Close to Disney Shuttle bud

I’m fine with the policy of not taking food from a buffet restaurant. This hotel bans bags at breakfast time. We were stopped from leaving the restaurant whilst eating a croissant as if we were doing a criminal act. We were in a rush to get the bus so decided to eat it whilst on the move. We didn’t stockpile. The staff are following the rules of no food allowed to be taken, however common sense should be applied when witnessing the person eating it as they walk.

Room was very clean, including bed linens & towels. Shuttle service to Disneyland was very efficient. Luggage storage was very convenient. Good choice at breakfast. Nice surroundings. Kids loved the animals at the farm. Reception very helpful.

Chaos at breakfast, but this is not the hotel's fault really, as there was more than enough food for everyone, and time was not limited. However for some reason guests were rushing to and fro so atmosphere was not tranquil.

1. It is a good value for money if you want to go to Disneyland Paris. 2. Free Shuttle to Disneyland Parks. 3. Great breakfast 4. Very friendly and helpful staff.

1. The size of the room. I have booked for 4 adults and 1 child and the room was too small for us. If we had checked luggage, I don’t know what would I do with them. 2. I don’t know if is hotels’ responsability but it may help: Someone HAVE TO organize the onboarding on the buses when the Disney parks close. People leave the parks, and it's a massive confusion. People cram themselves onto the buses without any order; it's literally a war. Someone needs to organize this. Take responsibility for forming a queue so that everyone boards peacefully, especially during this 'peak' time, which is when the parks close. There are several families, mostly with young children, and this needs to be better organized.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews! If you want a hotel that’s clean, fun for the kids and in a fab location 10 mins from Disney on the FREE shuttle bus then this is for you! The hotel was on the ‘Disney partner hotel loop’ so conveniently located for getting too and from Disney or Chessy station! The FREE animal farm that is next to the restaurant is great for the little ones too! Lots to do and see. The reception area has games for the kids ( you need to change 2x €1 coins in a machine for a token to use them but all located near the bar area) the room was big enough for 2 adults and a toddler along with the pram and our luggage. Bathroom was a little on the small side but it we made it work. Overall we loved our stay here and would recommend it & return.

*there was nothing that we disliked but a few bits that could be improved* - the food at breakfast was cold unless you managed to get the beans sausage bacon etc as soon as it came out the kitchen, we stuck to pancakes crepes and pastry’s. - the bus for the hotel isn’t very clearly sign posted once you get to the bus station bit at the parks / Chelsey station. It’s still labelled as Kyrid hotel, I’d been before so knew the hotel had changed its name but if it’s your first time it could get confusing. - the bath rooms / rooms could do with updating a little bit.

Nice location had a lake at the back perfect to go for a short walk with small kids. Quite area with a nice area to go for a run. Supermarket was close by, even though we did not end up going there. Very close to disney, and free shuttle was available. We were the last stop for the shuttle bus. There were some animals which the children loved watching and also 2 Mascots which played with the kids and they really liked it. There was also a small section where the kids could play (mostly suitable for small kids) Buffet breakfast was overall good, even though it was the same for the 4 days we stayed there. Only thing is they should offer sliced bread for toast and there was hardly any "healthy options".

They should offer information of shuttle bus information, train info to travel to paris centre etc. We felt a little lost on the first day. In summer it is VERY hot, so if you are staying a day without travel keep in mind there is no pool

Great location, good facilities and great for a family with children looking at the animals on the mini farm they have. Breakfast was the best we have had out of the 5 hotels in the area by campanile hotel.

Not much really except you now pay for parking. This should be free and should have to enter a pin to enter upon booking like other hotels do so locals don’t use it as parking and using the free shuttle bus to travel to Disney. It would be better to do it this way as we still experienced people abusing the car park and shuttle on our stay as the parking is still half the price of the Disney car park.

Overall, it was pretty good. Great breakfasts. Good Clean comfortable rooms.

Although I booked these rooms back in January and nothing was said about having to pay for parking. They said that terms had changed and now we had to pay for parking. Well I stuck to my guns and refused. When I did this, they waived the parking fees, but did add that next time, we would have to pay. I personally think that this is a damned cheek, especially with the cost of the rooms as it is. Well, I certainly won't be paying as I won't be going again. A shame as it was a downer on what had up till then been a good holiday.

It was an extraordinarily beautiful stay!! I recommend the hotel 100%. Everything is wonderful! The accommodation conditions are very good, the room is very good in size, the bathroom has a bathtub and is equipped with everything you need. There is air conditioning and hot water without problems. Breakfast, although the same every day, is very rich, diverse and tasty. Croissants are exceptional! The omelette and the pancakes are also very good. Very friendly staff, very cute mascots. The transfer to the train station and Disneyland was very good. And the room was cleaned daily. The farm has very cute animals.

There isn't such thing.

This was our second stay in the hotel for visit in Disneyland. The available facilities and the location are ideal as a starting point for this experience. The included shuttle for the parks is of course a bonus but what's even better is that Campanile is the first stop so you can actually board on in the busy hours, some of the guests on the next stops going are not that lucky. The breakfast is rich but the same each day, which might be a problem if you're staying for more than 2-3 nights. It's a family friendly hotel, so one should keep that in mind.

The rooms are quite ok for a couple, but when you add a bunk bed it is a bit crowded.

Great location. Only 10 mins on free shuttle bus to disneyland and train station which gets you Into Paris easily and to airport. Rooms are basic but clean. We hardly spent anytime in them so was not an issue. Facilities are clean and enough to keep kids entertained. We only used the restaurant for breakfast again pretty basic but clean and enough choice for us all. Would use again in future.

The beds were a little hard but after a day of walking non stop we all fell asleep quickly. The food and drink in the bar was rather pricey.
