The location is good and convenient, just 5 mins metro from central station. The bed and pillows is comfortable. The bathroom is spotless and modern. There is various choice of food in the buffet breakfast, don't miss it

After 8 pm, most of the nearby stores and restaurants close. The hotel didn't provide dinner service. Fortunately, there is a food court next to the hotel that the last order at 9pm. Also, a supermarket that is 5 to 10 minutes' walk from the hotel closes at 10pm

The Customer service: Staff were EXCEPTIONAL in every service area: reception, restaurant & housekeeping. Keith at reception exceptionally professional, humourous & helpful. Everyone was so helpful & in a very intuitive not overbearing way. The Food: 100% recommend including the buffet breakfast as it was outstanding value & choice. Fresh peppermint, fresh slices of ginger for teas. Assortments of juices & hot beverages and plant based milk. Pancakes, waffles, bacon,sausage, eggs, smoked salmon, cold cuts, every type of cheese, bread fruit, salads, spreads, croissants, muffins, cereals - you name it. My goodness - SCRUMPTIOUS! The location: 5 stars. A minute walk from the Metro & 10 minutes (maybe less) into Centraal. Also a very short trip from Centraal takes you directly to Schipol Airport. Outside of the hotel is a well stocked supermarket & a superb Vegan restaurant. I plan to stay at this hotel again & again. The room: Deliciously comfortable beds, quiet & very clean rooms with huge floor to ceiling glass windows which actually open out, allowing fresh air and plenty of natural light. And the room smelled GORGEOUS. A most refreshing, natural scent subtly enveloped the room creating such a calming environment. Room facilities: Tea & coffee making facilities & mini fridge were a welcome addition. Full ironing board & iron were a surprise to see & much appreciated. Technology: USB ports throughout the room and strong wi fi in all areas of the hotel Bathroom: Spacious wet room style & very clean. Double shower heads: one a 'waterfall' style & the other handheld. Full size bottles of bodywash & shampoo were also provided.

Lack of telephone in the room & restaurant not open for lunch or dinner.

Obviously as hotels go, this is considered a new property so all the facilities were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was the best out of my 6 different accommodations within 2 weeks of travel! Would recommend just for the amazing spread and variety they had.

The hotel is not located at the city center so you have to take into consideration the journey to travel back and forth. With that being said, it was very convenient as it is only one stop away from the city center and right by the Metro. Since it is located at such a non-touristy area(it was right beside an art/fashion school) there was nowhere near to explore when youve reached the hotel. The convenient store is also closed on Sunday so make sure to buy all your snacks etc back to the hotel.

Unfortunately I was stucked due to emergency alert in storme arround North Holland… all trains , all flights was cancelled, she helped me a lot not even me she helped everyone there …. I never saw anyone to help such away even after check out time ….. I will again and again stay here whenever I will visit Amsterdam or near by places ….One of the Top most and Excellent staying experience till my all journey , This property is super close to metro station and Bus terminal less than 2 minute walk , Amsterdam Centraal is just 2nd stop from Noord metro station…. Highly recommended to use Bus terminal just behind hotel For going all touristic places like Volendam, Marken , EDAM , Amsterdam city …. I Loved this property , such a great size of Room , very newly renovated, Modern funiture with Sofa , huge Batheroom… price is totally worth it … incredible stay experience….just one point need to people see … Don’t be late 12.30 am midnight , after 12.30’am Midnight no metro Running … so you need taxi … but that’s not only for this location that’s for all location , so no blame for property …. Highly and super Recommended…

The property is very nice, well located Only one year old. Which makes sense it’s cleanliness and renovated equipment.

The staff is very rude, even one of the staff Came to our room knocked on the door at 1 am Complaining about sound which was not from our room. He even threatened me to kick me out of the hotel. I addressed it to the manager in the morning, with no response.

The hotel I recommend 100%. The location is great, the metro is right next to the hotel and you can get to the center in less than 10 minutes. The room is modern , spacious, clean and has everything you need. The staff is very kind.

Ease of check in , the location easy access to metro . The wots app so you can contact reception with any queries. Room was spacious .

The aircon,/ heater stopped working, contacted reception someone came but couldn't get it to work . Couldn't open window, until we seen housekeeping on the second day of stay . so room was stuffy .

Clean and comfortable. amazing staff/services quality. breakfast is delicious. location is exceptionally great and you only need few walking steps to Noord station that takes you to center in less than 5 minutes. the location is good at night away from night noises you can sleep quietly.

Gym is opened 24/7 which is good but it’s just small room with minimum number of equipments that you can have some training but not full workout.

AN OUTSTANDING hotel! The staff was helpful and extremely pleasant, the atmosphere was calm, the facilities were new, and the quality of the rooms was extraordinary. The location was also a pleasant surprise, the proximity to the metro allows access to the city center in 10 minutes, and the distance from the city center allows relaxation. PS - The breakfast - WOW!

Overall, the location was fantastic, rainfall shower head was a dream, beds were comfortable, breakfast needs to be included - it’s amazing and the staff were so helpful and gave us many tips. Location: We loved the location of the hotel. It was a 3 min walk to Noord station, it was 2 stops to get to the centre of Amsterdam roughly 15/20 mins maximum. Super easy to get into the town centre and back to the hotel. The pit stop shop was extremely useful for long trips. Honestly the location was amazing and we bought a 4 day travel pass which meant we could use the metro, trams and buses as much as we wanted. We made full use of this advantage. Hotel Room: Came with all the basics and you could buy bits from local shops and keep them in the room fridge. There were USB ports as well as European plugs so if you forget your plug converter there are options. The bathroom is stunning and the shower was incredible. Food options: Food is provided by Tribe. When we booked (I don’t know how) but I didn’t chose the breakfast inclusion option. I would highly recommendincluding it. It’s easy to access and a great way to set up a day of walking around exploring Amsterdam. They offered a breakfast buffet of pastries, pancakes (American and Dutch), cold meats, cheeses, sausages, bacon, eggs, bread, vegetables, fruit, yoghurt, cereal and the best hash browns you’ll ever eat! We chose to eat here for 3/4 mornings we stayed and would make sure it’s included next time. If you want food other than breakfast Tribe only offered pizzas. We got back to the hotel late one day and decided to collect take away pizzas from Tribe and enjoy it in our room. It was sooo good! We didn’t get a chance to have a drink at the bar but it’s on our to do list next time we stay. Our last night we picked up a range of snack bits from the pit stop near the train station and enjoyed them in our room. We didn’t have any cutlery but we made do, I’m sure we could’ve asked.

Only 2 things to critique would be the air conditioning unit was really confusing. I tried to set it a couple times and it was constantly at 23 degrees minimum which after a while got a bit toasty. Should’ve asked but would’ve been helpful to have a note provided to detail more about it. The air conditioning panel and panel near the door to signify if you wanted room to be cleaned or not were very bright. We were able to cover 1 but the other wasn’t deep enough. I recommend a sleep mask if you find it difficult to sleep with light.
