We were on our way to Disneyland and Asterix park! The accommodation was a perfect place! It wasn't far from anywhere, and we also visited Paris! The staff was nice, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was perfect! I recommend to everyone!

We stayed in rooms with beds for 3 persons (2 big and 1 small). The room size was good and was very quiet and clean. WiFi was good. Good reachability to Disneyland with the bus/car.

In my opinion, the breakfast wasn't good, in terms of the breads on offer. Only Croissants, Choco-Bread and Baugettes are offered. No brown or white breads were offered.

Big and clean room, friendly staff, good parking. Bus station for Disneyland close to the hotel so it is a good choice if you plan to go to Disneyland.

Very poor wi-fi!!! Same food for breakfast every day. They start taking the food long before the breakfast time ends (even 15-20 before!), even if people still eat. You have to take your plates to the stand! No restaurants near (only a buffalo grill right next door) so you have to eat somewhere else.

My family and I stayed at Ace Hotel for 3 nights as we were visiting disneyland. The hotel was very good, clean and tidy. Our room was cleaned each day. The staff were friendly and willing to help. They accommodated my food intolerance as well. A good place to stay away from disneyland area, there is a bus that runs regularly to the park and takes about 20 minutes to get to the park from hotel. It took us 30 minutes by taxi from charles de gaulle airport.

The only thing i would say is that with 4 of staying in the room it got hot at night, we couldn't work the sir conditioning so opening the window a little helped. I suppose we could have just asked the friendly staff ref the air conditioning.

The room for four was confortable, simple and confortable. the location is great either to park a car or to get to disney Marne la Valle train station by 15-20 min ride in bus 34 which runs frequently and uses Paris t+ tickets or costs 2€ if bought in the bus, bus stop just in front. Breakfast is good if you arrive early. I would choose again this place to stay in my family visit to Disney. If coming from Paris by train RER A just take the 34 at the Marne la Valle station in the opposite direction.

The breakfast was good specialy if taken early. In the last day we had it around 10 am and concluded that little replenishment of itens was made, and a lot of itens run out of stock…yogurts, ham, nutella, chocolat bread, croissants, orange juice, … all of them were present in the day we had breakfast by 0730 and none of them were on the day we get there by 1000 (breakfast is until 1030).

The Ace Hôtel definitely gives you your value for your money. It's difficult nowadays to find hotel rooms big enough for a family of three or more, but Ace Hôtel offered a spacious room with a single bed and a double bed which was accommodating for three people. The room and bathroom were clean, the room has airconditioning (especially great during the warmer months), there was enough space to hang/store your clothes and enough mirrors and electrical sockets to charge your important devices. Their breakfast buffet was also good and the staff were friendly, as well. There's ample space to park on the property too and since it's located in a relatively quiet neighborhood, you won't hear a lot of noise. If you're looking for a budget hotel that is plenty clean and comfortable, located about 10 - 15 minutes away from the Shopping Mall Val d'Europe and of course, the Disney Parks, Ace Hôtel is the way to go.

Perhaps the only thing that might be good to improve, is to ensure the basin in the bathroom is properly maintained so that the water doesn't flow back up. It seemed a bit clogged when we stayed there. But other than this, we had a lovely stay at Ace Hôtel and won't hesitate to book here again for our next trip!

Easy check-in, even if not very warm and welcoming, but it was fine. Across the street there is Buffalo grill, which was a nice place to eat out. 15-20 min car drive from Disneyland park. Good free hotel parking, enough space for guests.

Hotel has breakfast, yet very limited choice of bread and no poultry products, only pork slices. The request not to clean out room was not taken into consideration, even if we said it at the reception. Moreover, there was no soap, neither shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. Paying 120 eur per night for 3* hotel where you need to bring your own soap to wash hands and your own bread for breakfast, and then being ignored by cleaning staff when you ask to leave your room in peace, that' s a bit costly, in my opinion.

The breakfast was good. The room itself appeared to be clean. Quiet region. The hotel is close to a bus stop, despite being somewhat far from Disney itself. Maps tells it takes only 17min but actually it takes up to 40min to reach the park.

The shower was flooding and even after the staff being notified in the morning to fix it, when we came back there were still signs of flooding from the shower in the morning and the sink was not unclogged, just the sink cap was flipped over next to it. The air vent in the shower was also covered with a lot of dirt. There is not an extra toilet paper in the room and it was not refilled after the first day.

Lots of options for breakfast and everything was very nice. Extra pillows immediately supplied when asked for. I am so impressed with the care of the staff at this hotel. We left my sons most precious teddy there and sadly realised before our flight home. The staff were in constant contact with us having found the teddy. They supported us arranging the parcelling and return of this with a lovely personal letter inside. This care and attention was more than we could have asked for.
