Rooms are spacious. Receptionist Mela was so kind ,accommodating and helpful.

Knocking our rooms for cleaning and opening it while we are still sleeping. Needs to provide a hanging notes outside the door. Saying “Don’t disturb “ (means we are still inside and sleeping)or Please clean our room (meaning we are already out) We would like our room to be cleaned but needs privacy as well.Hope manager can sort it out.

I was very surprised that even though I arrived 3 hours before, I received a clean, comfortable room. The lady at the reception was extremely kind. the English language quite well but with the sexy French accent, I personally really recommend considering that the hotel is absolutely new.

Excellent property! I only have good things to talk about it. Price: Fairly priced ✅ I stayed for one night with my partner and we paid totally 85€ including city tax and for the property & facilities provided it’s very much affordable & worthed. Location: 10 minute walk from subway Mairie de Saint-Ouen The room was very clean, clean sheets, comfortable bed both of us slept very well. The room is soundproof too. Bathroom is spacious and was clean as well. There is a big window so there is good ventilation and light. There were curtains on the window as well. The wardrobe is big and can accommodate many things. The check in and check out was smooth. I highly recommend, I will definitely come back here when needed!

The hotel was value for money. Had all the necessary things we needed. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We did not book the buffet, however, the staff was able to accommodate and make some fresh croissant and also did not charge for the kid.

Everything was was good

This B & B was a great location for easy access to the metro for the rest of Paris. The staff were friendly, helpful, even let me keep my luggage in the back while I explored Paris before I could check in and again for my check out, as my coach was in the evening. The room was big, clean, very comfortable. Lots of plugs. Quite location, birds singing in the morning. Plenty of storage and even a pull out desk. Lots of environmentally friendly bits to encourage being more 'green'. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. There is also a kitchen to make your own stuff if you wanted. As I was there for the Olympics, played games with other teams in the games area. Or I could just chill out and read a book. They have a laundry area to. The staff spoke English and all lovely. I will be staying there again and look into their other B & B and hotels in other areas of the world.

It was a good price for the night as a treat but if I did a week if be a bit much.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the metro. The staff is friendly and polite. The room is clean and spacious, with a small kitchenette. There is an interesting interactive system in the shower that tracks water usage - a very sustainable initiative. The room was cleaned regularly. The hotel offers breakfast, which we did not use, so I can't evaluate it. If needed, you can borrow an iron from the reception area. Please note that the photos were taken before we checked out, so it may not look perfect in them, but of course, everything is much nicer after the room has been cleaned. Merci beaucoup!

Excelent for quality/price. Comfortable bed, clean, a lot of utilities, very friendly staff, helping with all information is need it, even printed the tickets for Disney. 😊

Great hotel - loved every second of it. Very clean and very quiet. They are currently doing refurbishment but you won't even realise with how quiet it is. Room cleaned every day, very comfortable bed and we had a view of the Eiffel (although a bit far away, as expected). Cheap parking as well! The staff were exceptional!!

The hotel is not in the center - then again, nothing is in the center of Paris, wherever the 'center' is. However, can take you easily 45minutes by metro to go somewhere. In any case, the hotel is only about 7 minute walk to the nearest metro. Could also use a couple of cups and coffee given that a kettle is in the room.

The place was lovely and the room provided gave a view of the Eiffel Tower even if from far! The place clean and the staff very lovely and very helpful every time.

The only problem for us was that there was no air conditioning in the room. The AC was there but we couldn’t turn it on as was controlled by the reception and at that time they said they can only provide heating at this time of the year. We felt very hot at night and had to sleep with windows open with the noise of the road.

Clean and comfortable rooms, great kitchen and communal areas, funky decoration, eco-minded with a fab water consumption meter in each room and fairtrade towels. Friendly staff. The toilet in the room wasn’t working when we arrived so we were immediately offered a different room which was exceptional service.

Food was unavailable at the time of our visit which was a shame as there were many vegetarian options that would’ve been available. It would’ve been good to have usb charging pints in the room.
