Helpful and considerate staff reception staff attitudes was awesome. Polite and sensitive cleaners. Room cleaned well with enough towels. Breakfast was relaxed and flexible. Staff constantly checking and refilling items. Noticed the used plate/tray trolly was being emptied frequently. Well done. Chef is very friendly. SPA

Would be helpful to have steps into the jacuzzi. It was difficult for me to get out having issues with knees. Would have been useful to have a steam room. Didnt have a cubicle shower as an option for privacy.

Hotel is situated about 40 minutes by metro from gard du nord (4,14) and is about 30-40 minutes including walking from the hotel to most attractions. Its also about 40 minute's walk to sacre clur It's close to shops (hypermache) and plenty of food places for either fast food or restaurant. Local area isn't too bad but just like most areas be visual of your surroundings The hotel is worth it for the price compared to other hotels. It's also out from all the tourists areas/people who can get in the way or become quite annoying.. The staff were welcoming and always happy to help if there were ever an issue such as our hot water which on the second day decided on to work. The lift can feel a little uneasy but works fine getting up and down otherwise you'll have to deal with steep stairs. The rooms are small but pleasant with a small ensuit bathroom. They regularly cleaned the room and bathroom everyday if you didn't leave the sign on the door. Which was nice 5o come back to a fresh room. The bed is decent if a little firm. The pillows are very soft. could be feathers. The wi-fi works well and so does the TV. There's only French TV channels (20+). You can't really hear much from other rooms unless they are leaving their rooms or playing music and the elevator with can wake you up in the morning as people go for breakfast.. we were on floor 5 and had a okay view but don't expect to see the wonders of the world but still it's pretty. Overall its not a bad hotel and would recommend it if you wish for a cheap and cheerful get around place to stay in paris

We booked for the spa facilities on the Sunday after a long day out. Unfortunately it was quite cold. They said the jacuzzi temp is 27 and the pool at 25. This felt alot cooler and so thought we'd try the sauna. But that felt cold as well. Shame. Didn't try again as we felt let down and didnt have the time. beware that people leave dog muck on the pavement without cleaning up afterwards. There is a fair amount of noise from the streets such as the emergency vehicle and horns but you shouldn't have an issue past 11pm. There isn't much storage space so prepare to use your suitcase. This isn't a problem for me bur maybe some others.

The property was beautiful from the outside and inside! We had a room not far up but we were grateful for having an elevator to get our heavy bags up. Also I was surprised that the staff there cleaned our room really good every day, made it easier when we came back late in the evening. We weren't able to use the spa and gym but they were available when booking a time frame. A good thing was the bus stopping right in front of the hotel, which took us many places.

The view from our room was kind of bad being on the first floor and looking into the center/ looking at other rooms. Also it took a while to get to the train station, almost a 15 minute walk so it should be considered to walk a lot.

Staff are friendly welcoming people 🙂 😊 Cleanliness Breakfast tasty 😋 Every corner of the place is simply amaze me The mini bar, lobby, and living room colour are so cool to see the yellow green and blue sofa chair. If i was not mistaken with guitar 🎸 the smoking area with a painting 😀 background was great The swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool jacuzzi the gym 🏋️‍♀️ perfect 🥰

Breakfast sets you up for the day nicely, staff are all friendly, the massage was the best I have ever had, lovely pool area and jacuzzi, we had a junior suite with a massive flat screen tv and a great bathroom. The bed was so comfortable. This was great after a long day walking and sightseeing. Literally on the doorstep of three great bars on the roundabout, with shops, a pharmacy and more. Very accessible with lots of metro stations within short walking distance of the hotel that connects you directly to many tourist attractions. This hotel really made the whole trip great.

The air con was a bit temperamental in the room

cleanliness was immaculate! staff very friendly, willing to help you, attentive and humbling 😊 we had clean towels every day, bed was made, really great. spa was quiet too, you get 45 mins there due to restrictions but as it was such hot weather last week, it was enough! nice spot too for a small town, within walking distance there’s a terrace bar by a park, and there’s a round about near to the hotel where we had lunch at la presse, and nice patisseries around too! great location away from all the city drama if I’m honest! if you don’t mind a 10 min walk to the bus and then a 25 min ride to Paris centre, this is good for you!

nothing really! we did ask if they did food but it was microwave meals, however that was ok as there’s nice places to eat in the area. great sushi about 1 min walk away.

Great location. If you want to catch the metro to Paris, it would take you about 30 minutes . Few restaurants in that area which are very convenient and everyone is so friendly . The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was amazing. I'll definitely stay here again .

The room was nice and very clean but could do with a little painting, and the shower needs a shower curtain. Other than that, the place is amazing .

The hotel was clean, well decorated felt kind of new and fresh! The staff were all very polite and helpful. The room we stayed in was good. Big, comfy bed. Clean. The bathroom was nice, equipped with everything you might need. It could do with a small wardrobe though. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the pool due to a short stay but it was a plus that it was available! The location was good, had loads of restaurants, shops and cafes around. It's not very close to the centre but that was not a problem for us at all.

The breakfast selection was quite poor, you wouldn't be hungry but it wasn't that enjoyable. Also the prebooking of the swimming pool, on arrival we were told you can book in the morning for the day but when we tried to book the following day found out that you could only book for the next 3 hours and so on...

We enjoyed our stay very much. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. It was handy to have a safe and both sides of the double bed had a bedside table. The breakfast exceeded our expectations - loads of choice and the stock levels were consistently maintained. All reception staff we spoke with were very polite and helpful (and all spoke excellent English). They gave some great restaurant recommendations too. Very handy to be able to park the car round the corner too.

No improvements needed as we liked everything. We will be back.

bed was clean and so was the toilet. it was brightly lit and that was great. even though it was facing the main road it was pretty quiet. 14 min walk away from the nearest train station but u save a lot compared to staying within Paris so it’s really worth it considering the train ride is 20-30 mins.

room was a little small and we couldn’t get the air conditioner to work. there was only hot air even though we set the “air con” temperature to 20 degrees Celsius
