An exceptional place to stay at with great service and very comfortable rooms. the peaceful environment and the lovely restoration of this chateau make this a place to visit and stay. The owners are there to attend to your needs and are humble and very service conscious. Congratulations on what you have achieved over the past 3 decades

Pity the gym is not open till 9am but on reflection I understood why. they do not want to disturb the people in the rooms in proximity with the gym which is quite right.

Very warm welcome, delicious restaurant, not many choices but excellent recipe and local products. Waiter was extremely kind and the local wine delicious. We were unlucky with the weather and could not see the view that is apparently stunning

Our room was a bit small and the decoration was not really to my taste but everything was comfortable Bar is really big with a nice room but it lack a bit of a 'cosi' atmosphere Staff cleaning the floor in the morning did wake us up, no the kind of thing you expect in a Relais et Chateaux

Absolutely stunning chateau with breathtaking panoramic views of French alps, Monte Blanc, and Lake Annecy. Beautiful breakfast on the veranda with views. We went for a long hike in the forest every morning behind the hotel. The property is secluded which makes it quite special. Although the village of Cruseilles is only 10 minutes down the hill and Annecy about 30. The swimming pool was perfect every afternoon. We stayed an extra night than planned. I'd recommend ensuring that you book one of the rooms with a view. The Excellence Room was absolutely magical. Felt like living as royalty.

The restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday and there aren't any dinner options in the area on Monday. However the staff will accomodate their guests with a dinner option in the restaurant. We weren't informed of this on Monday night, but made do on our own with a picnic in our room.

The location was like stepping into a fairytale. The grounds were immaculate. The building and rooms were gorgeous! The staff was MOST impressive. Incredibly friendly and helpful. The surrounding property was a slice of heaven, worth taking the time to walk around and explore. The breakfast every morning was perfect. Very delicious and simple and simply perfect. This stay was a highlight of our European trip.

The suite we resided in was outstanding! Unbeknownst to us was a kitchenette in the suite. That allowed us to stay there at the chateau and enjoy the incredible scenery. The size of our suite allowed us to have a very open feeling as well as room enough to freely move about. I can’t say enough about our accommodations except superb.

the location and views were spectacular. we also had an amazing dinner that was delicious. our room was also beautiful and a very comfortable bed. Mani at the front desk was so great. He helped us with the luggage and with the electric car and hiking around the mountain. his friendly and happy demeanor was a pleasure. thank you Mani

.We stayed in the Squirrel house.. It was modern, spacious and comfortable. The views were great from the property.

The breakfast was not very good. The croissants were finished, there was nothing warm, the bread loaf was almost finished, the coffee was watery. The terrace did not look like it was in use. The dinner was a little disappointing... Cold pea soup is not my taste. However, the rest was very good

The overall interior decor and furniture was wonderful and made the room very comfortable, cozy and inviting. Especially the fur blankets and rugs and the extremely soft and comfortable mattress. The balcony with the view was one of the best parts. The service (receptionists, waiters and room service) were all excellent. And the whole atmosphere of the castle was a very lovely and unforgettable experience. We can't wait to come back!

Extremely beautiful property, amazing views from on top of a tall hill/mountain. It had old charm, but modern convenience.

Elevator a little small, but to be expected in an old property. Unfortunately it was off season and the restaurant wasn't open. I hoped the bar was open too.

Beautiful chateau inside and out. The staff were extremely helpful and the attention to detail in the decor was wonderful. Ate in the restaurant, which was fantastic.
