Friendliness of staff, cleanliness of all areas of hotel, location of hotel, secure parking, good breakfast, good value for money.

The disturbance from other guests talking, laughing and SMOKING below our bedroom window. Very thin material on curtains afforded no privacy or any level of darkness whatsoever. Air conditioning unit ( required because had to close the window because of smoke and disturbance) was positioned incorrectly as cool air didn’t reach the area by the bed.

The hotel's own secure parking was a real bonus. The room was lovely and the bed extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was a definite plus in the heat! The inside and outside bar were good to have, we can recommend the local beer! Breakfast was superb. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel's position was ideal for exploring Beaune and finding somewhere to eat. We'd highly recommend staying here.

Parking with lift with direct access to hotel (very practical). Room was clean and comfortable. Central position 10 mins walk to the centre The little garden outside is pretty if the weather allows

Nothing- the corridor to the rooms needs some refurbishment. A coffee machine in the room would have been great 😊

Location is very close to the town centre, which a walk of only a few minutes !! Beaune is such a beautiful little town, with plenty to see and do, let alone all the gastronomic delights to be sampled and beautiful vins to be enjoyed !!

If you have a larger vehicle then parking in the hotel car park will not be possible, but there is a free public close by, which we were directed to be hotel staff.

Pleasant hotel. Very good shower, very comfortable bed.

Parking is in a garage which we couldn't access because of height restriction (1.9) but free parking nearby after unloading. Wasn't clear if you paid extra for the use of hotel parking. Small thing but for a 4 star hotel find it strange that wooden teaspoons were provided. 'Fridge' wasn't very efficient.

Great beds, spacious room, big bathroom. Was given an upgrade to a better room as I requested 2 single beds, and this was only available in the Superior room.

The shower had no glass, so water fell all over sink and toiletries. That wasn't very practical. Parking is tight in their garage.

Nothing although the car parking situation wasn’t clear. I chose this because it stated car parking but when I arrived it was limited, needed to be prebooked, and none available. However there was free outdoor parking about a 5 min walk away.

Lovely and spacious room, the hotel is in close proximity to city centre and easy access from A7.

Limited choices for breakfast (more 3 stars standard), no fresh juice. There is only 33ml bottle of Evian water provided in the room for two people, no coffee machine offered.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location is great if you want easy walking access to the city center but also to easily head out to visit other sites in the area by car.

Sheets could be a little softer but were not an issue for me at all.

Lovely atmosphere of a nice boutique hotel. Clean rooms, with all the comfort you need. Sounds proof rooms are always a big plus! Excellent breakfast too! Very colse to the city centre, free parking areas around the hotel. Highly recommend!
