The check-in process was really quick and the guy at the reception was so nice and was always happy to help in case we needed something. You can access the room with a code so there is no need to carry keys. The hotel is about 10-15 mins of walking to the nearest metro station which will take you to the city centre.

Towels had a weird smell sometimes and it would be nice if the floor was mopped more often. A better wifi and more storage space would be great too. There is no small fridge that could keep drinks cold in hot summer months. The neighborhood is a bit noisy at night. These things did not ruin our stay experience though.

Friendly and accommodating staff, who even gave us all a little present for Valentine's Day! Clean rooms and a very diverse and delicious all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet. The hotel is just opposite the Bobigny 13 University, which was very handy for me and the other students.There are also lots of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Overall great value for a two star hotel!

I did have a slight smell of drains in my bathroom. Also the area isn't very nice, with lots of rubbish on the ground, and I'm not sure I'd want to walk around alone at night.

Liked the quiet room away from the main roads. The TV defeated me, just about got the Google chromecast app loaded, but it was time to leave. Showers are clean and the water pressure is good. It 2 star, so don’t expect tea, coffee etc. Wife had no hair drier. Didn’t have breakfast as we left it late to get up and the comfy bed is how I like mine - medium to firm. Bedding is white and spotless.

It’s a two star hotel but the facilities are good for a 2 star. TV was my only disappointment, but it wasn’t much of a problem as I didn’t spend much time in the room other than to sleep. The area the hotel is situated is in a financially challenged area, the people are friendly.

The room is clean, the bed is very comfortable! All the essentials are provided. Just leave the “do not disturb sign on the door” if you don’t want room service to disturb you in the morning. They don’t have a kettle or coffee machine in the room, however you can get hot beverage from the restaurant. Located in a very quiet place. Easy to access from the station La Courneuve - 8 Mai 1945 you can take the tram T1 and exit at Drancy - Avenir (2 stops away - 5 minutes). You will see a big McDonald’s on your right handside. The hotel is just behind McDonald’s, couple of minutes away! You can also walk from the station La Courneuve - 8 Mai 1945 all the way to the hotel (11 minutes). There is a pizza restaurant just in front of the hotel for those who love pizza! :-). Lidl, Aldi and Carefour supermarkets few minutes away!! You won’t lack anything to be honest!! Couple of restaurants closed by too. Easy to access Paris. Please use Moovit app if you are not too sure about the city transport system!

The receptionist Tatiana was great. The hotel was basic but enough for a base. It was clean.

The shower was good but the drain was slow. The receptionist Tetiana sent the house keeping asap but it didn’t really work. The location is surrounded by University dormitories, so safe enough but when you are walking to train for tram, I can’t say it was a great neighbourhood.

It’s easy to get into Paris and clean and basic

The staff are pretty rude and not very accommodating. I stay here a lot but the staff are getting worse every time I come.

Secure onsite parking, comfortable bed, free water bottles and sweets. When we first arrived the staff on the reception desk seemed aloof and unwelcoming but in the main the staff were friendly and helpful.

Because of the Liverpool v Real Madrid the price of the hotel was excessive; at any other time I believe the room price would be more reasonable. The initial reception staff did not come across as being welcoming and friendly.

Nice network hotel, everything is as you would expect from a B&B: clean room, good finishes, convenient check-in/check-out.

Pretty poor breakfast (but adequate!), which there's also a line to get to in the morning.

I like the cleanliness and safety for personal belongings. And one think you must change is the behavior of the housekeeping some time they are rude in replying. I have stayed in the hotel for an 6 days

The reception or employee in B&B they must speak in English as well it’s an tourists destination. Only an language issue for communication. Overall was very good.

Breakfast was good. Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff.

Noisy location and Litter on many streets. The hotel should provide Recycling bins. More Vegan options( for example, plant milk and spreads).
