Property is small but clean, great location, very nice staff starting time the reception and housekeeper. The staff are friendly and helpful. Ludivina and Katherine are very helpful. The housekeeper that help us was also very accommodating but did not get her name sins we were running late from checking out. The breakfast was good and clean. Place is close to downtown and Caen memorial and to other tourist spots. The room is small but the water pressure was really nice

The room is small and was hard to move but decent size for two people

Location was excellent for our travel needs and easy to access. Good amount of available parking on site. The staff were all really very friendly and helpful and made it very clear they could help us in English as our French is not great. The bed was really very comfortable and everything in the room was clean and well presented. Breakfast was well presented with good quality options especially the apple juice.

The tv is one that has apps available to use like Netflix etc but the tv is not connected to the internet so this function cannot be used. The hotel wifi did not work on our devices either. As we were staying for one night this was only a small inconvenience but if we had been staying longer we would have asked for these items To be remedied

Our stay in Caen was excellent during our trip to Normandy. The staff were very attentive and ensured that all our needs were met. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed on the night we checked in, which was a bit disappointing since I had a great experience dining there last year. Nonetheless, the breakfast in the morning was excellent, featuring delicious options and great coffee. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Caen.

Great independent hotel with friendly hosts. Good breakfast. Free parking which was a bonus having the car and easy access in to Caen centre or onward travel. Would definitely stay here again.

The kids in the floor above (they may part of the owners family?) were very noisy at times, although it was quiet at bedtime. Not much around locally for dinner if you do not have a car.... this didn't affect us.

Our stay at the hotel was truly delightful! The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, making us feel warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The bed was wide and comfortable, with great lighting and impeccable cleanliness. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. We also loved the delicious and varied breakfast selection. Highly recommended!

Two things. One, the pizza at the restaurant was just OK. There were some not so good comments about it, but I tried it anyway. It was just OK but I ate it as I was hungry! Was a nice restaurant, I should have ordered something else. Two, I looped around three times before I found the entrance. It was dark and each time I missed it, I had to circle the roundabout. Perhaps a better sign to help out.

The hotel is quite nice and clean. Holtel service very nice and helpful. On the other hand, I have a small reservation about the bathroom, because the faucet and shower panel was in poor condition. Colloquially speaking, the shower handset fell on my head. All the rest at a good level. Large family room with a double and two singles, really nice and clean and had everything we needed. The communal corridors and staircases were a bit grubby and tatty, but we don't have a spotless home ourselves so it wasn't an issue. All of the staff we had dealings with were brilliant, as was their patience with our language attempts. The food choices were limited but there's enough to cover most common choices. The food and drink prices were very reasonable. There is free parking on site. We enjoyed our night here and would consider it for future trips.

Communal areas were a bit grubby and tatty

Staff were great. Gaspar went out of his way to assist us with information about Caen, and travel to the centre. Although the restaurant was closed the weekend we were there, he recommended a local alternative which turned out to be just what we were looking for. Breakfast was good - wholesome and plentiful.

Excellent location outside of Caen, but still close to the city center and other attractions in the area. Parking in front of the hotel. Copious breakfast. Very helpfull and friendly staff. Clean room, cozy beds. Night entrance with acces code.

Room was a bit small and cramped. Outside of my window was a noisy generator or other machine that kept me up at night.
