Jehan is the most helpful person at reception and she is the reason why we keep booking this hotel!

Parking and breakfast must be addable over booking.com, carpets in the rooms must be changed as those are old and little bit smelly and breakfast must be suitable for muslim guests too as they serve lots of bacon and ham at the same time in a breakfast which is needless.

This is our fourth stay at this hotel. We use this as a place to sleep for the night after a six hour drive from the south of France because we have early morning flights back to the U.S. They have what we need for a one night stay and the price is reasonable. There is a restaurant on site which makes it convenient for dinner before going to bed.

Cancelled flights and tour groups use this hotel so sometimes it can be crowded at the front as hundreds of people are trying to check in. We've always managed to beat the crowd however.

Have used this hotel several times on regular holidays in France. Mainly because of it's location to CDG Airport and the lovely village of Roissy-en-France, Also, we stay an extra day to enjoy the amazing shopping experience at Aeroville.

First night we were allocated a room with dripping water coming from the room above that kept us awake most of the night. Following a complaint to the front desk, we were allocated another room which was satisfactory.

It was a budget hotel,which was what I wanted for an overnight before going to the international airport. It provided over and above what I expected. I also arrived much early than I had previously said. I had infomed them this was the case and my room was ready to immediately use at 11 am when I arrived at the hotel . The shuttle was on time in the morning and the young man very nice and helpful.

The shower pressure. A little information about the shuttle from the airport to the hotel would have been appreciated. I was told it was possible but I had no idea where to get it.However a taxi only cost 15 euros and worked well.

Massive PRICE increases. The airport shuttle now costs €28 round trip for two plus they are adding over €10 per room per night local tax which is NOT included when you book. I guess someone has to pay for the olympics?

Did not plan breakfast but on Sunday decided to have just as kitchen closing, no worries the staff were so kind and made up 2 wonderful trays which able to take to room as we struggling a bit with tiredness after LFC match. Staff were always truly superb polite and orofessional

When booked for football final I was struggling for rooms at a respectable price, this hotel was my answer but is a bit far out of centre and due to various public transport strikes had to use taxis more than used to so added to cost, not sure if there is a possibility of courteous bus to centre ?

it’s a great location although the airport shuttle now costs €5 per person each way! We stay there so that we can walk to the bistros in Roissy village for dinner. always better than hotel food!

although the bed is comfortable and prices cheap, the hotel is showing its age. the shower head was almost completely blocked with calcium. Just needs a bit of vinegar painted on.

Location and restaurant The dinner and breakfast buffets were very good.

I checked the room given to me. It smelled like a wet dog. So I asked for and was given another room that did not smell. Convient to the airport.

Convenience.

The half-door on the bathroom shower/tub in our room was non-functional. It was impossible to take a shower without shower water splashing onto the bathroom floor. That was inconvenient & slightly dangerous. We had to pur bath towels on the floor so we wouldn’t slip on the excessive water.

The roomy bathroom, especially the shower, large and without a slippery floor, with a good dual shower (rain plus handheld head on a sliding bar), the free wifi, the comfortable beds. The staff were competent, friendly and helpful. We were too early to check-in, and they kept our luggage while we went into Paris for the day.

I have no complaints at all.
