Very clean and tidy. The room was well equipped and was big enough for family of 3. Great location. The free shuttle bus was packed everyday so we got a taxi to Disneyland. Worth it!

My daughter cut her finger around the pool so I went to reception to get a plaster and was told they have no first aid box or plasters. I was shocked by this. Such a big hotel doesn't have a first kit?!

Pool is nice and warm, room was big and clean with nice view and boce queen bed. The kitchen in the room was great.

Sofa beds are not real beds. Why, if you reserve 4 beds apartment, you get 2 sofa beds and not real 4 beds? Transfer to Disneyland is every 40 minutes. This is not enough as in other hotels the transportation is every 10-15 minutes. Cleaning will happen only of you ask. The same for changing towles or making the bed This is a bit annoying and should be done without request after 3 nights.

We stayed for 4 nights in an apartment. Great to have a kitchen for fridge and microwave use. There is a very large supermarket about 5 minutes walk away which kept us going. We didn’t get the hotel breakfast or dinner but used the bar / Starbucks facility a lot for Frappuccino’s, snacks and a really delicious (like dominos) pizza that was very reasonable at 12 euro for a large pizza. The drinks were reasonable - 5 euro for a wine. My children loved the arcade which has a large air hockey table and lots of arcade style machines. It cost just over a pound per go. There is also a pool table. The swimming pool was great after a long day at Disney and it opens 9-9 so still open in the evening. There is also a sitting area outside you can have drinks and snacks etc. The shuttle bus to Disney was always on time but very full. There is also a 34 bus you can get to Disney which goes just outside the hotel across the road. The 34 that stops on same side as hotel goes to val d’europe shopping centre and takes 20 minutes, also 2 euro each, just get off at ‘hotel de Ville’. Overall a lovely hotel with excellent facilities.

Excellent! In a lot of chaos (transport related) the hotel was our constant peace! It’s lovely! It’s comfortable (such comfy beds & pillows - usually very rate in a hotel!) Our duplex apartment had everything we needed. Staff were friendly (especially Louanne on reception) We’re a family of 4 (ages 7&8), we had the best 5 nights! The pool is brilliant with fresh towels by the pool everyday! Plenty of sunbeds at all times… Lovely decking area to sit out for drinks, some by the bar and some round the lake (we had a few picnics watching the ducks & fish) 5 minute walk to the supermarket and restaurants… just turn right on the main road! Lovely area! 15 mins on the bus to Val D’Europe shopping centre - number 34, stop is just outside the hotel (turn right again) but more importantly, outside the shopping centre is a huge square of bars, restaurants etc and lovely to go to on the bus for an evening… we had amazing pasta! Really rustic area! One tip too… we had Disney booked one day and used the shuttle to get there and back but you can actually access the Disney village at anytime without a ticket. You still go through the bag scanners but then it’s like a mini holiday village in itself with all the restaurants, arcades, shops and even a few pay for rides! We went a few nights without a Disney ticket! All on the free shuttle!

The price of food and drinks are a little steep in the hotel and the food choices for the high prices are limited. If the prices were a bit lower we’d have prob had lunch here everyday but we bought from the shop and made our own instead.

Very organized , very clean , the staff was very polite , all then spoke in English with me and made me feel more welcome . The room was amazing with beautiful view to the swimming pool and the lake . The break fast was ok plenty of food and diferente options, ( English breakfast 😉) The room was decent size , the beds are very comfortable , the bathroom was decent with strong shower that you can adjust . The swimming pool was amazing it's hearted not to hot not to cold simple perfect .

The jacuzzi wasn't working , I think was the only thing that I can think of ...

The hotel team led by Salma welcomed us to the hotel with a great patient smile and service level. The Vila was new and big with all the facilities needed, great restaurant with reasonable prices, good timing of the Chapel. And again, on top of all, the service of the team led by Salma. I certainly be back

The Staycity Aparthotel was an excellent location and venue for a Family get together in a 5 bedroom Villa. The family arrived by car, train and plane so the location with great travel links were perfect. The free bus service to Disney worked a treat and was very convenient. The villa was first class, with large bedrooms and very comfortable beds. It was very clean and amply kitted out for 14 people, 10 adults and 4 children. The facilities in the main building were excellent and the swimming pool was greatly enjoyed. Overall a highly recommended venue.

No real issues, perhaps more comfortable chairs in the Kitchen/diner/sitting room. There was a Wedding in the function suite (great venue) that put a strain on the kitchen and subsequent delays in ordering food. Overall, these were minor issues and did not detract from a great stay. We will certainly come back again.

so clean and welcoming. the amenities were great. so much to offer pool table, arcade, snack bar, unfortunately it was too cool to use the pool but that area looked beautiful as well. Room was large and went above and beyond what you could need in a hotel room. little kitchenette, full bathroom, large bed, dining table and couches. I booked this property much because of the free Disney shuttle and that was also so convenient. Staff was very friendly. Overall I would recommend this property to anyone searching in the area. It exceeded my expectations. Thanks for the great stay!

Bed was a bit on the hard side.

Perfect location for us that we wanted to visit Disneyland but also Paris. The apartment was great, with everything you needed (kitchen stuff etc) plus the hotel itself offered a lot to do with the kids, with highlight the swimming pool! The scenery was also idyllic, with the lakes the trees and the ducks!

We had trouble with the hot water, although we did use it at times that everybody else did , just after the swimming pool closure.

Everything was beautifully clean and fresh. Every staff member was pleasant, helpful and very professional. The beds were comfortable, kitchenette was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The bathroom was also clean and modern, and it was lovely to have a bath as well as a shower. The heated towel rail was a wonderful bonus. The regular free shuttle bus to and from the Disney park and the Marne La Vallee train station was excellent!

The pool and paths outside had lots of poo from the resident geese. My granddaughter wasn’t able to use the pool because of this.
