Location ideal for access to riverboats. Staff most pleasant and helpful. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Tea and cafe making in room. Bathroom good and walk in shower excellent. Provision of water and refrigerator in room.

Strong smell of paint. No shower mat to prevent slipping. Closure of penthouse roof was a disappointment. Breakfast was hit and miss. Gluten free bread was not good. Hot food items ran out. Cafe had to be requested repeatedly. Staff too distracted. Sunday evening dinner offerings were only cheese or meat cuts.

Tram from airport to hotel fantastic, so easy. Staff at hotel very helpful and friendly. Bed extremely comfortable both slept very well from day one. Great position to walk around Bordeaux or hop on a tram. Didn’t eat in Hotel as other plans but Restaurant and rooftop space looked lovely.

We were expecting the room to be a little larger looking at photos on website. Just personal preference but found the room painted in dark blue quite claustrophobic. This however would not stop us staying again.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. A couple of teething problems were quickly and efficiently sorted out. Hotel is in an excellent location, just 100m from the nearest tram stop and an easy walk into the centre of Bordeaux.

Breakfast choices were a little limited - not much muesli type cereal, no yogurt, very little fruit. Rooftop restaurant not yet open, that will be a bonus.

Fabulous location, lovely hotel and the staff were really helpful and polite

I didn't feel my room offered the panoramic view that it was sold with but I do believe there is a roof terrace, not open during our visit, that was possibly where the view was meant to be appreciated from.

We didn't arrive until around midnight due to train delays but a friendly staff member was there to greet us. We were only staying one night as we were embarking on a Viking River Cruise next day. Hotel was in close proximity to the embarkation Point which was great.

Great location, lovely well equipped rooms and friendly helpful staff

The gym was being refurbished as was the restaurant and bar at the top, so didn't get to use them which was sad, but they look like they will be great when finished. One tiny gripe, we only had decaff coffee in the room, that's the only thing I can think of!

The location was fantastic - walking distance from the old town and the wine museum. It is a few steps from the river bank with great places to eat and drink around. The rooms are very spacious compared to most hotels, well equipped.

We had a room turned towards the inner part of the hotel which was a closed conference centre. The window was overlooking the inside of the conference centre so even if you open it, you don't get any fresh air. This was very unpleasant to us. This made me feel I am really overpaying for this stay at a rate of 150 per room. So best would be to ask for a room which is looking towards the outside part.

Super helpful staff. Committed to solve any issue. We were in a Privileged room that was very spacious and comfortable. Good parking right in front of hotel with exit in front of entrance. Comfortably bed. All clean. Very nice breakfast room with great staff and wonderful view.

No view at all. Some small issues of maintenance in bathroom. Water was not drained quickly enough in shower. Plate of WC buttons was falling.

Car Parking, only parking was in an expensive car park, maybe the hotel could organise a discount for guests. also the car park was difficult to get into, a passcode was required but no idea where to get it from, we just had to sit for someone to come up.

Great location. Communal areas were very smart. Exceptional choice for breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room and bed comfortable but needing some t.l.c.

The room was a little "tired" and had not been modernised in the same manner as the communal parts. As the hotel is in a commercial area there was no restaurant at the week ends which should perhaps be made clear..
