Brand new hotel ! Ideal location for visiting Bordeaux. A stone's throw from the grand theater, shops and Saint Pierre district where there are many restaurants ! We highly recommend !

Perfect location next to Quincones Tram intersection, so super-easy to reach everywhere, including airport, via trams and buses, or walking around old town centre. Really quiet on a side street. Very comfortable. There was free coffee and a chilled water dispenser in the lobby.

I take off one star for lack of comfortable public seating area around reception (it was minimal) and because at E18, the breakfast looked not great in terms of value for money. Overall, it was little bit more expensive that we usually pay, but it compared well to other hotels and we would recommend it.

The hotel had just been refurbished a lovely old building given a very striking contemporary makeover, the rooms were lovely, clean and spacious with good showers. It is very well situated for exploring the city on foot and right next door to the Opera House. Although the hotel does not have a car park there is a large underground car park nearby and the daily charge rate was reasonable. We had a small dog with us whom they were happy to accommodate. The breakfast was a continental breakfast and as we had three Coeliacs in our party they were happy to provide Gluten Free Bread.

This is a terrific, quiet modernized accommodation located between the end of the old town and some nice parks. The parks had tram lines and river public transport to other places. The attention to detail in the room's design (lighting, doors, quiet, preserved high french-door windows, uncluttered space) was masterful--among the best I've seen in a boutique four-star hotel.

The wifi frequently dropped, but maybe this was because we were at the end of a hall on a high floor Price was a bit higher than we normally pay, but the exceptional pleasantness of the place made it worthwhile.

Excellent location for a first visit to Bordeaux . Very central to all sights . Most sites walkable or easy tram rides. But on a very quiet side street in a renovated historical building. Room is smallish but set up in a stylish manner. Great bed . Washroom nice and shower nice. Nice free filtered water and mini fridge and wood floors.

For the price the breakfast should have been included. For a 4 star the public spaces very bare bones and not attractive. Hallways are carpeted and the carpet needs vacuuming.

Great hotel! The reality was much better than expected! Firstly I would like to note the perfect cleanliness both in the room and in the whole hotel. The hotel has been renovated and everything is perfect, both design and cleanliness. The rooms are much bigger than they look on the photo. Great location, in the very centre of the city! Yet double glazed windows and excellent soundproofing. The staff are very friendly and responsive to all requests. Nice bonus free coffee, tea and Perrier water in the room and lobby. We will definitely be back!

Central located in the heart of Bordeaux. 5 mins to promenade and around the corner from the Tourist information office. Which is a must visit for your day trips they were so helpful. Main shopping street beside you and any amount of small to large restaurants. We had a standard room which suited a couple. Staff were friendly thank you Maria and Ester. We arrived early and left our bags in and when we were leaving they held onto our bags again.

Everything - it’s impossible to fault anything! Super clean, with everything so new! Brilliant location. Loved how quiet the air con was too. We have already booked to return!

If we were being super picky, we’d say the noise from surrounding guests early in the morning, but we acknowledge that this is through absolutely no fault of the hotel or staff, & is something that could occur if you stayed anywhere!

Excellent location with easy access for transport links and centre of Bordeaux. The hotel is clean and quiet with friendly staff who make you feel welcome. Air con was quiet and effective which was needed as it was hot at the time of our stay.I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Boudreaux.

Everything met my requirements although others might be looking for a bigger restaurant bar area. Breakfast was continental with enough to choose from.

From the moment we entered the property, there was a lovely vibe. Staff were very welcoming, efficient and friendly. Our room was ready early. Everything was spotlessly clean. Lovely shower, great air conditioning, super comfy beds. Location was fabulous, walkable to most of the main sites, shops, restaurants and a 2 minute walk from the tram. Taxi was organised to the airport.
