really clean and comfortable every aspect. somehow like the window view

kinda far from everywhere, does take some time to get around, but not too far to walk

It’s a short scenic walk from the ferry which takes you right to the central station. The Hotel Is very Tidy and Modern, allowing you to check in, check out and buy food and drinks using a touch screen. The staff were super helpful and friendly and went above and beyond when we requested some food for a picky eater. The room was compact but cosy and had everything I required, as well as a adjustable bed and a chromecast TV.

The surrounding location during our stay was quite heavily under construction so we had to detour and Look over a construction site, But is out of the hotel’s control. The actual hotel are is lovely and provides seating along a picturesque canal. The shower would sometimes leak into the toilet and the main floor. and A little bit more variety at the self service food and drink station would help.

The.bed was very comfortable. AC was good location was good staff was very helpful and cheerful. I liked the breakfast and the self serve snack. Area

When I arrived I took a cab not realizing the ferry was right by the train station it would be nice if that info was given in the welcome email. It would have saved me a 35 euro taxi ride.

The breakfast was by far the BEST breakfast I have ever had in my life, I had to ask the name of the chef and it was Emilio from Cuba, and the food was outstanding. They offered gluten-free and lactose-intolerant options that actually tasted good.

I know it is a modern hotel, but the bathroom floor was a bit slippery and there was nothing to get a hold of it.

The bedroom was comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is modern and pleasant.

The hotel is not in the town centre but a walk/bus ride away and short free ferry from Central Station . It is not far but the immediate surroundings is still being built so a bit bare .

Room was wonderful. Great amenities, very comfortable (unusual to have an adjustable bed), fabulous bathroom, mine had a great view from the shower! Near shops & restaurants & beside canal. Variation room lights show outside at night to light up the hotel in different colours (easy to spot).

Hotel took nearly €150 as a deposit along with full payment. By the time I arrived I was furious. I argued the point with the manager & said it's not stated on Booking.com before you book. She apologised & seeing I was so upset, refunded the 'deposit'. I was happy it was sorted. Then a few days later I decided to extend my trip & reception rang & asked for a second deposit (@ 21.45)! I told him "no" & for him to talk to the manager. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth unfortunately 😕

Stayed at the Yotel Hotel before. This was our second visit. Arrived with my 14-year-old twins .l made the mistake of booking only one room for us all. After one night of having to put up with my son's snoring ...my daughter simply stated that she couldn't put up with this !!![the snoring !!!!!] from her twin brother !! So l requested another room for him. The staff helped with that request and hey after a second night snoring free, all was well !!!! ...The staff is super friendly and helpful and we all had a laugh ref the room request !!!.. Saved a family holiday. The restaurant staff is great as well. The food was nice and the breakfast was a lovely choice. Would recommend most definitely

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Room was an okay size and very clean throughout. Restaurant/Bar were great and the area out the back was very tranquil!

The location was slightly out of the centre, requiring a bus journey or 25 minute walk to the ferry into Amsterdam. Not a huge downside just something to bear in mind.

The room was clean and well designed. I particularly liked that we could incline the bed. Generally speaking, the room was confortable (a bit small if you have big suitcases though). The staff was also super nice.

The location of the hostel is not great. That part of the town is mostly under construction (not that we could hear anything). The nearest bus doesn't go to the center. It stops where the ferry is but it doesn't pass regularly enough. And the second nearest bus/metro is around 15 minutes from the hostel by walk. I personnaly don't really like the tainted glass used as walls for the shower and the toilets. It lacks intimacy. I would still totally recommend this hostel.

Cleanliness, rooms are extremely pretty and efficient. Chrome cast on tv so can watch personal Netflix and YouTube which is amazing. Deck out back was extremely beautiful and the views were gorgeous. Hi I Food at this hotel is an absolute must, we ate here two nights when we were only there for 3 both my partner and I were in love with the food, honestly the best, most tasty and delicious caesar salad I’ve ever had and he very much enjoyed his pizzas. Staff are so friendly, helpful and kind. So modern and an absolute must and would definitely stay here again.

No problems only that the location can sometimes be a minor inconvenience, however there is Ubers on the app always close by and the ferry is a 15 minute walk.
