This hotel is amazing! You walk in the door and you are hit with a warm inviting sweet scent that is unique to the lobby. The bar/seating area (pictures of the blue room) is decorated with screens that change from one scene to another depending on the time of day. The restaurant for breakfast/dinner is quite big and menu has something for everyone's taste. The reception has a screen showing the shuttle times to the Disney village/parks so that guests know when to expect one to arrive. The rooms are basic but the beds are very comfortable. Staff prefer not to have to clean the room every day though. Our room was on the 3rd floor (2nd last room in the hotel). It was amazingly quiet. One thing I thought was great was the fact that if your room is not ready when you arrive, they give you a key card to a luggage storage room close to the front door. You can put your bags in there and then hit the parks without having to drag bags with you. The key card works for the duration of your stay.

The elevators were extremely slow as the programme on them could easily be disrupted by kids tapping lots of buttons. The hot water was "capped" at below 50degrees so that meant it was hard to have a good hot bath after a cold day in the parks! The shuttle bus being used by the hotel was hard to distinguish from other busses as it was not marked or sign posted in anyway to indicate what hotels it served or where it stopped/picked up from at the Disney village.

The room was very spacious and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The view of the lake and gardens was beautiful. The towels and toiletries were good and the hairdryer was surprisingly powerful. Very clean and tidy. Staff were super helpful. The overall location of the hotel is fantastic for the Disney parks.

The shuttle bus service - it was frantic and unsafe at busy times with people pushing and cramming into a small space. It was dangerous. I appreciate this can not always be controlled, but maybe have an attendant on the route to usher people on / off? Also, the shuttles are not as frequent as it states on the website, meaning you can wait up to 35 minutes if you miss a bus. Good to get down early just incase! The swimming pool was very cold, which was a shame, as it is the main activity for adults in the hotel. Breakfast - could have more warm food options however overall this was good for a buffet style. The queue was very long despite having many empty tables. This meant we had less time in the Disney parks, so make sure you get down before 8am for breakfast.

The lobby was really really lovely with exceptional views and really nice to sit in the evening. The pool was good, a nice size for my little ones. Good selection of food and variety for breakfast. Good regular shuttles to the disney Park which were easy to follow. Staff polite and helpful always. Good location. Making the shuttle to disney short. Would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

Mould on the ceiling of the bathroom and between the tiles. The prices for the drinks did seem a little steep. Other than that really happy with everything else. .

Breakfast good. Location good. Tibo EXCELLENT! What an asset to your team he is! So kind and caring and nothing seemed too much trouble for him

3 out of 4 reading lights were not working and then the moon stopped working too which was a big shame! We stayed twice. The first time the room was very clean. The second time the room was not! Stones and crumbs on floor.

Our room was a very good size, three of us were staying as a family. Our daughter had a bunk bed which she enjoyed. Location was brilliant for Eurodisney with a free shuttle to and from the park running all day which took about 5-10 minutes, with stops at other hotels. The lounge was magical. Screens in the lounge change regularly to reveal magical lands, they were quite mesmerising to watch while enjoying an after dinner drink. See if you can spot the white rabbit! The pool is a good size and a handy extra activity for kids. Overall I would stay again.

Unfortunately one of the lifts was out of action at our end of the hotel. We were there three nights and it remained unfixed but this may be due to it being the weekend. The food was good, typical all inclusive style volumes and suited to kids but the buffet was expensive, 95EUR for the three of us.

I will give this hotel 5 stars not because of the rooms (which were good) nor because of the breakfast (which was good) nor because of the great location (close to Disneyland Paris ) nor because of the parking (free) but because of the amazing service we received, we had a problem with the room and they immediately changed it for us Another problem with the safe and they immediately fixed it, amazing service from the reception that left an excellent impression and that's how it should be, well done!

Replace the regular tomatoes with cherry tomatoes + add a layer of vegetables and sauce

The hotel was fantastic, so beautiful and magical. My kids loved the changing themes in the lobby and the staff were very friendly. Room was great (family room), attention to detail and high end! Amazing

The prices of dinner is far too high. £36 euro for buffet dinner and £17 for children was far too expensive. Paid one night and my kids only ate nuggets and a few bits from the dessert. £110 euro for a family of 4 for dinner is too expensive. Considering most families eat at the hotel after spending so much at Disney is a rip off. The a La carte menu was delicious though.

We loved the newly furnished decor inside the ground floor of the hotel. It did make it feel like a very fun and magical place for our holiday. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The staff were really friendly and dealt with things efficiently. We requested help with a couple of issues and they were resolved easily. The beds were extremely comfortable, the shower fantastic and the towels luxuriously soft. We liked the fact there were recycling bins and we could put a note on our door so that the room and towels wouldn't be cleaned unnecessarily. We liked the swimming pool. We were glad of the air conditioning in our room. We appreciated the free WiFi. We were happy that we could have a family room to all be together. Thank you.

Although we were glad of the included buffet breakfast and variety of food available we found that the quality of the hot food and fruit salad was lacking. And likewise, although we were pleased there was a free shuttle bus to take us between Disneyland/train station and the hotel we found it very packed in the mornings/evenings and hard to get on and off. Sometimes there were issues with doors too. Maybe there could be more buses at busier times of the day to make it an easier and more enjoyable experience.

Hotel is beautiful. Heated pool is good. Amazing view. Great location near disneyland

All the ladies(staff) at the front desk wasn't friendly. But the guys were good and helpful. Hotel did not provide not even 1 bottle of water in the room. We arrived in the middle of the night and wanted to heat up some hot water for baby, but no hot water available in the room. There's vending machine but can't use card payment and we didn't have small change as we have just arrived. Hotel did not have any toothbrush/bedroom slippers. Not sure if this is a norm for Europe/Paris as it's my first time here. No halal food option nor supermarket nearby.

Everything was clean, the breakfast and dinner were good, and the magic hall was absolutely beautiful. Free shuttle to and from the parks is very convenient. However, I do wish the shuttle would go straight between the Grand Magic and the park instead of the collective system with other hotels. Park closing time is absolute carnage in particular because there are entirely too many people to fit even in the first 2-3 shuttles.

As mentioned above, the collective shuttle system. At least during high traffic times, I wish there were either more shuttles or each hotel would only go between their own and the park. We, along with tons of others, ended up paying for an Uber (which the Uber drivers count on, so the prices go up significantly compared to other times of the day) because after not being able to fit into the first two shuttles, the shoving wasn’t getting any less, nor did we see a chance to make it onto the third one.
