the location was great, walking distance to several restaurants, gift shops and Wal Mart for any last minute needs. the ride to Disney and Universal was under 30 min. the lobby was modern and clean, the staff was friendly. the bed was comfortable and clean. microwave and fridge in room was great for quick breakfast.

the room was dated and the carpets not very clean, and the shower didn’t drain well. the free breakfast was a Hot Pocket and granola bar, so we bought food from WalMart. the shuttle to and from theme parks was a joke, coming only once in the am and one trip back… and it drops you off at a transit station, where you then wait for another bus or shuttle. skip this and pay the thirty dollars a day for lyft or uber.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was kind and informative. The hotel was clean and provided a large assortment for breakfast. The pool was clean and very accessible to get to. Plus having a restaurant on site made things so easy. The food was delicious, we ate there three times on our stay. I will definitely be staying here next year when we come again. Thank you so much for making our stay so exceptional!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were visiting Disney World so the location was perfect, less than a ten minute drive to all the parks. The value was outstanding. The complimentary breakfast saved us a bunch of money and it was more than adequate. It was the perfect hotel for our purposes.

The hotel room was a little musky, but this was expected and anticipated based on previous reviews. We really did not have a problem with this issue because we hardly spent any time at all in the room. The room was clean and spacious. For the value, this hotel is a good choice is you are traveling on a budget and simply need easy access to Disney World.

Front desk staff was "bleh"....Not rude but not friendly either. Both the evening and morning women working the desk were this way. They didn't greet us or the others I saw going to the desk. They seemed bored and indifferent. They did answer our questions and were efficient in doing their job but they just weren't what we usually see in the hospitality industry.

Near Disney, but not in Disney is a plus, the shrimp restaurant was great, lot's of places to eat nearby, nice ample and clean room, the mattress was to jumpy but confortable enough for a week's sleep. Most importantly helpful staff, had to leave an expensive Amazon return, even in my abcense the process went smoothly, that's peace of mind and it's invaluable.

Breakfast had a nice variety of food and drinks. Nice that it is on the "main strip" ... close to everything. Nice proximity to Disney and Flamingo Crossings.

I know this is an older hotel but the room was kind of damp due to no humidifer. The shower head was not connected correctly and sprayed into the bathroom until we turned it to hit the wall instead and the tub floor was not attached well.

Friendly staff. Perfect location for when you are hungry or want to go to disney. Hot and cold water worked. Hair dryer worked great. Room had 2 queen size beds and 2 bunk beds.

Our room smelled like they had bleached it. Toilet didn't flush like it should. Just needed a little bit of an update on paint. But all we needed was a place to sleep. My family isn't picky, so we can get by.

The front desk was so very pleasant and helpful as our flight had issues and she was so accommodating. Communication was very good. Breakfast was hood. Staff were helpful and everyone was pleasant.

Carpet in hallways looked tired but not ragged or a hazard so it really was a good experience!

The best of this hotel is the location near the parks and it surrounded by restaurants, CVS, Walmart. I also liked the size of the room. Coffee 24hrs at the lobby 👍. Hotel also offers transportation to the parks with a set schedule. Armando is the best, very kind and clear when you do the check in.

My daughters didn't like the wrapped breakfast. The good thing is that there are many restaurants and fast food near. The building is not new so the pipes at the tub are tight and the water does not discharge fast.

they didn’t clean rooms every and severe same breakfast every single day. should switch up the options
