Great location, swimming pool and the restaurant is very friendly and had great food and wine. Staff on the restaurant are very welcoming.

On two occasions now we have been given room 1315 instead of the normal family room we had on previous trips. The light in the hallway is on a motion sensor which keeps going off during the night when you get up. It woke us and the kids on many occasions. The staff tried to disconnect it but it then turned off all the bathroom lights. We ended up having to move a floor lamp into the hall which wasn’t very practical and safe.

Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was quick. There was plenty of parking and it was free. There was a small bar area at the entrance which looks really cosy. Unfortunately due a bomb scare at Basel airport it was very busy. The restaurant is downstairs and the food is really good

Due to the above mentioned problem there was a lot of people in the restaurant and the man who sat down on the next table 15 minutes after us was served much quicker. He had ordered the same as me but had already finished his meal and I hadn`t even got mine.

1. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were amazing especially with kids who really enjoyed the pool 2. The spa facility (massage) was also fairly good. 3. The family room for 4 was large and convenient with a bunk bed for the kids and queen bed for us. 4. Free parking on site

1. The air conditioners in the room did not work. The first night it was horribly hot in the room and when I asked the reception the next day they told me they do not switch on the aircon because its not yet summer. I found that stupid because if a guest feels hot and wants a cooler room, he should be able to decide for himself. Otherwise state this clearly in the description that air con facility will only work from X date to Y date. They did give us fans for our room, but it is annoying 2. The wifi in the room was horrible. You could barely connect to it. They definitely need to work on a better wifi system for the guests as it was very annoying. 3. Breakfast was a bit chaotic especially if you arrive at 9 PM there was a fairly large queue. The breakfast in itself though was nice

The breakfast was absolutely first class! Beautifully presented breakfast room with fresh flowers on the tables. Amazing choice and range of fresh pastries and cakes. Make your own hot pancakes. scrambled eggs were incredible. First class. We didn’t get to use the swimming pool or spa but it looked very nice!

We had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle bus to collect us from the airport which was a bit of a shame. As the lady at reception said they were short staffed.

Friendly multilingual staff throughout the hotel apart from the bar who didn’t seem to speak anything other than French (although that wasn’t a major issue as I didn’t spend much time there). Room was excellent, housekeeping superb. Plenty of hot drink selections with kettle in room and a bottle of water in the fridge. Pool was lovely and peaceful despite it being the weekend. The same applies for the Sauna, Steam room and Jacuzzi, which were all lovely. The bubbles with the bench at the end of the pool was a lovely surprise. The steak with Shallot Sauce was incredible, the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, great value too at only €19. Check out was fast and simple with the receptionist wishing a pleasant onward journey.

My only criticism is that the complimentary shuttle does not run at weekends and this was not stated at time of booking (or even that there was a shuttle at all). This may inconvenience arriving passengers who may decide to get a taxi instead which when I checked online came to between €20-€30 for a 5 minute journey! I ended up walking the 45 minutes each way to the airport as I thought it was quite expensive for the short journey time although not ideal if you came with a suitcase and have to walk in the dark (you have to walk in the road for some parts).

-I requested bathrobe, reception staff informed me 5 € extra pay for each. But no written anywhere and there are room introduction photos on booking app that includes bathrobe and slippers on the bed for each person. -there are paper cups in the room to drink coffee or tea. But thin paper cups too hot to hold and hazardous for user. This hotel is not a budget hotel.

This was a great base for one night so we could get our early flight from Basel to London. The staff were very helpful and available all hours. It was great when we checked in and the concierge booked our shuttle to the airport straight away. The room was very spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. We only used the pool facilities but it was very nice and the pool temperature was great.

Extremely pleasant and welcoming hotel staff . Clean , quiet room with excellent bathroom facilities and daily room make up . Free , secure car parking . Conveniently sited for visiting our family locally , and quick access to autoroutes for touring Alsace , Switzerland and Germany . Very ample buffet breakfast with a good selection of foods , and the restaurant staff were happy to accommodate additional family guests including providing a high chair for a baby .

We booked at the last minute because of a canceled flight and ended up only staying for about four hours to catch an early flight the next day, but it went about as smoothly as it could've under those circumstances! The rate we paid seemed quite reasonable, it's pretty close to the airport, check-in was fast, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we were able to book a free shuttle back to the airport for 4 a.m. with about four hours' notice. We'd recommend!

This has nothing to do with the hotel, but it was pretty difficult to get a cab out of the Basel airport at 11 p.m.

First of all they have a huge outdoor parking. We were greeted by a friendly staff, went to our room and it was very clean especially the toilette, coffee/tea station, free 2 bottles of water (could have been 4, cus' we were 4 persons 😜), the bed was comfy and the pillows they're thick and a lil hard which is perfect to our likings (some hotels have super soft pillows that it'll end up so flat like you almost don't have a pillow) The Spa area was great with Sauna, Hammam, huge pool with bubbles and a small jacuzzi. The breakfast was OK... the scrambled egg tasted weird as if it's made of flour with yellow coloring on it. But all in all we loved our stay and we'll def. Go back ❤️
