Very clean completely refurbished room (including the bathroom) with new fan, new kettle and new safe in room. Very light room with street view and neutral decor. The hotel felt secure. Plenty of space for one person (would have been fine for two) with good size super comfy bed, reading lights and bedside sockets. Metro station 2 mins walk away at end of street. Very friendly polite reception staff/owner.

Was aware that was not central but had picked for its value for money and proximity to metro, however, there is a lack of appealing cafes in the area (especially as a solo traveller) so if you want to eat out probably best to do so before returning to hotel for the evening. Was also aware that no lift, but if you are unable to carry bags three flights of stairs may not be for you.

I really liked this hotel, my room was really big and bright. I also liked my bathroom it was quite modern and clean. Wifi connection also was good and I could make video calls and send a lot of pictures/videos to my family and friends. Subway also close, just in 5 minutes of walking;)

I not really liked location, didn't felt myself safe even during day. Speaking about my room, there was no slippers and it was cold for me. Also bathroom sink was leaking, so may be better to check plumbing in rooms.

Close to metro, therefore close to city of Paris

There was no stock of toiletpaper, only the current roll of toiletpaper... That became troublesome in the end of the stay

Property is extremely clean. Staff cleans and maintenance the room daily which is highly appreciated. Located close to the metro station which was very convenient.

although it was a value for money, felt the stay was bit overpriced as its a bit outskirts of Paris city

Old building with recent renovation well done. Corridors narrow but room modern an comfortabe. Excellent bedside lights. Electric jug and coffee making facilities. Manager was friendly and helpful. We were able to leave bags when we arrived before midday. We liked the small scale.

Not the most salubrious area. But we had no problems and it was a very convenient location.

I liked how close it was to the metro. Also liked the room, shower etc. I really enjoyed having a kettle in my room. Got well informed when I arrived at the hotel, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Ran completely out of toilet paper three times, there were only one roll at a time. Only got a new roll of paper when my room was cleaned during the day.

very clean and comfortable. good price. bottle of water was a nice touch. handy for Parc Villette and Cité de La Musique

a full length mirror in the room would have been useful. neighbourhood is a little grotty.

The bathroom is lovely but quite small and the shower has quite a large step into so if you have any issues like me (dodgy knee) it can be awkward to get out off.

The room was clean, check-in and check-out was fast and easy. Close to metro and decent value for money.

Neighborhood is not the best, and noise can be an issue. Thankfully we had quiet neighbors and did not spent any time in the area.

The hotel offers a perfect location and facility if you travel for a weekend and are looking for value accommodation. The easy access to metro was great.
