I actually extended my stay in Chamonix because this is such a lovely place. I am a concierge travel guide in Italy and think I am going to have to offer an extra “expedition” to Chamonix!!! I am driving from Paris to Florence to begin my spring trips, and am so glad I added this stop to my itinerary. Great parking. Either in a garage or in their lot on the property which is very rare! My room was perfectly appointed. Great bed. wonderful tub and shower. Very modern, but beautifully paired with the chalet feel of this place…and the view…Exceptional!! I booked a stone spa massage which was one of the best I’ve ever had…and scheduled another for tomorrow morning prior to leaving. The restaurant was superb. Excellent service and creative local fare. I am a personal chef and foodie, so my standards are high. This exceeded expectations. The restaurant is not open for dinner on Mondays. While the breakfast was a bit expensive, it was very good, as was the service. Well-spoken English by both reception, wait staff and spa services. I absolutely will return…with clients!

On arrival, my son and I were blatantly ignored by reception, only to then serve a French lady who approached the desk after us. The walk from the train station to the hotel is brutal with luggage. We had just finished a hike of Mont Blanc and having to drag our luggage up a steep hill, in a heat wave, was equally as exhausting.

I received a warm, friendly reception on arrival. The junior suite garden room was fantastic, with a lovely little garden sitting area and Mt. Blanc magnificently in view directly ahead. Comfortable bed, very clean. Very quiet. Restaurant and bar services were just as warm and nice. I had a lovely time and will definitely return.

The walk up the hill from Chamonix town centre....but it's good exercise! :)

This hotel is beautiful and the views are amazing!! Our room was very comfortable and private. The hotel is away from downtown so it’s quiet but you’ll have a ten minute walk to get to the downtown area where you’ll find many restaurants and shops. The parking was also ver convenient and the staff was extremely friendly and courteous.

The coffee in the room is very different but thankfully we were able to get a cup of coffee from the restaurant without having to stay for breakfast.

Beautiful view of Mont Blanc from our balcony. Fantastic dinner, great property! We loved the hot tub and sauna and the staff were very helpful.

Because it was outside of town we needed to drive and pay to park every time we went into town. However, this meant that the location was quiet and peaceful.

Receptionists Laura and Julie were delightful - so friendly and helpful. The hot bath (basically a hot tub (without bubbles) and sauna outside in the snow, is the loveliest location for a hot tub that in have experienced in Europe. That view of Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc is pretty special.

There was a slightly odd eggy smell, which they were handling and can only assume was a one off.

The hotel was very well furnished. We had a junior suite with a view of Mont Blanc which was very comfortable and a great view. The breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond. One morning the taxi company were not able to send a taxi we wanted to take us to Le Tour but a member of the hotel staff drove us to Le Tour instead which was exceptional.

We hadn’t appreciated the hotel was up a fairly steep hill which made the walk back from Chamonix town (15 mins or so) very exerting!! This didn’t not affect our enjoyment but worth noting if staying without a car.

absolutely superb property in a quiet Private neighborhood that is within walking distance to the Main Street and anything within Chamonix. loved the little attentions from the staff such as the complimentary home made goods available to enjoy in the afternoon.

nothing bad to say. we had an amazing stay.

Everything, the location is spectacular and the staff are so nice and helpful, the view seemed like a dream or from the movies it was one in a life time experience

The views, staff, food and hotel atmosphere are exceptional! Laura was a great help to us and was extremely gracious!

The property is an intense uphill walk from town. It is also almost a 10 minute walk from the ski lift. Not unmanageable, but something to note.
