The staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Joining rooms make it a great place for our family of 5.

Shame about restriction on some facilities due to power saving measures. but understandable.

Very central location. Refreshments provided for new arrivals. Whilst our room was quite small, as described, it was located at the rear of the hetel and is pretty quiet. All of the staff we encountered were very helpful.

On one occasion I took the stairs from the fifth floor to reception; the lights went out in the stair well just before I reached the reception, leaving me in the semi-darkness. A bit more time on the lighting system would be good please? Trivial I know - which should give a hint of the high standards throughout :)

Quite spacious room with large double bed and a single bed for child. Clean. Nice bathroom and shower. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Small swimming pool and spa was nice to have. Very welcoming and polite staff. Nice bar Good location near town and station

Nothing really- all was great. There are some limits on times for spa and hot water due to increased prices but these were advertised clearly.

Loved the room - the detail and layout was great. Everything seemed well-maintained and in good working order. Good set up for our dog.

I failed to book ahead for a car parking space at the hotel, so had to drop bags and passengers and park several streets away. We sat in the reception lounge for 30 mins waiting for someone to serve at the bar - no one seemed to be available - that was early evening.

We loved everything! The location, the quality, nice b fast, friendly, very friendly staff, parking possibilities, clean and near the center.

The way to the spa passing the restaurant is not conivinient (having b fast and people passing in dressing gown). A "paravent" (shade? Wall?) Would be good

Comfortable room, welcome drink, organic teas, smart TV, close to the railway station.

A bit disorganised concerning the sauna use. Scheduling has been changed so I waited by the pool to use it only to learn I should have informed the reception that I intended on using it (I was not told that not even while picking up the towel at the reception). Ten min later had to give up as the sauna was not working at all.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. The hotel was clean and very close to the train station and also close to the old town.

The air conditioning temperature was regulated. It was a warm day and the temperature stayed between 23-25 degrees

Everything was fine. Very surprised about mini bar at the reception, tea pot in the room, especially great quality & selection of teas! Location is great. Superb breakfast, pancakes yummy. :-)

Would be nice to have additional towels in the room for the swimming pool, as there is no towel dryer in the bathroom. Also swimming pool could have been hotter, but I assume under current circumstances it's ok like that.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely to come back to on a hot day. Good location. It was a short walk from the train station and the old town.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was a simple continental spread but with loads of choice - fruit salad, pancakes, cereal, bread, ham and cheese. There's a small pool and sauna which is pleasant, and a great way to start the morning. The staff were really nice and accommodating - even let me check out late.

Could clean the light switches and tops of the soap dispensers but everything else was perfect. The pool is smaller than it seems on the photos but great size if not busy.
