The property is 2 mins walk from the square . We had such a warm welcome and the receptionist let us park our motorbike in a secure area inside the hotel which we hadn’t even pre arranged. Everyone was so helpful, this is a beautiful city centre hotel with loads of charm, well decorated and the bed was really comfortable. There was a fan in the room for extra comfort and this is the first hotel of many that we have stayed in that had USB charging points in the room which I think in todays age of personal electrical gadgets is a must. Would definitely stay again and can highly recommend.

Location was excellent. Main Square was only 50 meters away. Patricia was really friendly and helpful. She allowed us to park our motorcycles inside the secure courtyard. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable and standards of maintenance & cleaning were very high.

Check in procedure. We could only gain access to keys during certain hours on Sunday. It wasn't a major hassle as we sat in the main square and had a few beers until it was available.

welcoming staff - (complementary) upgraded us to bigger rooms that had comfortable beds and decent shower, big public square next door with free overnight parking, short walk to town centre square with many restaurants, we didn't stay long enough to shop but had usual French branded shops

Wow! What a fabulous welcome and a special place for us to park our motorbikes. Our rooms were spacious and nicely decorated with all amenities. Comfortable beds and quality bed linen and towels. Brilliantly close to the central town square where there was so many bars and restaurants to chose from. We ate seafood at Yes & Co.

The hotel staff were so helpful we arrived early and was able to check in straight away, we were also upgraded free of charge and had a lovely room We were able to park our motorcycles in the inner courtyard The room was lovely and clean, the hotel was in the town centre and close to the main square for restaurants and bars etc all in all a great stay

Varied breakfast in a nice area. Everything was super clean. The location is a 2 minute walk to a beautiful town center that has multiple restaurants. There is an elevator available as well as parking directly in front of the hotel. The staff were pleasant and gave us suggestions on what we're good restaurants in the area. They were correct too!

The only problem that we had was the lack of air conditioning. It was our bad luck as we had arrived on one of the hottest days of the year.

The hotel is ideally situated just a few minutes walk from the city centre and a car park right next door. There are coffee/tea making facilities in the room and they offer the best breakfast with plenty of choice. We tend to stay at Hotel Eden on our way back to the UK as the Channel Tunnel is only about an hours drive away.

An excellent location that is less than a minutes walk from the main square. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and allowed me to park my motorcycle inside the courtyard. The breakfast was also very good. I will stay again later in the year.

I have stayed at this hotel for nearly 10 years, and each time i have been satisfied with the friendly service and the cleanliness. a bonus is the secure parking for my motorcycle. check in is very easy.

Great location a very short walk from the centre of Béthune. Helpful personnel, easy check-in. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We arrived during an annual motorbike convention and had a great night sitting in an outside café and listening to rock music.

The hotel is very good. Everything was as it should be.
