Great hotel in the perfect location. Very close to the metro and reasonable parking fees for cars. Good buffet breakfast.

There was an issue with one staff member (who seemed to have an attitude) at the breakfast buffest on New Years Day. This resulted in tables not being cleared and the the buffet was not replenished even though there were 35 minutes left until the buffet closed. A few guests including myself missed out on getting breakfast and when the issue was raised with the desk manager on duty, she said that nothing could be done. When we raised the issue with the lady who was working the buffet she rudely dismissed us and implied it was not her problem. A few people complianed to management and the issue was resolved the next day. But otherwise, the other staff were very nice and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

It's a newish boutique hotel with easy access on the Paris Metro (line M5 stop at Bobigny-Pantin). Very clean room, comfy bed, strong WiFi, lift to the top floor. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a large public sitting room that continues to the breakfast room. Espresso at the lobby (breakfast area) is available 24/7. There is a mini-fridge to chill drinks or small food packets. There is also a safe. The toilet is separate from the shower and wash sink.

While the standard room is amply spaced for one person, it may not be optimal for two people especially with luggage. There is NO closet or chest drawers, so your luggage is your closet. Breakfast is included, BUT very very very poor choices: starchy sugar-loaded breads/cakes/danishes/cereals/yogurts, cured highly processed cold meats, fruit salad poured from a can !?# The only nutritious breakfast items are Brie cheese and hardboiled eggs. There is kettle in the room but they do not replenish coffee/tea after the first day. There is only one electric outlet on a ledge, the other is up on the wall about half way from the ceiling, hence it is unusable for any piece of electronics. The AC does NOT cool down to your desired temperature. It can be priced lower.

The property is very nice. The design is playful and up to date which takes the overall experience to the next level. I have travelled for work and the location of hotel helped a lot to get to any destination I had in mind. The hotel is 10min way from the Metro station which makes it very easy to connect to other Metro or RER. The staff was outstanding, very pleasant, great communication and super helpful. I will definitely recommend it for anyone looking to explore the city and having a good night of sleep followed by a good breakfast before starting your day.

My room looked out on to the refuse collection depot. Not very nice too look at, and a bit noisy. The Google maps directions were incorrect and ended up walking twenty minutes to the wrong side of the complex, up and back down the steeped road with luggage, because of this. I was told when I eventually arrived that the coordinations and address were incorrect on the google details. Couldn't see any street signs for the hotel. It was dark but not so late in the evening so I didn't feel unsafe, however it could have been worse. Ibis please fix this.

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Parking possibility for only 10€. Metro station a few minutes away.

Breakfast was very poorly organized. Although we filled what we would like to eat and the time we would like to have breakfast, we received something completely different, after waiting 40 minutes, without any explanation.

Location is good, 5minute walk to the metro. Parking 10euro per night in garage, very safe. Room was quite big and we had a seperate toilet. Helpfull and friendly staff, good breakfast

Bathroom was not 'spic and span' clean, there was a small hair on the wall and the glass door didn't look very clean (a lot of dried water on the door). But this was not a big problem for us since the rest was very clean and the staff is really friendly!

Good location 2 exceptional staff We had contact with Asian lady that spoke Punjabi french and English and a gentleman who printed out directions to where we needed to go on Wednesday morning 16/8/23 and gave us directions to the metro Great Italian restaurant next to the hotel lovely lady at the till. Good value for money, decent breakfast (not limited to the stupid croissant and coffee, they actually offer end boiled eggs, cheese of different types and 2 sortiments of meats, butter, jams, yoghurt). Very clean and silent rooms. It is actually a 3.5 stars hotel in my view (way better then the paris-center tourist traps claiming to have 4 stars). Decent distance with the metro (5 minutes to metro, 10-20 mins to République station).

The thing with preauthorisation of the credit card with a guaranteed sum is weird in 2022 and should be dropped. Some omelet in the morning would be appreciated too. Prices of drinks in the bar are a bit high.

Staff are awesome, so helpful, attentive, reasonably good English. Very clean and modern building, good AC. 5 mins walk from Underground and 20 mins to central Paris

The toilet design is a bit bizarre and not hyegienic! the toilet itself is in a seperate 1x1.5 “ box” with a self closing door. when the door shuts on you, the space is very claustrophobic and no good areation inside. What’s worse, when you want to wash your hands after, you have to open that door which self shuts and then enter a seperate room where the shower and sink are present.
