Nice green space behind. Balcony with table and chairs. Clean. Great location near grocery, Restaurant, bakery and train station.

The reseption lady ( Europeanise ) was very good she is helpfull and very kind and talking many languages which is professional work, when we left we couldn’t see her because of the night but I wanted to tell thanks for her service. the rooms are clean is good

the hot water problem, if used 1 or 2 times for shower after no hot water. The night reseptions doesnt want to have any responsibility. if u ask any request or questions they can’t do any and why ?

There was a problem when we first arrived. We had reserved a family room for 7. However their rooms only have beds for 6. Booking.com says upto 9, but rooms only hold up to 6 (plus a baby crib). However the manger resolved the situation. Many thanks to Alpna. He solved the situation so we were all happy. Additionally, their breakfast is great. It is fair in price and great in quality and abundant in choices.

The location was great. In a lovely quite neighbourhood right near the train station only a couple of stops to the Eiffel Tower. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close. The breakfast was fine, a few different options. The rooms were a good size. we were travelling with 2 adults an 11 year old and a 1 year old. there was plenty of room for all of us! The staff were awesome! All very friendly!

The number one best thing about this hotel is the receptionist mister Alpha. He made our stay feel so good. Helped us find a place where to parc outside, answered our questions as we were kind of lost in Paris. Very kind and available. He's the man right there, needs to be upgraded though. Big up to him and the hotel altogether.

Great staff especially Mr. Alpha who greeted us. The place is clean and the location is great. Heating. Comfortable furniture. Good value for money. I will definitely book with them again

The only thing they could make better is the breakfast. A rich breakfast is really what such a wonderful place lacks...

it was close to the railway station there are food stores and restaurants nearby

186 eur/night is a high price anywhere in the world and they still asked for extra money for doing some basic cleaning in the room

staff behaviour- 1 of the female staff person from the morning shift (I don’t remember her name). she was just too rude and insensible.

Staff, breakfast, bed. All reception staff were excellent. Breakfast was just right for me. Excellent facilities in house and close by.

I know renovations are happening but wardrobe door was broken, some bathroom lights not working, some kitchenette items worn out. This didn’t cause a problem to me though. Why was the waste bin in the wardrobe?

Liked the hotel very much. The staff is nice and smiling. Very clean. The room is nice and clean and comfortable. Near the hotel there are many buses and trams, it's good to get to the city center.
