The rooms were nice, clean and updated. Central area, near shopping centers and easy access to getting a quick bite. We were visiting family. Great for a night.

The staff wasn’t the friendliest. At check in the agent had no energy or enthusiasm, very transactional service. At checkout there was no acknowledgement of me waiting there, when the agent was done checking out the previous guest. There was No thanks or gratitude for having stayed either.

This Courtyard Marriott gets my highest recommendation for hotel stay. From check in to check out, the service was 5 star. The staff were all so hospitable, kind and accommodating. Our night manager Jay was the absolute best. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Having a microwave and fridge in our room was a convenience that was much appreciated, especially since we were travelling with our 8 year old child. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in South Florida except in the home of my family members. This team made us feel like family for the week we were there. This team really set the bar. We are definitely going to be back.

Bistro not opened as advertised!!! Very sporadic. TV in lobby only 7-8 stations!!!! Make it the same as available tv stations shown in the rooms. Too many trees in pkg lot!!! Birds poop all over my car!!! Had to go get car washed it was so bad. Also, could not get my Marriott Bonvoy points!!

the front desk in my checking try to charge for the room she say the car is declined I explain I ready pay when I make the reservation whit booking so she charge 30 dollars for security she say returning to my credit card that’s all

The customer service at Miramar SW is excellent! The staff is kind friendly accommodating, just all-around excellent customer service.

This is my place of choice there’s nothing I don’t like about the place and the recent renovations made it all the more lovely.

My experience at this facility was great. The room was clean and spacious. The facility is perfectly located close to restaurants and shopping.

I prefer a softer bed but this one was rather hard and uncomfortable but doable for 2-nights. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning.

We did not have a chance to have breakfast

It will be nice if the hotel manager can order to fix the entry door to the bathroom, it did not close complete. There is not hot water in the sink of the bathroom. Shower is fine.

I thought the Breakfast lacked options

The Air Conditioning system was old and would wait too long to start at times and the room was geeting warm.

The hotel was so nice and clean. Very quite my dad and mom say they have found their home away from home. This is the only place they will book when in Miami.

Top notch customer service at check in! Very accommodating. Structure is older however extremely clean and close to stadium, dining and shopping. Pool area was perfect for a short or extended stay.
