600 with taxes included. I was shocked to find it was over $800 for that same reservation which I had NOT allowed for. I’m surprised usually Booking.com is more accurate as I’ve worked with them plenty of times. Perhaps I might leave the middleman out next time and book directly with the hotel. The hotel adjusted reservation.

I have to start from the outside, it’s very beautiful especially the front entrance, the lobby have this very nice aroma to it. the floors super shiny. I’d say it was one of the nicest, cleanest hotels I’ve been in. and the staff??, starting from check in, the young lady was very nice with my check in and answered a question for me about the deposit for the room. I’ll take that up with the site I used. the staff was nice and I learned some Spanish from them lol.

I can’t name anything. oh the bed could’ve been more comfortable and the tv could be at least a 55”? other than that the room was great.

Location was convenient. I did not personally stay there, I booked the reservation for family members that were coming from out of town.

I had previously paid for the reservation so my family member would not bebothered at check in. Then when the guest arrived, they wanted a credit card to take a deposit. The family members called us on the phone. The person at the desk would not take the credit card number on the telephone and my wife had to drive there to give them the credit card. That defeated my purpose of paying ahead of time!

The area was nice. A variety of eating choices and not far from the highway. Staff was friendly.

We had to rig the bathtub plug so that it stayed up so that the water could drain. Also, I chose the hotel because of the balcony. Was told once we got there there that balconies are not available for double bed occupancies and that all balcony rooms were booked and therefore none was available. Also, there was quite a bit of hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub.

The hotel is close to everything. There's a shopping plaza within walking distance with a few restaurants to choose from. The hotel was clean and the AC worked great.

This hotel charges $5 per night for parking. The pool was down for maintenance during my 3-night stay. The key card kept giving me issues. The TV was old and the cable kept going out. Most of the electrical outlets in the room didn't work.

The location was perfect for us...right between Miami Beach and Ft. Lauderdale.

1) When we arrived, there was a line for check in and only one person at the front desk checking in the guests. 2) We were on the 3rd floor. When we left the lobby to go upstairs, housekeeping was waiting at the elevator with the cleaning cart and told us (we are 2 older women) that we would have to go to the other elevator, which was quite a long walk to the end of the building). The appropriate thing to do would have been to let us take the elevator and then when it returned to the lobby, they could have then taken it. It was quite rude to make us walk so far away. OR, if they were in such a hurry, they could have asked us to wait instead of sending us on that long walk to the other end of the hotel.

Nice clean room and spacious, good quality for the price. The only downside was the free breakfast was only a few items you can choose from the others were for sale. However, the lady at the breakfast counter was very nice and helpful. Pool was closed but the grounds and garden look nice . Overall I would stay again as the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean, also next to the palmetto with easy access.

The bathtub need to be clean caz is was full is hair in the hole so the water don’t run properly.Also we let them know we find some bugs in the wall close tho the bed .We don’t agree about charge of parking and it’s not the $5 dollars we don’t see nobody taking care in the parking for us to pay for .

All experience with the hotel was excellent, but the cherry was the help of the team (mainly from Maria Moran) who help me with some package that previously bought and forgot at the hotel. Maria and the team support me looking forward the best alternative to send me the package. I'm very grateful with them for this support.

The location was excellent and close to the major highways as well as food and coffee. The hotel was quiet and the room was nice.

The room was small and a little outdated. The furniture placement was sort of odd and the main back entrance which should require a key for entry was broken.
