The staff were amazing. The rooms dont have a kettle but there is one downstairs with tea and coffee available 24/7. There is a cute sweet station next to reception which is very thoughtful for kids. It was my daughter’s birthday and I kindly asked the staff to decorate our room with some balloons and sweets/juice etc. it was a lovely surprise for my daughter. They also brought out a cake for her during breakfast on her birthday morning. The staff are very kind and always have a smile on their face. The beds are really comfortable and the aircon works perfectly. They clean the rooms every morning.

It was very far to Disneyland - about 1 hour each way. Which was frustrating with little kids.

Free candy and popcorn on reception available 24/7 8-) Also tea and coffee and water available any time. Good location with fast transport to city center using metro. A lot of restaurants available in walking distance, as well as small grocery shops. Breakfast area available for eating take-aways or just to play some table games during the rainy day or evening.

Small lift only for 3 persons, family room bit small - just to sleep there. Stairs are bit narrow. Not compalins, just facts - no bad feelings.

I was sceptical when I booked a hotel at Ibis Styles Paris Mairie De Clichy after my previous stay in Paris. However, this place much exceeded my expectations :) :) I should begin with the incredibly nice and supporting staff. All of them were always willing to help. We had a spacious and comfortable room. The breakfast buffet was really good. Easy access to metro/bus station—5-minute walk. This place was worth the money . Highly recommend this place..

Room confortable, very quiet, good bed and lining. Bathroom small but in order, with good shower and clean. Very good breakfast. Me and many customers appreciated the corner with complimentary coffe, tea, ecc 24h/24h Position just 2 minutes from metro and from many restaurants

Overall clean and in order, only moquette into the room seems a little bit "old" and consumed. In a hotel when something seems consumed ... could give bad impression about cleanlines.

Absolutely everything on the spot. Exceptional location with cute little restaurants around to have a meal before going to bed. A few steps away from the Metro station. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. 5 ⭐ for the lady in charge of breakfast. Absolutely going back for our next stay in Clichy. Restful night with no noise (street or other rooms).

The only suggestion would be to get something sorted for the sofa bed. They are quite noisy when you move (roll over) and our kid decided to sleep on the sofa instead of the pull out bed. In saying that- it made the room even bigger and easy to move for a Family of 2 adults and 1 kid ( and big bags!)

The location of the hotel and the rooms corresponded to the description and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned daily and the reception staff was very attentive to all our requests and even surprised us with breakfast prepared in advance. The breakfast was varied and very qualitative. We will definitely recommend it.

There's a hotel parking but you can't reserve a parking space in advance for the duration of your stay. It would be better, easier, if you could reserve in advance, so that when travelling for work you know in advance that you have a spot or not. This would also make it easier for the staff itself I believe. If during the stay of a customer all spots are reserved, the customer knows in advance there's no spot available. Although the public parking isn't far away, and is a good alternative to the private parking, as mentioned above, knowing up front whether you have a parking space in the hotel itself or not would be more customer friendly.

comfy bed in sne sizes, not the titchy 140cm beds you get in many French hotels! Also proximity to metro station for line 13 which goes straight to all the tourist stuff, quiet at night, clean, friendly service, decent breakfast, lots of nearby services.

building is pretty old, no sound insulation between rooms, lift doesn’t go to some floors and fits two people or at most three if one of them doesn’t mind getting pregnant. breakfast seemed to have staffing issues leaving little niggles to happen a few times (out of plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, napkins, rolls, etc.)

The staff are nice & pleasant.... good value for money...we loved the lounge area where we had a chat over a cup of coffee or tea after a long day out... very quiet neighborhood...

Not many options for breakfast... no hot food... the toilet seats in our room was broken....no ironing facilities as opposed to their ads.

Really nice place. Perfect location just a few steps away from the subway station. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean, but could use a bit of refurbishment, though. Breakfast included was really tasty, especially the madelines 😃

The first room we stayed had a bit of mould on the walls. However, we were offered a different room straight away.
