The staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful reception staff and very good housekeeping. Great location, very central, just a few minutes from the station and close to shops, restaurants and the Croisette. Very clean and spacious room. Rooms with balcony’s are at the back of the hotel and are nice and quiet. There was a lift, which although very tiny, was good to have in a narrow building with 5 floors. Kettle, tea and coffee provided. There is no fridge in the bedrooms, but I believe there was one in the reception area that you could use if you asked. There is a luggage store and cloakroom if you wish to store bags after check out. A small hotel, but very good value for money and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The location is fantastic, a 5 minute walk from the train station (even with my slow walking and getting lost thanks to Google!) Really beautiful and popular restaurants on the same street just a few feet away. THE BED: OMG. I WOULD STAY AGAIN JUST FOR THE COMFY BED, PILLOWS, AND DUVET! Wanted to take them with me! It's the best night's sleep I've had in ages, and I have a bad back so very fussy about beds. Cleanliness was top notch and I'm a clean freak. I took a standard room with terrace and it was very spacious. Little quality things like wooden hangars, a foldable suitcase stand, plenty of wardrobe storage, a good hairdryer, a heater in the bathroom, air conditioning in the room, reading lights and side lamps, kettle with sugar, coffee and tea sachets. There was no bottled water which would have been nice but I used tap water for the kettle and I didnt die. Galeries Lafayette is a couple of minutes walk and I felt perfectly safe in the area despite the proximity to the train station. I was there for only one night but could have easily stayed longer, but not too long. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would stay again based on Cleanliness, comfort, and location. Would have enjoyed the terrace too if it wasn't raining!

The blue sky view on booking.com is misleading. You basically look onto other buildings and can see into their apartments. Would have appreciated a net curtain as well as curtains so I didn't have to keep closing thick curtains to get dressed/undressed. Water in the bathroom was lukewarm and not hot enough for a hair wash and shower pressure was weak, so much so, that if I turned the shower head upside down it would almost stop.

Ideal location especially for short visit in Cannes, just in the heart of the town. Reception was very useful, I enjoyed nice bathroom and view from my balcony. It has everything what needed for quick stay.

My single room was very small and bed was on the way to move freely and perhaps balcony furnitures could be wiped down as they were very dusty. Drying rack for clothes would be perfect addition on the balcony.

It’s an ideal location wether for Cannes Film Festival or to visit Cannes at any season. It’s very central, just 2 minutes away from La Croisette, but it’s quiet, with plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and even a beauty service next door. Super close to the train station too. Rooms are clean and a little balcony adds a lot of charm. People are extremely friendly, attentive, cordial, and super welcoming.

I love this place so much. It is indeed great value for the money. The location can't be beaten. The rooms are small, but clean and well kept. Staff super friendly and helpful. The hotel is located 5 min walking from train station, 5 min walking from the Palace of the festival. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, supermarket within walking distance. It is 10 min walking from lovely sandy beaches in Cannes. I can't recommend this place enough

The internet service was terrible and many times I could not connect my laptop to the network 😏. Staff is aware of the matter and trying to fix the problem, I was told.

The location is perfect, close to everything. The customer service was really good.

The front door needs a pin after 22:00, but it changed often and it was not provided to us. There were workers fixing things in our room, even though we were there. This could have waited since it was not a big issue.

The room was modern, super clean, quiet and comfortable. Was lovely to have a balcony. The location was excellent - only a few minutes from the station on a nice street near some restaurants and shops. The manager was super helpful and efficient. Even though my French wasn't great we were able to communicate and she went out of her way to help us.

The pressure in the shower could be strong and the wifi was patchy at times. Reception is not always manned around the clock so need to arrange time to check-in and pick up luggage (if using the storage room when checking-out).

The staff is great! The room was small but very comfortable. Blackout curtains. For a 2** hotel everything is excellent!

I didn't realise straight away that the heating could be turned on and I froze. Breakfast was without eggs, yoghurt, etc.

It was so clean, staff was amazing, and location was pretty good.

There was just one shampoo in the bathroom and a day after they didn’t put the new one. Probably they forgot but if I will stay 3 nights, for example, they can put 3 packages. But it wasn’t a big deal, I requested it and they gave me 2 more. Since the reception is sometimes closed, it just can be bad for people.

The telephone in the room didn’t work. So I called the reception with my own phone and a lady answered and I asked when check out was, then she hung up on me. My roomcard didn’t work one night as well.
