Hôtel Beau Site - Cap d'Antibes

This was all about location and scale. Very well appointed and not too large. Naturally located on the headland and not on the beach so a lot quieter and surrounded by lots of trees and shrubbery to enhance the exclusivity and privacy. Our room was in a block behind the hotel just across form the small swimming pool. The parking is off the road and is secure at night. the staff were very engaging and helpful and produced the most excellent local tourist map on arrival. You can swim in the pool or walk to the local beaches which surround the headland. The local bus stops just outside which is convenient and there is a local shop just outside the gate.

This hotel only serves breakfast so other meals have to be taken away from the property. Still there is lots of choice in either the old town of Antibes or down on the beachfront at Juan Les Pins. This was not clear to me when booking. My sat nav thinks Bd J.F. Kennedy is in Juan les Pins and not Antibes so it would have made getting here a little easier if I had worked that out before hand!

A wonderful, luxe hotel - very clean, modern and spacious rooms in Cap d'Antibes. Delicious spread for breakfast consisting of cheeses, cold cuts, pastries and baguettes~ Swimming pool was nice even though we didn't use it. Female receptionist in the evenings was so helpful and wonderful with recommendations in the area! Great location - 10 min walk to 2 beaches on either East or West side

Wifi connection was non existent but it was fine since we used phone data.

Fantastic 3 star hotel with the service and attention from staff of a 5 star. Excellent location, a peaceful quiet oasis 10 minutes by uber/bus from Antibes centre and 10 minutes walk from excellent beaches and the nature trail around the Cap d'Antibes. Excellent (typical French/continental) breakfast with good selection of hams, cheeses, musli, and fruit, fresh baguettes, and you could boil your own egg. Charming garden to have your breakfast or a drink in the evening, nice size swimming pool with sunbeds. We had excellent spacious and comfortable rooms (changed 2 times), the bed linen and towels were fresh and clean and the cleanliness was 100%.

Nothing important, but suggestions would be a better espresso machine with all options made from ground beans (now some options are with instant coffee), and a couple of more sunbeds around the pool?

This is a lovely hotel which feels delightfully traditional - almost as if you have travelled back in time to a grand private residence from the 1960's Riviera heyday. The room was large and airy with big windows overlooking the pool terrace, it has clean decor (like the rest of the hotel, it's traditionally styled but recently decorated) aircon and the walk in shower was terrific. the staff are polite and helpful, breakfast was excellent and the swimming pool area and gardens all spotless and well tended. There is parking on site. It is a well managed hotel and the whole stay felt intimate and charming. It is in a quiet residential area, though there is a shop and a couple of smart restaurants within a short walk though most of them were closed even though it was peak season. It is a longer walk into lively Antibes, or wildly buzzing Juan-Les-Pins and there is also a bus service.

Not the hotels fault ... but the nearest beach (la Garoupe) has three restaurants - two were closed and the other one was fully booked.

This hotel was super cute and comfy. We really enjoyed our stay and the facilities. The room was big for European standards, with toiletries and cute vintage-y furniture kind of French Country look. They also have parking which was a plus because we drove there, a nice-sized pool and it's a very short walk to beautiful beaches. I would definitely stay here again if I ever go back. We paid for the breakfast buffet which was good, Charcuterie and Cheeses were really good, the buffet had everything you could expect from a continental buffet breakfast.

Beautiful oasis in a stunning part of the world. So calm and serene. Even the pool was quiet and very relaxing. Housekeeping services were fantastic, the rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this gem of a hotel and would definitely return.

Our room seemed recently renovated and was very nice and clean. Breakfast was better than I expected for a hotel of this size and the drinks in the bar are reasonably priced.

Not much. The common areas inside are a bit "dated" (in contrast to our room). Parking lot is a bit narrow if you have a large car. Closest restaurant is a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

We had a very positive experience in Antibes. The hotel was everything we could have asked for. Spacious rooms, clean, comfy beds, very quiet atmosphere perfect for relaxing, well sized pool for the type of property and also very easily reachable if you are travelling by car. You can pay extra €15 and leave the car inside the property which was good given how expensive parking is around the area.

Wifi login system is outdated and could be easily done with a secure password. Signal was also very poor in the room (we were close to the pool).

The location was very nice. The hotel & the room were cleaned. The Staff was very nice & professional. Breakfast was good.

The hotel & the room are old. Too many mosquitos everywhere. Rules in the Swimming Pool are not respected from families with kids. We had red they were not allowed in the hotel but there were at least 5 loud families. No fridge in our room.

Everything! The location was amazing! The room was perfect, clean, large, with a spectacular view over the pool! We have enjoyed each breakfast and the staff was lovely! We have spent our summer holidays in the French Riviera since 1989 and this year was absolutely amazing
