Excellent location. Walking distance to shopping strip, restaurants, central bus station yet quiet.

It was brutally hot this summer. I wished there is air condition in the hotel. Unfortunately, I guess like most (if not all) hotels in the region air conditioning is a rare commodity.

Big, cosy rooms with good amenities and comfortable beds. Waking up to the mont blanc view is a nice experience. The bathroom was clean and spacious enough to hold your belongings, plus the mirror had a nice heated bit in the middle, that didn't get covered in mist when you got out of the shower - a nice touch. We had breakfast included, which was great, as it was a buffet and you could just eat something else every day. Hefty price if you pay separately, but it seems that is the average for the area.

Rather expensive given it doesn't have a spa, but it's Chamonix, so we weren't too surprised.

Kudos to the customer service of this hotel. We had to shorten our stay since our bus got cancelled. They were able to accommodate the changes and was able to issue a refund even tho we booked for a non-refundable rate. They also offered a discounted breakfast and other add-ons on which you can book online, making your stay more smooth & hassle-free. The property is located very near the Aiguille du midi lift and the Chamonix Village. It’s also near the Flixbus Bus Station. I highly recommend their breakfast! It’s a very good value for money. The croissants are fresh and the coffee is very good too. There is a machine where you can get your fresh orange juice. The Mont Blanc view from the balcony is AMAZING! Overall, great experience for a first timer in Chamonix. We will return!

There’s no refrigerator and bottled water inside the room but that’s okay!

Room was as requested, liked the chalet style room, with boarding around walls and floor, gives the ski lodge look nice carpet as well, bathroom superb, good shower hot water very hot as needed, nice balcony, although ours overlooked a building site in places, having said that we had good views of mountains, bed was very comfortable, and coffee tea in room with Nespresso machine was a nice touch, nice layout all in all, nice room.

Informed at reception that no restaurant was available in evening for the 2 nights we booked however, 5 minutes walk brings to the main street in Chamonix and there were plenty of available choices.

The staff was the nicest people I've ever had in a hotel. Fantastic service and kindness all over the place. So cool. The room was super nice. Clean and very big for 2 ppl. Everything was there that you needed and could need as well. WIFI was amazingly fast as well.

WIFI didn't work one evening and the next morning as well. For us, it wasn't really an issue since we are from Europe and could use the Roaming service from our country. If you from the States or outside the EU, it was a bit trickier

Your hotel exceeded our expectations ! The front desk people were very helpful and patient with our lack of French language capability. We were fortunate to get a parking spot in the hotel, making suitcase movements really easy. The room with balcony had amazing views of Mont Blanc and the town, really good bathroom with tub, and excellent beds. Overall, we were impressed and would recommend Prieure to anyone !!

The room was a good size and what we expected from pictures, so good but not amazing in size.

We stayed at the hotel for a week in March for skiing. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The service is remarkable. Employees go out of their way to ensure that you are well taken care of. We arrived very late after our flight (and bags!) got delayed. The gentleman that checked us in gave us toiletries and water bottles so that we would be comfortable. The location is also superb. A stone throw away from Chamonix centre and lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel is also equipped with a spacious ski/boot storage room that's easy to access from the inside and outside and you have a very central bus stop just 5' walk away. The hotel's breakfast was superb! Will definitely stay again in the future!

Lovely room with modern decoration. Great to have a bath with a shower and Tea and coffee facilities Great breakfast lots of choice. Right in the middle of town and right by a bus stop. Lovely lounge area to relax and ski shop in the hotel made it so easy.

First room we were allocated was very noisy as it was over the road- this was quickly resolved and we were moved so didn’t have the road noise. Current building works outside building the spa - as we were out in the day this didn’t bother us as the builders finished around 4-5pm.

We were met with a smile, two very useful bottles of water for hiking. Later I asked for lighter bedding as it was hot, and was immediately brought up a top sheet by a very pleasant lady. Once I got used to how the self-service breakfast operated, it was very efficient with good choices. I liked that I was emailed the next day to ask if everything was going smoothly and was there more they could do to make my stay even better.

Can’t think of anything, this is a very well run friendly place.

the view from our room was amazing watching the sun set over Mount-blanc will be hard to forget. the staff in the restaurant were so nice.

we didn’t now if there would be room to park as you can’t prebook and have to pay to park. we did have room in the end for free motorcycle parking outside when we arrived. I would recommend the menu not only being available via a qr code also numbered so the staff now what you are choosing in a different language would make there job a lot easier.
