Everything & lovely staff! Big rooms, spotlessly clean, good parking, easy walk in location. Cat was great!

Nothing! - only we couldn’t extend our stay as you were fully booked!

Plan B was a great place to stop for our short stay in Chamonix. The room was very clean and comforable. The views from our 3rd floor balcony wonderful. there were a lot of facilities at the hotel which we didn't get time to sample. (Like the bowling alley!) but i would deffenaltuy being returning at some point in the future. A nice boutque stle hotel for families and traveller like us alike.

While the parking was safe and underground the charges for a motorcyle were an extra payment other hotel on our travels waivered, though i understand why as parking Chamonix is difficult.

Location and room comfort

This family-friendly hotel is really good for a number of reasons: 1) Clean and spacious rooms 2) Bar, restaurant, games (arcade and pinball), kids games, bowling, pool table, all great 3) A 5 minute walk into the main street 4) Ski hire and ski bus stop outside the hotel 5) A night desk receptionist who helped save my life for a ruptured spleen at 6am, coordinating the ambulance crew and helping my wife and son. I'm going back to say Thank You in person. This hotel shoud be called Plan A as it should be your first choice.

There was nothing I disliked, this hotel is awesome.

1. The location. It is right next to the Chamonix bus stop. If you’re arriving by bus, you can’t get any better than this location. 2. The room. I booked a triple room and it came with a balcony and a stunning view of the snow capped mountains. The interior of the room was also nice, I like the modern/playful cabin look and you can tell it was designed with the occupants in mind with sensible storages and sufficient hangers. Also, it had charging outlets on each bed. 3. The staff. They were very kind in offering information on activities around the area, and it’s public transportation. Really nice of them to help stow our luggages after check out, while waiting for the bus to arrive as well.

If I had to choose, it’d be the square pillows. The shape was odd to sleep with. But it’s only a minor inconvenience.

Location was very conveniently near the Flix bus stop when departing. In fact, just beside the hotel. It was also an easy walk to the town area and Augille du Midi cable car station. Accessing the hotel was also easy - we took the TMR till Chamonix Augille du Midi station and just another 7min walk to hotel. Also did our laundry at the laundramat nearby; grocers and nice restaurants also nearby. Got around the town area with free buses but had to ask the reception for the Guest cards, though there was no checks for them. The apt itself came with a balcony that overlooks the road with moutains in the backview so that was nice. Well provisioned kitchen with cups and mugs, and all cutleries. Came with a coffee machine that we didn't know how to operate. Thankfully there was daily housekeeping to clean up the apartment pretty well after 6 adults' messy use.

The pillows were way too soft! No firmness at all even when we stacked 2 together. Had a neckache as a result. It would be great if hotel could email the Guest Card before arrival so that we could use it on the TMR to hotel. That would save some money buying the TMR ticket.

This was a great hotel. It’s colorful and with modern furnishings, comfortable beds. We had a room for 3 and it was more than enough space for us. Very clean, too! The location is excellent if you are planning to take the Flixbus to or from Chamonix. It’s right by the stop but separated enough so that the bus crowds are not an inconvenience. It’s also really close to the town center but not in the noisy part of the town. Most importantly, I have to mention the staff - so wonderful! They speak multiple languages and always have a smile for you, happy to find a way to help. Really appreciate their help with our luggage company on the tour de Mont Blanc.

A little pricy but worth it.

We liked that there was a room in the hotel to securely store our ski equipment which included boot dryers. We also liked that it was conveniently located right next to the local city shuttle and bus station.

During check-in the staff did not inform us that our reservation included a paid breakfast. As a result, we never ate breakfast in their restaurant but we were certainly charged for it. The hotel administration did not reverse the charge at check-out knowing we never ate breakfast there nor apologize for failing to mention the breakfast charges during check-in. Housekeeping did not clean our room even once or replenish the coffee maker supplies during our 3 night stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless. Hotel in excellent position in town. Happy hour at the bar made the cost of stay good value. Varied, tasty breakfast. Security excellent.

Underground parking was extremely tight to exit. We were in a small car and struggled to exit without damaging the car. Scrapes along the garage wall were evidence that others hadn’t been so lucky. If you’re driving anything other than a very small car avoid the parking.

The hotel staff were great and helped us a lot! the hotel is 2 minutes walk from city’s center and is quiet and comfortable
