Absolutely everything on the spot. Exceptional location with cute little restaurants around to have a meal before going to bed. A few steps away from the Metro station. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. 5 ⭐ for the lady in charge of breakfast. Absolutely going back for our next stay in Clichy. Restful night with no noise (street or other rooms).

The only suggestion would be to get something sorted for the sofa bed. They are quite noisy when you move (roll over) and our kid decided to sleep on the sofa instead of the pull out bed. In saying that- it made the room even bigger and easy to move for a Family of 2 adults and 1 kid ( and big bags!)

Good price for value. Quiet room. Good continental breakfast.

There's a hotel parking but you can't reserve a parking space in advance for the duration of your stay. It would be better, easier, if you could reserve in advance, so that when travelling for work you know in advance that you have a spot or not. This would also make it easier for the staff itself I believe. If during the stay of a customer all spots are reserved, the customer knows in advance there's no spot available. Although the public parking isn't far away, and is a good alternative to the private parking, as mentioned above, knowing up front whether you have a parking space in the hotel itself or not would be more customer friendly.

comfy bed in sne sizes, not the titchy 140cm beds you get in many French hotels! Also proximity to metro station for line 13 which goes straight to all the tourist stuff, quiet at night, clean, friendly service, decent breakfast, lots of nearby services.

building is pretty old, no sound insulation between rooms, lift doesn’t go to some floors and fits two people or at most three if one of them doesn’t mind getting pregnant. breakfast seemed to have staffing issues leaving little niggles to happen a few times (out of plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, napkins, rolls, etc.)

The staff at this hotel really made our stay lovely. My daughter was celebrating her birthday a few days after we would check out, and the staff overheard and on our final day presented her with a little cake and sang to her! Check in was super easy and they were quick to get us a room despite us being early. The breakfast was lovely with expansive yogurt toppings, cheese, breads, hard-boiled eggs, deli meats, coffee and more. We appreciated the free water refill station, and while we did not take advantage, they often had free coffee and croissants throughout the day. The room was spacious for our needs (and particularly for a large city) with blackout curtains (plus shutters if needed), decent WifI, and plenty of storage space in the bathroom and bedroom. We felt that the location was ideal - not directly in Paris, but a quick walk to Metro with easy and quick changes to anything we needed in Paris. The location was quiet.

The only things we didn't love were that the beds were a bit uncomfortable and we would have loved more than one pillow (we did not ask for this however). We had a family unit with a queen bed and a pull-out couch with two twin beds (we loved we got two twin beds!). This was a minor detail and everything else in the facility well compensated for it.

Location is perfect - close to a metro station to travel into the centre zone of Paris quickly. Hotel is in a quiet side street, so it’s peaceful. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and able to provide advice and assistance in many languages. Breakfast was great, a large selection of buffet items for breakfast. Our room (441 on the fourth floor) was large enough for us to have enough space. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The aircon was working perfectly. Room was very clean, and serviced daily. We were able to get a late checkout for a low fee, so we could use the last day of our holiday for more sightseeing. (normal checkout is 12h00). Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the reception area. During our 5 night stay, this hotel suited us perfectly, and we can certainly recommend this hotel.

The elevator is very small (4 persons maximum), and you have to either walk up or down a few steps to access your floor from the elevator exit. However this didn’t cause a problem, as the elevator is fast, so a short wait maybe required, if you have lots of luggage with 2 persons (in our situation!). Overall there is nothing negative about this hotel.

My special thanks go to Ofelya who was very welcoming and smiling lady who had answers to all our questions. She was extremely helpful during our stay. The staff is friendly and do their best to help with everything.

I wish there was a teapot in the room so I could boil water on my own coz I have a baby and I need to prepare her food. Other then that everything worked well.

Family room was a good size and it was really clean. The location was great for visiting central Paris. Breakfast was very tasty. The highlight of the hotel was its staff, all very friendly and happy to help with any questions.

The sofa bed was a bit worn and noisy but didn't stop me from getting a good night sleep. Parking was limited, so might be a good idea to pre-book it, we were lucky to get a space but when we were leaving it was full.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Good selection of pastries etc at breakfast. Nice big room and the air conditioning was quiet and effective. Great location just a couple of minutes walk from the Metro station, and then approx 20 minutes ride to main attractions. The children loved the free sweets and popcorn at reception.

Car park was difficult to find, but staff gave us good directions. Would be nice to have some cooked bacon/eggs at breakfast.

This hotel exceeded my initial expectations. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, very hospitable. The breakfast was included in the initial price. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The metro line 13 passes right by the hotel, easily connected with all tourist attractions of Paris. The area of the hotel was nice and well-organized. Very good value for money. Can not recommend it enough. We had a wonderful stay in Paris.

The elevator is quite small and fits max 2 people, not a deal-breaker.

The hotel is at a very quiet place. The metro station was 100m away and so there were the stores and restaurants. Great for families. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very polite and very helpful. Everyday they cleaned up our room. The last day they stored our baggage until we left Paris.

The rooms are a little small for 4 people and there is no refrigerator. But overall we are very satisfied from our stay there.
