The staff were so helpful and easy to talk to. The hotel has a little shop for basics and a bar to get drinks and coffee which was ideal. The free shuttle to Disneyland was fantastic- was always on time and most of the time would get a seat. The hotel stored our luggage for us on check out and check in was easy and quick. The room was clean and so much space which was ideal. The room had an iron, hairdryer, fridge, sink with washing up products, hand-wash, bodywash, cuttelry, plates and bowls, glasses and cups, a tea towel, hob, pans and a few utensils. The bed was very comfy and a range of pillows which was ideal so us! We wish we knew the shuttle times that I have included on my review as we paid 12€ for a bus to get there once at Disneyland. We would definitely stay here again and is ideal for anyone going to Disneyland!

The rides in the arcade are 2€ each which a bit much.

The rooms were spacious, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and spotlessly clean. The food was good in the on site restaurant. All the staff were very friendly. Free parking on site. Excellent value for money. Close to Disneyland Paris!

Staff excellent. Signage on entering very very very poor. Advertised as stay City but sign on main road says Marriott and Stay City can’t be seen. Took us hours to reach our destination as bus driver was not familiar with it and dropped us 10lm from the apartments and we had big difficulty finding a taxi so got another bus after a long wait. Very stressful and could be easily avoided

Staff and cleanliness and good recreation area. Breakfast had good selection but the two main meats of rashers snd sausages were not nice. Sausages were tasteless and rashers too salty. QR menu code is very impersonal

We stayed here in May for 4 nights to experience Disneyland, Paris. From arrival to departure, the staff were extremely polite, friendly and always happy to help! The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Beds were amazing! We had a room above reception and the view was sweet overlooking the little pond area with the ducks. These were loud (more so on a morning) but we were fine with that. Nice little kitchen with the essentials. We brought cereals and coffee from home to save spending extra whilst we were there so we grabbed breakfast before catching the shuttle to Disneyland. Reception area, again, very clean. Better than we expected! Alcohol pricey but we expected that to be the case. Cute little shop at the entrance with snacks etc which was a nice addition (card payment only though!) We only used the pool once, extremely cold but my 8 year old daughter and I loved it nevertheless! Restaurant was canny. Pricey again but, again, we expected that. Good service, friendly staff! Kid’s arcade play zone was good. Machines to pay for tokens. The pool table and football table was a nice addition to reception too! Shuttle was every 15 minutes from 8:30am up to 11am which was good. Always on time. Overall, 10/10!

We may have eaten more often at the hotel but not a great variety available. We had platter starter and extras, including chips, prawns and onion rings etc, rather than a meal and it worked out well for us! Breakfast - again, we would have eaten but pricey, especially for kids. Shower often ran hot and cold. We managed. My only complaint would be the shuttle coming home after visiting the Disney parks. We found catching the 9pm was ideal, any later was an absolute nightmare! People pushing without a care for anybody else. We found the English VERY friendly, others not so much, especially when it came to queues! The French don't know how to queue which was plain rude given we all had children with us.

Great Property. Lovely grounds, very clean. Staff were very Freddy, even left us a surprise on our room for my daughter’s birthday. Free shuttle bus to Disney and only about 10 mins away. Rooms were nice and clean and a lot of food options with a shop downstairs

Only thing is the shop at the bottoms is very expensive, €10 for a variety pack of cereal that is about £2 in the UK. You get everything in your room to cook, but go a supermarket as it’s much cheaper

Great location, less than 15 minutes from Disneyland and the train station on the FREE shuttle bus from the Aparthotel. It had a lovely swimming pool too. Our room was a good size for a family of 4 and comfortable with a well equipped kitchenette so you could cook your own food, that you can buy in a very good supermarket in the nearby village, only a 5 minute walk away. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly from the reception team to the maintenance staff. We stayed 7 days and really enjoyed our holiday

They could probably keep the pool open until 9 during the summer months, we felt 8 o'clock was a bit early to close it when it is still very warm

The double bed was very comfortable but the two couch beds were the most uncomfortable places to sleep even my 8 year old said they gave her a bad back after an hour so we had to fit 4 people into the big bed as we all tried the couches and they was awful. The only other downside is they never cleaned the room or the bedding and we stayed for a week even when I asked for clean bedding I came back and it hadn’t been changed. The rest was great there’s a shop downstairs 24/7 and the shuttle to Disney is on a constant run through till dinner time where it has a few hours break then is back on again. I would stay here again if I went back this hotel is great

The hotel is so lovely, there is even a small section of food which you can buy at the reception and use the self checkout, though the prices are a bit high, it is great if you need to snack on something. We travelled by car and there were many parking spaces. We also booked the accessible room since my boyfriend is a wheelchair user and it was excellent! The room was really big and modern, bathroom was clean but the towels were a bit dirty, but I always travel with my own towels, so that was not a big issue. We will definitely come back, I already can’t wait to visit again next year!

The stuff at Staycity Appartments near Disneyland paris were all exceptional, they were very happy to assist anyone with everything they needed. From the front desk,to the bar stuff, the dinning hall stuff, the cooks, the house keepers, the pool guys and the shuttle bus drivers I Give them all 10. They made our stay Absolutely perfect. There isn't anything in particular I can remember not liking.

Would be even better In the summer, outdoors and pool looks lovely. Kids liked the amusements. I loved the Starbucks on site. The shuttle bus provided was really useful. Fresh towels brought each day

Apartment fairly small to fit 5 of us in but it was fine as a base to visit Disneyland Paris. Shuttle stopped from lunch time until 4:20 so if coming back in the middle of the day needed to pay for taxi which cost us 25 euro
