It was very clean and the room was beautiful.

If you accept people from abroad you should make sure the staff are speaking English. If i ask a question ( lady from reception) please be patient and help me. I was for the first time at your hotel and I didn’t know everything. ( for breakfast lady as well, very unfriendly). At the restaurant we made it clear we don’t speak french and we were told everything in French and they were expecting me to understand. It was very uncomfortable!! PS i do salute and thanks in french which is common sense but I don’t have to learn a new language because I visit the country for 1 night.

Beatufully appointed accommodation and interior. Lot's of space in the room, and excellent bathrooms. Well guarded private secure parking. Great wine selection - by the glass as well as by the bottle, and superb service

Very expensive - but to be fair, that was largely due to choosing dinner 'a la carte'. Had we stuck to the menu decourverte, the dinner would have been much more reasonable - but it didn't meet our needs on that night; and part of the restaurant (the 'conservatory' for want of a better description) was very cold, as a number of guests found out - a pity since it commanded lovely view of the world outside

Room is calm and clean. There is an air-conditioner. In summer, it is really helpful. Very good location to Nausicaa and to the beach. Very very easy to access and convenient when we take mid break during the day in the middle of Nausicaa visit...etc. The hotel stuffs are very nice and helpful.

A little bit far from shopping street and downtown. around 15min walking. But it is manageriable.

Beautiful room. Yes the interior design is quite dated but beautifully designed and to be honest quite a lovely change from all the modern interiors nowadays. It was very well maintained, can tell lots of thought went into it and extremely clean. Comfy beds, spacious room, good heating. Friendly reception staff, great steam room and pool. Nice and small hotel across from the Nausicaa aquarium which was just so beautiful. We've loved our stay and look forward to going back one day. Breakfast was very nice!

Only thing is that the breakfast service lady was not very happy/friendly both times we had breakfast there.

Hotel ideal for beach and nausicaa. Exterior view looks clean and tidy, and this carries on as you walk inside. The staff at the reception and breakfast were really polite and friendly, and couldn't do enough for you. The room was large, clean and well stocked for tea and coffee, but also a well stocked fridge for chocs, drinks, wine etc, and pay for use. Our toom had a balcony, as we seemed to be in a superior room, with great facilities. The hotel had a good pool and jacuzzi for use at any time. Breakfast was excellent with full range of choices to eat and drink.

Parking is scarce with most on street, but hotel has garages at a cost, which is ideal but pricey to add onto bill.

Great hotel nicely placed on the edge of the town and a stones throw from the beach. Loved the fact that we each had a private lock up car park which was appreciated as we had expensive bikes and gear in the cars - it felt safe which meant we didn't worry. Staff were friendly and helpful and kids loved swimming in the small but adequate pool before dinner. Breakfast was amazing - a really good buffet with everything you could want and good service. The kids loved it

For the price and location I feel that we had a great stay and there was not much more the hotel could have done for us - they were helpful and the stay albeit short was perfect for us as we were traveling down to the Dordogne the following day - so I can honestly say there was nothing we didn't like

The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. It was easy to find and our room was comfortable.

You have to find somewhere to park and go into the hotel to get parking instructions- it would be good if you could get the parking instructions in advance. The parking facilities are secure and easy to access once you’ve been to reception.

Decor and furniture in room a bit dated. The dinner menu was far too expensive. A more reasonable fixed price deal would have persuaded us to eat in the The lounge area could do with more modern style and better furniture

Great location, amazing staff, very clean and spacy room, amazing breakfast buffet, including a bar with delicious house made drinks .It’s a no regrets recommendation. Most of all the receptionists were very understanding and kind.

Only the pool area. The water was just too cold for a swim.

Great location,friendly and efficient staff. Nice room and bathroom facilities. Restaurant was excellent, however, the wine was too expensive.

Although the food and service was excellent in the restaurant,the wine was prohibitively expensive. This alone, limited the times we ate there.
